I’ve so enjoyed having beautiful lashes. Marisa always satisfies. I am however considering losing the lashes because of the expense. I’ve tried the $118 monthly membership. But with every service the additional cost plus tip I don’t feel the discount is enough. So I changed to the $69 monthly membership which really doesn’t work either. Yesterday I left paying $90+. Again, I love the look, but it’s too pricey in the end.

Well, Makena exceeded my expectations and in fact, I like her even more than Devin. She was very gentle and completed my fill in 40 minutes!!! My lashes look great! My lashes look great and I’m happy with them. My only feedback is that Kae took the tape off a little aggressively to the point my eyes watered and I was left with a red mark. Usually the technicians are very gentle when taking off the tape. But I’ll continue to book with her regardless because the lashes look so good!

Good service. A little weird about pricing options and how to use credits and at initial booking sand my refill there were issues...nothing that couldn't be worked through I just do not think the way the program works is described. I was called to book a refill so I booked it but then was told that my month had not charged yet and I would need to pay or I will always be behind. I could have waited another few days to book til after the monthly charge came out. Just a little weird but I got it now!

I loved my service! Ashton was absolutely amazing! She took her time and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! My lashes look great! There was one small downfall! I was not made aware that the $79.99 promotion was for classic lashes only. When checking out, I was charged almost double that amount due to me receiving the hybrid set! The young lady was helpful and understanding enough to only charge me the $79.99 price, as I explained that the offer was very misleading. Hopefully, they’ll correct this matter going forward, so clients can have a clear understanding of how it all works and not feel misled.

Haley, my lash tech, was wonderful, probably one of the best experiences I’ve had in the 3 years I’ve been getting lashes. Extremely detailed. The front desk however, over charged me $30 that I don’t have back in my back account yet. Maybe it takes a few days? I’m not sure, she didn’t explain what I was being charged for at all. I had to keep asked questions. Before charging the card on file they should tell you the amount they’re charging to avoid this from happening.

I had a great experience from the time I walked in to the time I left. The ladies in the front were very welcoming! Summer my stylist was on point and fast! Loved it! She asked what style I wanted (First time I was every asked this in my amazing lash studio time) and executed it! While I was getting my lashes done I over heard the manager talking to another customer about cancelling her membership and it was no "WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS" or just making the person feel bad about her decision. The manager was kind and understanding and even gave her options of how to use her credits. Let's just say the Frisco team needs to take tips from Mckinney on their people skills! I went To a different location and had a really bad allergic reaction to the glue. That same location did not handle the matter at all and was not kind to me regarding the issue. My mom has been going to the McKinney location and she called them to tell them my situation and within an hour they had a master stylist, Summer, remove my lashes and give me her full attention. She was so kind and helped relive all the pain i was in. She also offered to provide a lash patch test when I’m healed and then complete the full set over again. I will Only be returning to the McKinney location! Love them!

I usually dread those appts that us women attend for beauty but I have to admit, I look forward to my visits with Devin. She's amazing and I'm always happy with my lashes. I don't know how she does it because I fall asleep every single time. Lol. Not only does she deal with that, but my snoring, my tummy growling and whatever I say when I start dreaming. Lol She's actually really quick, I'm just exhausted by the time I get to her. She is my place of Zen now. If want to be happy I suggest you follow lead. Not to mention, having a membership is amazing. I love this place!

The most patient women i have ever met! This is my first time experience with lashes. I am very pleased with them. I have had several compliments on them already. Everyone at the studio was very nice and friendly. The studio was clean but it was hard to get to the studio because of the google maps directions. It was well worth it.

Awesome staff, clean store! Allison H was my stylist, highly recommend her if your looking for a professional to take care of you! Also, she kept a great conversation going throughout my session which really helped me because I have trouble staying still for too long. Time just flew by! The manager and front desk were really kind, I got email notifications and text messages prior to my appointment and since I had rescheduled the manager called me personally to make sure that time and day still worked for me.
