I went to Amazing Lash for my first time to get a lash lift with An The experience itself was very professional, and very relaxing. When we were done and I came home, I did have some concerns about my lashes, on eye in particular didn’t look like the treatment worked like it was supposed to. . When I called, the lady at the front desk was extremely kind and very helpful. The were even willing to let me come in in a few days to have An look at my lashes, and she even did an extra treatment that day one that eye!! Now they look WONDERFUL!!

I have been coming here for some time now. When I first came about 2 years ago I ended up just going to a different location as the front desk girl seemed irritated when spoke to or interrupted from her phone. I switched jobs and decided to give this location a second chance and have love it since starting switching back for the past year. The receptionist girls are amazing and even went above and beyond to get my membership updated at a different location. They also are very educated on the different stylist methods. I have seen about 4 different lash tech there and they have all done an amazing job! Thank you so much for helping me get in before my wedding as goths the receptionist and the lash techs were patient with me and helpful getting me the look I wanted.

I had a very unfortunate experience yesterday for my 3:30 refill at Bunker Hill! I had specifically requested a senior stylist, and laid on that table from 3:30 to 5::09’. Then the stylist was somewhat confrontational about the fact that I jumped up too quick before she finished brushing my lashes....when the reason is because they were “somewhat twisted”’. I had questioned her on why she was working on one area for so long and she said she had not been! Why would any senior stylist ever take an hour and 39 minutes! I stayed quiet for sooo Long bc I didn’t want her to hurry..::but was very upset when leaving and should not have spoken so rudely to the staff but I was trying to leave town with a group of people and was seriously delayed as a result! I called back sobbing when I looked in my rear view mirror and saw my eyelashes more clearly..:and the front desk girl totally told me that I was at fault was so demeaning in her response to me! I’m not putting names on this....but there should be some training for these people on how to deal with disgruntled customers. And, maybe you should have a camera with recordings in every room...for experiences just like this one! I laid on that table and purposely didn’t say anything until it was jist sooo long and finally asked if there was a problem! She said no and that she has not been working on my left eye for sooo long! I didn’t want her to have a reason to rush! When I thought she was finished I sat up and had a couple of lashes that were stick together! That’s when she said I jumped up too soon and that she was going to brush them! She “unstuck then” and then I realized It was 5:09 and literally was panicked because of my trip...with people waiting! Training and customer service should be First and foremost in this kind of business...but I’m truly believe that cameras and sound could solve any of this! I have had many pleasant experiences with various locations but will not return here even though it’s closer to my home! It was a very unfortunate experience!

This my first time at Bunker Hill location and only my second time getting lashes. I’m in my last trimester of pregnancy and I felt that I got the best service as she took the time to make me feel comfortable. The weight of my baby and having to wear a mask for over an hour made it hard to breathe but she made adjustments to make me as comfortable as she could. I was so comfortable that this sleepy mama literally took a nap. She was so polite, made my experience super comfortable, and my lashes look amazing!

The sweetest lady did my lashes today. I love you guys but I do not agree with the fee for cancellation. I had a family medical emergency and called about 45 mins before my appointment. No answer and I left a voice message. I got a call back about 10mins after my appointment asking if I was going to make it. I told them I called already. They told me I would be charge P. Been going with u guys for 2 years never canceled last minute. Was not happy. I actually cancel my membership today after my last visit. Will try another place.

I’ve had lash extensions on and off for years, and while I love the glam and drama they add, I’ve always wished I could have an enhanced look withmy natural lashes instead. I’ve been looking forward to getting a Lash Lift with Amazing Lash since I heard they’d be adding this service to their menu - and the wait was worth it! The appointment was relaxing and comfortable, and the result has been great! My natural lashes look longer and perkier than ever before, and I don’t have to worry about the inevitable gaps that happen as you approach the time for a fill with extensions, or damaging extensions while sleeping on my side. I’d def recommend a lash lift to anyone curious. Pro tip: grow your natural lashes as long as you can with the help of Latisse or something like it before hand for the biggest impact!

Amazing Lash Studio Bunker Hill

I came to this location rather than my usual location because I recently moved and this location was closer. I should have just drove the extra 10 minutes to my usual spot. This is the first time my lash appointment took 1hr 45mins. I was getting impatient and felt as if my stylist didn’t know what she was doing I could feel her putting lashes on and removing some per a mistake. Finally done after fidgeting for so long to look at my lashes and they looked like I did them myself. I told the front desk girl and she rescheduled me to get them done as she agreed they were not up to par. Had some type of mix up about my credits which was also aggravating. Came back the next day to get a “correction” by someone else. When I was done it didn’t look much different. So I called and ask to speak to a manager as I was not happy with either of my results she was not in. I left a vm and number to be called back and I have yet to get a phone call. I am very unhappy with my experience here.
