My in salon experience was very good. Emily did a good job explaining my options as I have never had extensions. I would recommend this salon. The only thing negative is that I lost around 10 lashes overnight primarily from one eye. I purchased the eye mask as recommended so I was surprised at the lost lashes. Perhaps this is normal? Hoping not to lose any more before my first fill.

I’ve had lashes before—about 2 years ago. I never went to Amazing Lash Studio until yesterday. Out of all of the places I’ve received lash extensions, this is the best! They have membership options, a variety of lash shaped available (ex: lashes short by inner eye but longer near outside to make a cat eye look) and a variety of lash types and lengths! I was very impressed with their professionalism, cleanliness, and overall service! Now, I will not be be going any other place for lashes!

I had a great experience at Amazing Lash studio.the ladies were welcoming and professional. My appointment was with Justine. She was amazing! This was the first time that I was putting on lashes. I didn’t want them to look over the top. I told her what I wanted them to look like I was blessed with beautiful lashes. She listened and delivered . The only thing I don’t like is that it seems like they are trying to sale me these expensive maintenance products that I don’t need. Other than that, I love my lashes.

I enjoyed getting my lashes done here. They were professional, clean & offered mimosas upon entry. My technician was new to the studio. She took her time with the application. I wish that they had better & physical examples of the options vs choosing just based upon a description is my only complaint. If you are providing a visual service you should provide visual options for something that is lasting for a few weeks. I was sold the membership service which is good at any location & they have a lot of locations so I appreciate the convenience.

I love all the ladies work. I also appreciate the time slot availability. Most private owners only work certain hours in a week, which I can not do. My time is valuable and limited. Everyone is great at the Lombard location! I love my lashes, and of course, am addicted. I do not have to wear makeup. Just get up and go!

Loved the gal who did my lashes. But for a 2 hour session I can so without the blaring loud music. It's a relaxing experience who wants to listen loud horrible music. Why not easy listening music from 70 80 or 90s. Smooth office music. Also maybe more comfortable spa tables. Not comfortable laying on a massage table for 2hours

Nikki is amazing. My lashes look better than ever, and I get tons of compliments. She works fast but is so thorough. I have very little lash loss because she is just so good. We've also been working together to strengthen my natural lashes, and she's been helping me with suggestions that have been working. This helps my extensions look even better. Nikki has the best attitude and personality, and is such a professional. I would recommend her (and Amazing Lash Studio) to anyone looking to get top-notch, amazing lashes.

Haley and Gabby were great. The were friendly and personable and explained the process really well. My only issue the lashes did not stay on that well for me. One eye is almost gone. And for the price I would have thought they would have stayed on better. But i do have a very oily face and that could be the issue.

Although I was late and the Technician informed me that my time would be cut short, I choose to get the 6D lashes thinking that that would give me a better fullness, as far as i’m Concerned it still looks like the individuals, the technician did tell me I would have to schedule a mini, I did and I was informed of the cost, but after really thinking about this it would have been very costly so I canceled, but because it’s my birthday I wanted my lashes to look nice so I rescheduled and informed the lady at the desk that I would probably cancel my membership it can be costly even with a membership, so she rescheduled me as a correction and said it would be no charge and I really appreciate that, I don’t know maybe it’s me but for the cost I was expecting something so much better than what I get from the nail salon, at this point I feel my lashes looked better done at the nail salon for 25.00 than so far i’ve Paid 174.00 for 2 visits, not worth it.

I’ve been getting lash extensions for over a year and each stylist varies in the time and length the lash appt is, the duration the lashes stay on, and the feedback the stylist give. It used to be that a refill would last a month and now they want me to come in ev 2 wks. Honestly I’m ready to cancel my membership because it takes too long and my lashes are not staying on as well as they used to.

Your staff if incredible and I think they’re amazing. I complain every time I get a refill about how my lashes look too thin. I pay for 3D upgrades every time and still don’t get the volume I expect after paying $200/ month. Something has changed along the way and it’s as if you guys have told them to use less lashes on clients or take longer. We know what the markup is on these lashes and there is not reason for you to skimp people out of quality especially if you pay extra. Bad company policy. Btw your staff is amazing and they have nothing to do with this.

When i first came to this studio, my lashes looked awesome i was hooked and joined the membership. A few fills and decided to take a break, i came back for full set and they look horrible! the glue is bad and thick almost crispy not soft like the at beginning when they opened. I have canceled my membership but still have hundreds on file for fills so I am going to try another location. The staff here is AWESOME and very nice, i just expected more from the technicians
