I had my first visit today and had a great experience. From booking my appointment till the time I walked out customer service was the absolute best! Angelina is very helpful friendly and knows her products. My tech was Katina, she was kind and patient. Plus she gave me the best lashes I've ever had!!! Tatiana did a great job! She did my lashes once before and I had no issues. In the past, I have lost lashes once I got home right after the appointment but I have not had that issue with Tatiana. I think the techs could focus on lash health a little bit more. For example if I come in for a refill and one of my old lashes needs to be removed the tech should remove it without me having to explain. I went to the KOP location and they are much better with identifying this sort of thing. This location almost feels like the McDonald’s of lash extensions meaning you get lash extensions but you could have gone somewhere else for better service. I will continue to get serviced at this location since I have not had any issues with Tatiana.

I found the staff at Amazing Lash Studio to be very friendly. The studio was clean and contemporary in appearance. I had no idea what to expect as it was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions. I was recommended to your place by a coworker who sees Bryn. I had several questions as I didn't know what I wanted or what the difference was between an eyelash lift and an eyelash extension. Bryn explained it to me , we discussed what would look best as a first time client and then she began the process of putting them on. I was very happy with the final result and appearance of my eyelash extensions. My only concern was I feel there should be a "Does and Don'ts" paper you are given to take home at checkout especially for clients like myself who never had this procedure down before as well as a "dumbie doll" demonstration on how to care for them prior to leaving the studio. This is an expensive luxury and you want to be able to take care of your lashes so they stay healthy and clean for as long as possible.

I was very unhappy with the results of my appointment on June 27th. I spoke with Danielle (I think) and she scheduled this adjustment appointment. Lauren was great, asked a lot of questions to see why the lashes fell out so quickly from the earlier appointment (nothing I did, from what we could tell). I appreciate the fact that she did try to investigate what happened and that she then did a careful, meticulous job of applying lashes. I have never complained or gone back to any stylist when unhappy with a service I received, so I appreciate the gracious response.

I have got lash extensions through many other lash techs for years, never have I had the retention that I do and quality that I do NOW that I go to amazing lash studio. My lash tech Shavon is amazing, she really tries to help you achieve your eyelash goals. For me I wanted big and dramatic. She updated me throughout each one of my visits letting me know the 10D’s were coming and planning for me to change to them. Very informative and helpful always. Quality service and care always. Not to mention my lashes have never looked so good. The products they use are amazing even for after care my naturally eye lashes are still healthy and in good condition even with months of getting lash extensions . Couldn’t ask for more.

I am so pleased with the staff at amazing lash studio. They have so accommodating with me in meeting my needs while also keeping me safe with having reactions to certain things. Ashley made me feel better doing a patch test on me while reassuring me that if I can’t do lashes that there are other options and not to get discouraged. They had me hang around to see if I had a reaction. Samantha put a full set on for me the same day and it came out incredible with no allergic reaction!!! I am so pleased with everything they have done for me and the amazing lashes I have!

Definitely see a difference, wish they could have been a bit darker. BUT the process was amazing and the overall experience was relaxing. My tech was so sweet and explained everything to me step by step. Definitely will recommend and will be back!

Overall the experience was pretty great. The space is very clean and bright and the people are friendly. I’m very happy with the lash lift, I think next time I will also get the tint. The results are exactly what I wanted and i’m glad to not have to touch an eyelash curler. If anything I wish my gentle and friendly technician would have explained the process a bit more!

This was my first time ever getting lash extensions and after some research on local establishments, I decided to book with Amazing Lash in Collegeville. The woman who booked my appointment was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time and answered any of my questions she could. Charlene did my lashes and we instantly got along and I felt no pressure to do any upgrades and she also explained what each service was and gave me her honest opinion with my selections. Everyone I met was friendly. I absolutely love my lashes and will definitely be recommending this location to friends and family who are interested.

I wi went here for the first time and everyone was happy and helpful. I had never had my lashes done and it was a good experience however after a week I found clumps missing and called the location. They got me right in that evening and fixed the issue on the house as they wanted it to be a very good experience for me. I was very pleased with the service and have since been back for a refill without any issues. Thank you so much!!

It was my first time getting lash extensions, i called and they were super sweet and helped me and answered all my questions that i had and they were super cautious and cleaned everything, i got in cleaned my lashes and then i started my appointment and the end result was amazing after meghan took me out and described the products that would be good for my lashes for them to last longer and gorgeous, i would 100% recommend the amazing lash studio to my friends and family 🙂

Very nice staff. Super clean and inviting salon. However my stylist had me lie down and went about starting and I asked aren’t there a few looks to choose from. She said she chose glamorous first me and I went with her knowledge and choosing. Not exactly happy. I should have stopped her and asked more questions but it was first time.
