This was my first time getting lashes. They were very nice, easy to schedule with, and even did a test a couple days before to check for an allergic reaction. I had a very natural look but personally I couldn’t handle the feel of the lashes on my eye lids. I went back a week later to get them removed and had a mostly pleasant experience. After I washed my eyes there was glue residue left on my lashes. I was told to go home and use castor oil to remove the rest of the adhesive. I feel like if I paid to get the lashes removed that should include the glue.

I'm 67 years old and I had a chuckle when I looked in the mirror because I felt like a drag queen..... too funny..... nothing earth-shattering I'm sure Jasmine will be able to trim them down a little bit and then when I go to get my refills will make some adjustments there... totally my fault for not asking enough questions.... so yeah... This was my first time ever to get my lashes done. Let me say this….I hate having my eyes touched. Even the eye Dr cannot touch my eyes. Anyway, Jennifer was my technician and she was awesome. I know it wasn’t easy to prepare me before she put the lashes on, but she made me relax. She was great. My lashes look really good. I love them and will be going back. The front desk people are wonderful too. Everyone was friendly. Valerie was at the front desk and she was very nice. Wonderful place, clean and very good staff.

I did my first lash extension sat 2/13 & was so excited! The staff was super kind!! I researched the website ahead of time & knew I wanted classic gorgeous (as seen on the website’s picture) & also showed pics of how I wear my strip lashes (winged out, wispy & long in center, outside corner). After getting them done I noticed that the lashes didn’t look quite like the gorgeous style on the website. Throughout the week my right eye’s inner corner has been irritated because the extensions seem too be just as long, they look almost as if it’s the same length throughout the entire lash & not like the gorgeous lash picture from the website. For my refill I’m definitely going to need a change within the inner corners to stop irritation especially at night

Been going here for years. I only see one stylist in particular. The store is always very nice and clean, staff is very welcoming. Just wish they would do better at following safety protocols for guest and employees. Oven been here 3 times since covid and only had my temp Checked twice which means if their not checking my temps or other customers I’m sure they’re not Checking employee temps which is a major concern for me.

Amazing Lash Champions Village is not my home location but I’ll never go anywhere else! Every time I had my lashes done at my home location I was so disappointed! They looked “alright” for the first day or so and then it was downhill after that. Who wants to pay for “alright” lashes? Not me! And who wants to complain every appointment? Also not me! I was about to cancel my membership when I was referred to the Champions Village location. I agreed to try it out but if my experience wasn’t better then I was cancelling. I have been nothing but happy and impressed!! My lashes look great and last 3 weeks! The staff are always so friendly and helpful!!

This was my first time back since March. Obviously since everything that has happened I knew it was going to be a different experience. I love my stylist Holly and I was pleasantly surprised at the precautions the studio has taken. I filled out a covid form before I came to my appointment. I went in today to get a full set and of course, I leave dissatisfied just like always. First, when I walked in the receptionist Angelina was asleep and she woke up and said “How can I help you” in a very annoyed tone. She also had a huge red mark on her forehead from laying her head down. Ok, great. So after she checked me in...she put her head back down and went right back to sleep...then when the lash tech came out she jumped up as if she didn’t just have her head down the whole time. Mind you, this is at 1:30 PM....so okay moving along. I get Holly, the lash tech who barely speaks English. She asked me if I wanted the same thing as last time and I said yes. Now, Samantha usually does my lashes and I LOVE them every time. While my comfort level was better with holly, my lashes were horrible! They were too thick and too long and they were not flattering AT ALL. I paid and I left but returned immediately to get them removed because I should not spend my hard earned money on a service that I am unhappy with! I canceled my account because well customer service here COMPLETELY sucks. Then I’m getting put lash techs that don’t speak English! Obviously that’s a conflict if They can’t understand me and vice versa. My lashes her HORRRRRRRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I will never book with Amazing Lash Studio AGAIN! I will never recommend this establishment to ANYONE!
