My experience was so much better this time around . I made an appointment a few weeks ago and when I got there, I guess my tech was behind so I went with someone else which I didn’t mind at all. I did mind that I was charged extra for the stylist because I didn’t ask for her nor did I know I was going to have to pay more.

Totally saved me from an awful lash job! I had my first lash extensions done the day before and not only were they quite unattractive the extensions were poking into my skin! They were painful and irritating. The salon where I got them was closed but luckily I found Amazing Lash in and was able to reserve an appointment online for the next morning. Shantise removed the extensions and she was super professional, gentle and very kind! The studio was very neat and clean and I was even offered a nice pillow for my legs and a cozy blanket. I highly recommend Shantise and Amazing Lash! Great experience start to finish!

I really loved Amazing Lash Studio. Everyone was very kind and helpful and explained everything to me in depth. However, my lashes look sparse. I paid for a volume full set (asked for hybrid) and my lashes look like a classic set. I was hoping for much more volume. I was wondering if I could receive a partial or total discount on my fill or we can work something else out because I want to keep coming to Amazing Lash studio, but I'm not in love with my lashes

Jasmine did a fill for me last night and she did great. She took her time and went back and forth between the eyes to ensure they would be symmetrical. Hannah did an excellent job applying my lash extensions. I like the natural look of them. The office is beautifully decorated with a nice assortment of eye care products available for purchase. I purchased the eye lash sleep mask. It does a nice job of protecting your eyes while you sleep. My only recommendation is to use tape that is less adhesive to reduce the skin discomfort and irritation.
