The girls here are all epic and so accommodating. Queen Sam is the best lash tech I’ve had in literal years and she does such a good job. I’ve had some hits and misses with the lash glue quality/shedding but the team has always been understanding and willing to remedy any issues that arise. Full trust! If you don’t say anything they can’t fix it.

Hey there if you need to get your beauty on go to amazing lash. They do an excellent job take care of the guests with warm lash baths and they have a heating pad for you to lay on while you're getting your lashes done. So relaxing I have to fight falling asleep.

I got my first Lash Tint and Lift as well as Eyebrow Tint. I have some anxiety and my lovely Lash Lady Samantha went out of her way to make me feel comfortable , explain the process, check in and professionally do her magic on my eyes. I loved the results and the time passed quickly. It was a pleasant experience and Samantha deserves 10 out of 5 stars for being so Sweet!

Service was great and i love the lashes. I was a little disappointed that i was told $99 for my first time yet was charged $260 roughly. I wasn’t informed of a master eyelash person being assigned random for me until i was there or that it would keep adding on amounts based on style of lash. It needs to be explained better online so people know how much they will actually be paying.

I felt so comfortable here. The staff was so fun to be around and took time to explain the processes of everything. The facility was clean and easy to navigate. Supplies were all in sterile packaging and prepped for the appointment. I saw Samantha and she and I had a blast. We laughed and chatted while I was pampered. Emily is my new go-to lash gal! After having Covid last year I developed a lot of skin sensitivities and I cannot wear makeup. I have tried a few lash places and they have all been a mess. They would always fall off quickly and they never listened to what I wanted. Emily and I talked for about 10 minutes discussing the issues I’ve had before and she made sure she was clear on exactly what I wanted. They are PERFECT. Exactly what I wanted. I had had some not great experiences with Amazing Lash in the past and more so at the Cherry Creek location but I have been going to Mkenna (sorry if that is spelled wrong) and she first of all just does an amazing job on lashes. But secondly she understands customer service. There was a situation recently in which she had to use a different glue but she told me that she did and to call her if I was experiencing fall out and she would get me back in. First of all, she didn't have to even say that and could have left me wondering why they were falling out and made me disgruntly come back in and pay for a refill. However, I called and they put me back on the schedule for a complimentary fill. However, I got sick and couldn't come in for that fill and had to wait a week until I was over the cold and made sure I received a failed covid test. When I called again they still honored the complimentary service as I still would not be needing to get them done only a week after the previous session if the glue had held. Even once I had come in I had such little lashes left Mkenna still scheduled me again for a complimentary session to finish since I had had next to nothing left. In this instance I believe Mkennna went above and beyond what most would do and did the right thing. This is true customer service and true leadership. It makes me so happy to see and experience this when it seems to be lacking so much lately. I believe Mkenna has been such a valuable addition to the team and I hope that she goes far! Thank you so much Mkennna for making things right!

Nikki is the best! I lost a lot of lashes right away while on vacation and wore sunglasses to hide that. When I came back and AL called to confirm my appt I was asked if there was anything else I needed. I let them know what happened. Nikki and I went over the problem. Katie is the young woman I normally see, she is absolutely amazing at what she does! High quality lashes that don’t flake or fall within the week. Niki has been my lash tech since November 2020. I had 4 different ones before her. If I had her from the beginning I would say I’ve only had one - SHE IS THAT GOOD!!! She is a Master Stylist and makes your eyes look beautiful - whether it is 3D or Classic. I prefer a natural look and my husband loves it - no more mascara! She is good at getting to know her clients and I’m glad I’m one! The front desk ladies and facility are great too!

As soon as I walked into the studio the manager, Amanda, greeted me with a smile and talked to me about the membership. She was very sweet and made me feel welcomed! Maddy, my lash stylist took me into her room and did my refill. I have been going to Maddy since the stay at home order lifted and I will not go to another stylist. Her work is perfection; I get complements from almost everyone I see after every appointment. Not only is she amazing at her work, but the entire time I am getting my refill Maddy is so fun to talk to! Her kindness and optimism gives me something to look forward to when I walk into the studio!
