I booked this appointment with model pricing ($25 for a classic set). I verified before my appointment a week before that it would be model pricing. My lash technician, Sierra was great and very professional. When I checked out, the front desk person (believe her name is Ashley) told me my total would be $149. I informed her I had booked model pricing and she then changed my total to the correct cost of $25. It felt very sketchy that she was trying to charge me $149 initially, and I didn’t appreciate her not knowing the details of my appointment when I had confirmed via phone call twice, weeks before the appointment. Please look into this situation so others are not taken advantage of. Again, i had a great experience with Sierra.

I’ve encountered with many technicians who aren’t very personable but at this location I left with a different aspect. Every employee I spoke with was very helpful and kind when it came to satisfying me. Jessika was my stylist and I was super happy about her work on my lashes. Additionally, Briani was another employee that gave me useful information and was also very welcoming. I am definitely making this my new lash location :)

I really enjoyed the concierge service at this location. The receptionist was sweet and attentive. I had Mable as my technician and she did an amazing job. I’ve been to 3 other technicians and she is the only one who took time with me and gave me a consultation before she begin to give me that perfect look. I’m moving to Katy but i will definitely adjust my schedule to her’s so that I can continue to see her.

Amazing lashes is a good place to go! The prices are a bit expensive compared to other local salons. I live nearby, so it’s helpful. The staff is nice too. I go to Daija, and have been seeing her for about 6 months maybe. She is amazing, talented, gentle, sweet, and professional! I used to tell her the look I wanted with the lashes and you she always exceeded my expectations. Now I just go in and she already knows what to do.
