I give 5 stars for the artist but wouldn't for the process of membership. It's almost impossible to not become a member unless you want to spend q60 bucks on 1 refill. Wasn't pleased with this process and price at all and felt like I had to do this or would have cost me way more just for 1 fill while in town. Too pushy but my lash girl was the bomb and so kind and professional!

I feel like the quality and longevity of lash lifts vary depending on who does them. Unfortunately, the person who did my lashes the time i liked them the most, no longer works there. Yes, my lashes are “lifted” but are they curled as advertised? No, but I won’t ask for any more since at least the ends are curled and I don’t want to be a karen lol. If they came out the way they did that one time for every visit, then I’d give 5 stars.

I got my lashes as usual with my favorite beautician, but this time my eyelids (lash) was very itchy and a bit painful. The next day my eyelids very extremely itchy. My eyelid is swollen and red. I’ve tried to keep the area clean and dry but the redness is still visible. I think I’m developing a reaction to the glue. I have lost a lot of lashes on that one eye. I would like for them to be redone, but I need the swelling to go down. And perhaps if you could use another glue. I always love my lashes but I’ve been noticing the itch for awhile now. I ignore it because my lashes are so beautiful, so I’m hoping you have a solution. Thank you.

This set is by far my favorite of them all. So much volume and length. Highly recommend Kiki as your lash stylist. She takes her time, has a very gentle touch and explains everything she’s doing so that you’re comfortable.

My first time was such an amazing experience, the girls in the front reception area took the time to treat me, review the different styles and services, and I loved how sanitary they are by keeping the area clean. My stylist Tanya made the process a breeze for me, I had to go back for my refill because once you have lashes there is no going back! I love the non dramatic but definitely full look I received in my lashes, being my first time I was iffy about them looking too fake but it’s the complete opposite, these lashes are great quality.

I Recommend Tabitha as a stylist. She is an excellent stylist and has helped and guided me on the perfect pair of lashes. She’s super sweet and knows what she’s doing. The only concern I have is that I was being rushed out from my appointment because my tech had another appointment waiting and I was still missing some lashes and needed some Rocco fixed.
