This was my second time getting lash extensions and I went in for my 2 week refill. I was scheduled with a Master Stylist this time and pleasantly surprised at how quickly she got the job done! Rashida was not only skilled but she was so sweet and gave me a proper education on how to take care of my lashes. I left feeling extremely satisfied with my look and highly recommend using a Master Stylist if you have a membership (it’s only $10 more and totally worth it!)

Today I was a lash model and had a great experience. Good customer service, communication and cleanliness when you arrive. I received the exact lashes that were discussed during my consult. The lash tech was attentive to my needs during application. The appointment started and ended on time. I'd return as a customer.

This is my favorite set yet! Sarah was gentle and swift with my lashes. The retention so far has also been long-lasting. I would highly recommend her. I would also say that the service at Delta Shores is quality. The front desk girls are always polite and accommodating + the facility is very clean and organized. 3rd eyelash visit

I signed up for the club membership so that I can go and get my eyelashes done routinely and expertly. However every time I've gone, my eyelashes never look the same. I keep thinking it will get better but it hasn't. Today's visit was the worst. I've had my eyelashes done many many times and have never been told that I have more eyelashes on one eye more than the other when I question the obvious difference in eyelash volume on each eye. I was even going to leave a tip as usual had I not had to wait in the lobby until after the front desk person finished upselling a new customer for 17 minutes. Since my services were already prepaid, I left. I will be calling to cancel the membership. It's too disappointing to continue.

When I first got my new lashes I thought they were too long. Now after my third visit I'm loving them. At 61, I wanted something a bit more natural so I now have a hybrid of single lashes and 3D in the shortest length they have (which is at least 1/3 longer than my natural lashes). I'm very happy with the look and the attention I'm given at Amazing Lash Studio.

The staff is friendly and professional, and the salon is very clean. The first appointment for a new set of lashes took about 2 1/2 hours. The lash tech was sweet and did a great job. The only thing that I didn't like (besides how long it took) is that she kept resting her arms(hands?) on my head which was uncomfortable. I didn't know how to say anything without sounding grumpy. Overall, though, it was a very nice place.
