I literally love Amazing Lash studio. I referred a girl I work with to you guys and she’s just as addicted as I am! Amazing lash is more than just lashes though. Their employees are so kind and down to earth. They make you feel like friends just hanging out having girl talk. My lash girl Anisa is not only my lash girl, but my therapist. Nothing like spilling tea and getting glammed up. I close my eyes and rant until I fall asleep. Then I wake up with full lashes ready to slay. I will give you guys 5 stars all day every day

Clean environment, staff professional and knowledgeable. I came in for a full set, received a consultation with good recommendations. The technician. Nail it! I was satisfied with my full set and she did a great job of telling me how to care for my lashes. I like that appointments were set for refills before I left. Customer service is a big deal especially with the inflation nowadays. I booked my appt online as it was after hours when I decided to make an appt and hey why not. Perfect, I got the hour I needed. I didn't care with whom, because I felt confident in the studio. Anisa (whom I have never had) was beyond excellent. I felt I gave a great tip, considering the price of a refill. At checkout I was getting charged $10 more for getting a master stylist. Nowhere on the online booking did it let me know I was paying for a master stylist. Anyways, story short, I asked not to be charged that fee since I didn’t know but I would be ok to pay that next time if I chose her again. Sadly, I didn’t feel valued because the person (manager/owner) at the desk made me pay. I handled it with grace, paid, but did not appreciate the front desk service.

This place is clean, staff is friendly. I am used to paying for grooming services so am not cheap. The plans here are expensive and I pay nearly $100 per month. I would suggest they offer a discount program if you get 10 fills you get the 11th one 50% off or something like that. Libby is nice and they offer refreshments. Overall I am happy with Amazing Lash Studio.

It is always a pleasure to get my lashes done at Amazing Lash Studio's. The teams are highly skilled and my lashes typically last 3 weeks before a fill. I am often so relaxed during the service (soothing music, a blanket, a roll pillow for under my knees and a comfy pillow don't hurt either - lol) I fall asleep. I listen to my stylish recommendations and follow the care routines as best I can. It's a great experience and I'll keep coming back.

Where do I start? My very first time at "Amazing Lash Studio" was two days before my wedding day. Typically an average person is at the salon up to 2ish hours. Well...I was there for 5 hours! I got there at 4pm and didn't leave the salon until a little after 9pm that night. Mind you the lady that did my lashes, well who tried to do my lashes left before I did. It was LITERALLY a NIGHTMARE. Staff there is aware of the situation and EVERYONE knows who I am there. I am the "bride" that was there for 5 whopping hours. Whose eyes were glued shut and had to have another tech separate my eye lids let alone fix my terrible looking lashes. Two hours in and the woman who was doing my lashes didn't even have my first eye complete. When I got home I noticed my right eye was super red and it felt like something kept poking my eye. My Husband noticed I had a eyelash glued onto my eye under my eyelid. It was extremely painful. I expressed my feelings and was too exhausted. The manager at the time, Lisa was wonderful. She made sure I was refunded and taken care of for my next visits. Even though I am aware the location (Rancho Cucamonga) is under new management, it seems like the communication is off. Thats a whole different story. Although I did have to come back the next day to have a master stylist fix my poor lashes. They looked "Amazing"! After my terrible experience I had a beautiful wedding. I have decided to no longer give "Amazing Lash Studio" my business. I am giving someone else my business. Thank you.

First time there i was a little lost on what they do. They expected i know what was the first thing i do. Which is wash ur lashes. But other than that the women were awsome and living i felt comfortable and welcomed n my lashes are over all beautiful. My boyfriend didnt even know they werent mine. Until i told him. But than again he is a guy. I did notice some fall out like maby 3 lashes by the time i got home. But i think that's expected due to eyelashes are always growing. Im first time buyer n user. This was the first time I got my lashes done. I like a natural look and the eyelash expert Marci suggested the style “cute”. I have very sensitive skin and asked if there was any sensitive solutions to the glue, and they had a plan in place to make me very comfortable. When she placed the gel pad my face started burning so she took them off and aired my eyes and used tape instead. The glue irritated my eyes a bit so she started to fan my eyes and I felt nothing at all. When I saw my eyelashes they were beautiful and just what I wanted. Not to exaggerated but still beautiful. I loved them!! I will be back!

