I had a great experience today with Rashida- she was so nice, very knowledgeable, filled my lashes perfectly, and communicated really well. It’s sometimes difficult to describe exactly what you want to someone who’s never done your lashes before (especially because everyone uses different terminology), but Rashida was very patient and accommodating throughout the service. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this location and this stylist! Also, the girls at the front desk were awesome! I had to reschedule the time of service the day before and they were super accommodating and were very polite(: Overall- a great experience.

First time getting lash extensions and Dani, my master lash technician was absolutely AMAZING! She answered every single question I had as well as explaining everything she was doing during the service as well as how to take care of them and when I should come back for a fill. The salon is so clean orderly and the staff at check in/check out provided AMAZING customer service. They knew their stuff and they didn’t try to pressure me into buying tons of the salons specialty products. I planned to get a couple of their products but they picked out the best ones that were right for me. They also didn’t try to push the extras on me. I signed up for the monthly membership they offer that covers bi-weekly fills and I was shocked at how affordable it all was, especially since the shop is in Jacksonville Beach and it seems like an upscale salon! I will definitely be returning! Best salon experience I’ve ever had hands down! Thanks again Dani!!!

GiGi is a doll so sweet however some of the lashes on my right eye are in my upper waterline of my eye and one cluster is on my lid higher above the rest on my natural lash line, not a big deal Im just worried about irritation on the waterline up under lashes. also the outer corner of my left eye a 1/4 to maybe less than a half of the lashes are glued falling downward instead of upward creating an upturned eye which I wanted but no worries it looks great but for 220.00 plus 20 tip I felt I needed to say something. Thank you so much and GiGi was SO SWEET!

Nay was my girl yesterday and she did an awesome job! I love Amazing Lash studio, I’ve been going for years. I started with them and Naples and loved all my girls there, then I moved to Saint Augustine and now I go to the one at Jax Beach. All of the girls that I’ve done my lashes have done a great job! What I love about amazing Lash studio is that they’re all trained properly and thoroughly, so no matter where you go to visit an amazing Lash studio near you, you’ll get the same quality. I just had the best experience at Amazing Lash Studio with Ashley. I had frequented this location for an extended period of time, then COVID happened and I ended up giving up my love for lashes. The staff called me and informed me that I had unused packages and invited me back in. I have been getting my lashes done for 9 years and never have I ever had such an amazing and relaxing visit as I did with Ashley. She was so gentle with every step of my visit. She was also aware of her surroundings and movements, keeping them at a minimum and taking extra care to remain quiet while executing her work. I actually fell asleep at my appointment and wasn't woken up by slamming drawers or fast movements over my face. I woke up refreshed and surprised at how incredibly gentle she was to my skin! She handed me the mirror to see her work and I was BLOWN AWAY! And just like that I am addicted! Her lash placement looks natural and light, not heavy and fake. My eyes always burned after visits and some of my lashes would be stuck to my bottom lashes, not this time! I highly recommend her and the Amazing Lash Studio staff for their kindness and attention to detail. I will happily make my 50 minute drive to this location based on this experience. My stylist is amazing! However i called to see if I could come in 20 mins after my scheduled time, and if it would put her behind. The receptionist said it would not put her behind, however any changes made after 24hrs would be a 50% of my service. I was still coming, and I was only getting a refill. Also I've had my appointment moved on their end several times.

Applying extensions is a tedious process and my technician, Veronica was great and very patient. I am disappointed that I chose the “cute” style as they don’t seem to be that conspicuous & while I didn’t want to look as though I sprouted wings on my eyelids, I nevertheless wanted a little drama! The front desk staff could use more training in customer appreciation and customer service. Danielle was fine but her colleague didn’t seem to care that I desired to not pay gratuity on sales tax - tip should be applied to the Net, not the gross. “That’s just the way our system is, unless you pay cash.” All in all - more warmth should be conveyed to the customer. When a customer feels valued, chances are great they will return.

I came to this salon while visiting Florida for a wedding. Having just moved from Canada to the US, I hadn't found a new lash place and this one has locations in NY (where I moved), so I figured I'd get a set done. Having been to multiple lash places over time in different countries, I can confirm the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are private and clean. My technician confirmed what I want and allowed me to get a bit of a custom set (1D/3D hybrid) at slightly cheaper than the full 3D price, which was kind and definitely not required of her! The price point in the Jacksonville region is regionally higher than what I was used to in Canada, but Amazing Lash Studio is a great deal compared to other places in the area for a reputable lash studio. Overall, great & friendly service, adequately priced, and they'll make sure you get what you're looking for. Would recommend, and I will definitely return to the NY locations to get my fills :)

So this is the first place that I've gone where my lashes actually stay on and if the don't they do everything possible to fix the issue. I moved here from Germany and didn't know anyone in this city. I tried two places before finding them and they where a big FAIL. I started to become doubtful on if I would found a place that was going to meet my European eyelash tech standards. However Amazing Lashes have been Amazing to and for me. I know I can be a bit demanding but they are always patient and caring with me. My go to eyelash techs are Taye, Tameka, and Aisha!! All three are top notch in their professions and I love them! The girls in the front that check you in are wonderful as well and so sweet to me! Whitney is my heart she is so sweet,caring and helpful. Candice is also a sweetie she is actually doing a gala to help disadvantage children in this area so that speaks volumes about her. Also I think her name is Danielle (or maybe it's Ashley not sure I only know her when I see her). She is nice but sometimes I'm not sure if she cares for me (at least sometimes that is the vibe she gives with me) regardless my point is that she still treats me nice and does whatever she can to make sure I'm happy so I still like her😊 Try this place you won't be disappointed!

I am not pleased with the outcome. Lashes do not extend across the full eye area. They look ridiculous, I had to buy "their" mascara to cover up the area that did not have the false lashes which I can't even use for 48 hours. Woke up this morning and one side is totally crooked. My husband hates them, said they look to long and really fake. I wish I had selected a different design, but my first time and I had no idea what to do. Seems they would have not let me leave without being pleased with the outcome. Seems they could have done something to rectify the situation. The ladies working there are extremely pleasant and was a nice experience putting the lashes on!

Upon arrival I was told my technician was out sick. Immediately I was offered options (dates/times/other technicians) that would make this inconvenience better. I was placed with Danielle, who had recently completed her training. I had eye lashes from another place and I developed allergy . I wanted 200.00 + tip. I was so disappointed, because my natural eyes lashes are very short and you can't see them. I came to Amazing Lashes,they test eyes lashes for 48hrs before I got my full set. Thank God I didn't have any reaction, I got my full set,I bought the membership too can't wait to go back for my refill. The place very clean and personnel very courteous, nice.

1st time ever getting eyelash extensions. This studio is excellent! From the atmosphere, staff, cleanliness, and all around experience, I would rate it a 10/10! The process was very easy and I was given explanations every step of the way. Ashely, my lash expert!, made sure I was very comfortable through the whole process, and explained what she thought would be best for my specific lashes. I am very pleased with my final lash look and can’t wait to go back every few weeks for touch ups to make sure my lashes stay AMAZING!
