Why? I understand the cost of full set … based on her decision … but it seems a little much in addition to a $10.00 tip!

I loved the lashes, but I'm apparently allergic to the glue.and they had to be removed. When you are able to get a non-allergic glue, I will be happy to come back. I spent a lot of money and was not able to enjoy them.

Absolutely gorgeous. I have always gone to location on Bay Area Blvd. Staff was always good except for Manager who recently quit and was very rude and actually banned me from that location before she quit. I have been going there for 3 years. I changed yo Bay Colony because I’m being either canceled or another girl will take place of who I originally was with. That location on Bay Area understaffed and only blame corporate for that. But went to Bay Colony and was absolutely impressed. Adrianne was fantastic and was very happy with the results.

I came in for lashes for my first time. Within 24 hours most of the lashes on one eye had fallen out and many lashes were not done at all. I came back in for a correction. Leo not only corrected the problem eye but also filled in both eyes where lashes had been completely missed. Im very happy with Leo’s work. Im not sure I will keep getting extensions but if I decide to I will make sure Leo does them.

The previous time I came in my lashes fell off in 2-3 days looking like I had them on for 2-3 weeks. They graciously fixed them but they were out of the length I like. I agreed to a longer length which blended with the lashes I still had on and looked super natural. I was REALLY happy with the look and longevity. I couldn't get in with that stylist again so I booked with another master. I explained I wanted the same thing I had last time and a very natural look. I am sooooo disappointed. I paid extra AND I look like I have fury caterpillars on my eyes and they are really heavy. They are anything but natural. I know some people like that look, but not me. The lashes seem layered very heavy and are not balanced to the edge of the eye. I don't want to be "that" client who complains but I feel my concerns are valid. I expected more from a "master" stylist when I have to pay more for the service. These lashes are really uncomfortable.

My lashes look really nice but it is not what I expected. I asked for lashes that look natural and they are very long. Even though I called far in advance it was still difficult to get an appointment for the days that I needed. Shantal is probably the only reason I haven't cancelled my membership. I've had bad experiences on so many occasions and have left disappointed more times than I can count. Dear Lash Studios, I don't always reply to feedback request because I feel it is an automated request and may not be read. However at Lash Studio, each visit in the past year (minimum of 13), I have spent close to an hour or hour plus with different technicians. Each technician has been professional in manner and efficient. With this, I can say each visit has been a very relaxing and completely satisfying experience. Most noted technicians are Shantel and Jason. Thank you for a wonderful service and making my eyes look amazing. The lashes truly shaves 10 years off of my age. Love them!

I had eyelash extensions from a different studio out of town. I ended up having an allergic reaction to the lashes and was a complete mess. I came to Amazing Lash Studio Bay Colony to make sure the excess glue was out of my lashes, and they brought me right back to a room and began to work. The last tech was SO careful and made it quite a relaxing experience EVEN THOUGH I was in the middle of an allergic reaction. She got the glue out and I was INSTANTLY 100x's better. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and so nice. Wishing I had gone to this place from the beginning!

The girl that does my lashes is great! Unfortunately I cannot afford to pay $59 a month when they tell me I have to come every 3 weeks or if I come the 4th week and have to pay full price!