Everyone is incredibly friendly from the managers, lash stylists, and front! I love how I change my lash styles, but my FAVORITE is 6D volume! They last on average 3-4 weeks and are incredibly light and fluffy! Helpful tips!! Arrive early! Book your next refill before you leave!! Tip the girls well (they work really hard)!!

Went today for their Mother’s Day special and was really blown away by this place. It was very nice, clean and displayed amazing customer service! I got my first ever full set done by Amanda and she did a great job and was super sweet. I love the look of my lashes! I got the “Glamorous” style and they look great. Honestly the customer service here is on point! They take it to a different level! Everyone is consistently nice, informative, and caring. I always feel welcomed here. The location is great and the store itself is really clean and I love the style. The reason for my four star rating is because the membership is so confusing! It took me a couple months to understand what I was paying for. I know more than two people who get their lashes done here and didn't understand the membership or what was actually being paid for. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I have been going to this place since it opened. I originally started off at the eastvale location about a year and a half ago. The Rancho location was much closer to my house so I stared off going there. I'm a type of person that isn't stylist loyal because my schedule is so darn busy with work and kids that I just take any appointment that I can get. I am so happy I am able to do that, because all of the stylist are great. I've been happy with everyone I've seen. I swear at this point I've seen them all. They are all so nice and sweet. For me I am so exhausted I just like to put my headphones in and listen to a podcast for an hour and it's almost like a mini break from life for me. I typically come every 2-3 weeks and as long as I'm caring for them at home properly (washing with lash cleanser and gently brushing them when they're dry) they're all good. Even when I go too long between a fill they are somehow able to work their magic and make them look good in less than an hour. The front desk girls are super sweet too. I love that I am able to text them for appointments, cause who has time to make a phone call when you're at work?? They have 8pm appointment too! Sometime I put my kids to bed and am able to run over for a quick visit. If you're looking for a professional location plus convenience this is the place for you. I highly recommend them!

There was one person not very friendly Heather, she had an attitude towards me most of the time when I asked about redeeming my 10 points. I asked her to speak with manager to see if I could get a credit since I could have used them my first visit. She gave me attitude being rude talking about her coworker pretty bad as she assumed I was misinformed about the points. Let me start this off by saying I LOVE MY LASHES!!! My stylist Michelle H was so awesome! I gave her a picture of what I wanted my lashes to look like and she nailed it! My last lash experience was a nightmare! My stylist was gentle with my eyes and I fell asleep like a baby! I've gotten so many compliments on my lashes and if my boyfriend complimented them I know they look good! Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable but most of all friendly which I loved! Will definitely consider signing up for their membership program!

Not sure why anyone had a bad experience with this place. Although i do know that there were several new ladies being trained TODAY very efficiently! I got my lashes done in utah and they were massacred. Stuck my eyelid and very poorly filled. But the gals here got me squared away so fast. Gave me a great. Great customer service. The manger is great and my lash girl was awesome.

Samantha is my technician and she's very, very good. She LISTENS and is willing to try different things and recommend what will look the best. I went from having to have my lashes done every 2 weeks at another studio to being able to go 3-4 weeks at Amazing lash Studio. That speaks to Quality! I also (finally) joined the club - definitely a money saver. The added extras I purchased were also worth it... especially the Latice type lash growing product - WOW.

I started out about 6 months ago with Johnny's lashes (not knowing where or who to go go) - that was a really bad experience (for me). Then, I tried Lashes on Broadway in Rancho Cucamonga and Wow what a difference. This NEW studio Amazing Lashes opened super close to my home and I thought I'd try it. Samantha (Sam) is the sweetest young lady and did an amazing job. They explain everything in super detail and sell products that help maintain the lashes even longer. I had been going in every 2 weeks with barely any lashes left which Sam said should not be the case. I should be able to go 3-4 weeks and maybe even longer with proper care (e.g. use the lash soap, apply this other stuff 2 times per week to ensure the glue is maintained on each lash)... I even bought a Latice type product for hair growth I can use on my eyelashes and eyebrows every day. Yes, I probably spent way too much but honestly with the new set discount $89 and the lashes lasting twice as long (hopefully) I felt the investment in after care was worth it. We'll see... I made another appointment for 3 weeks from now just to be safe. I'm happy so far... really happy.
