Carly is a SAINT. She does a flawless job every time And fixed what the stylist before her did last time. However the girl before her in the beginning of June May have just been starting out I’m not sure but she bout glued all my eyelashes together and my eyes shut. I had to go home and pluck just about everything she had done offf just to be able to see as my natural lashes were all stuck downward poking me in the eye. I didn’t wanna get her in trouble bc we all start somewhere. Carly was able to fix what I had left after waiting a few weeks for the mess to fall off even though she still had to pluck out quite a bit and see how much glue was used. I don’t wear makeup and I only use products bought from y’all so it was an interesting experience prior to Carly. I spend a lot of money there and if it hadn’t been for Carly I’d probably have ended my membership. And although I spent 125 dollars to have to pluck them all out and felt I had wasted my money, my schedule wouldn’t have lined up to even have it fixed sooner, As a single parent I hardly get the time to even come in when I do but I’d happily spend the 140 to see Carly any time

Today was my first time but it won't be my last. Melissa was so sweet and took her time to hear me out. She made sure I was happy before I left. Everyone that I came in contact with were super nice and helpful. I think I finally found my place and lash artist after four tries.

I had an appointment with Erin this morning. It only is she the sweetest young lady ever she is extremely professional and very fun to be around. I had a hard time laying flat on my back and wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to follow through with my appointment after it started. She made it happen. I had to sit up a few times ( and I know that was annoying) but Erin accommodated me ever si for step of the way. As I get older (shhh) I realize that my body can’t stay in one position. Anyway... my lashes are AMAZING and I read the reviews before I booked and I chose Erin from her ratings. Everyone there was just lovely. You should be very proud of your staff. I am beyond happy about my service at Amazing Lash Studio in Rockaway. I normally go to another location but I can never get an appointment with the person I want to see so I tried Rockaway! From the time I called to make the appointment to confirming, check in, my service, to check out, the customer service I experienced was perfect! I felt so welcomed to be there. And this studio makes it very obvious they are taking every covid19 precaution, so I felt safe! My lashes look the best they ever have and I have been getting them done for 3 yrs. Danielle was amazing and my lashes look amazing. I went here because of the first time lash special. Booked it online. Was shocked when Alexa was checking me out and told me about a $30 MASTER fee. I didn't choose Danielle....although she was awesome. This was booked online. If I've never had lashes how would I even know to book a MASTER. The price went from $90 to $120 and when I explained all of this to Alexa and went through my emails to see if I was ever told about this fee she said there was nothing she could do. That is a HUGE price jump and I didn't appreciate it being thrown at me AFTER the service was complete.

The staff and girl who does my lashes are fantastic!! The fact that corporate raised the prices is disgusting!!! Literally doubled the price, I have $119 automatically withdrawn from my account every month , still had to pay over $12+ and a tip each time now that $12 is doubled to over $24!!!! It’s insane and I’m not sure how much longer I can pull this off! I’m sure I’m not alone... this is the kind of thing (greed) that will put places like this out of business!! I love getting my lashes done and LOVE Danielle! My lashes always come out great and she’s so pleasant and sweet. They girls at the salon are always welcoming! BUT the prices are getting crazy! They DOUBLED the add-on prices of hybrid extensions overnight! Of course people are going to pay it because now we are hooked but I’m going to complain about it all the time! Price increases are expected but doubling the prices is ridiculous.

I have been getting my eyelashes done now for almost 4 years in the rockaway location. I absolutely LOVE my stylist Sammy. I have tried a few others and I just love her the best. My eyelashes always look amazing I never have to wear eye makeup -worth the money. Only negative is some of the employees really pushing the products too hard. It’s a complete turn off to me to go in every 3 weeks for 4 years to repeatedly get asked at every visit to purchase products. Otherwise would have got 5 stars

I dont know if it’s the lashes that are awful or just the location but do not Go here. I got my lashes put on Tuesday, it’s now Friday and they’re almost completely gone. Definitely not worth the money. The receptionists are all very rude, if you try to end your membership they ask you to explain why it’s now too expensive in the waiting room full of people and then say “ok that’s perfectly fine”, as if they’re allowing you to cancel. Took fifteen minutes to get started and fifteen minutes to check out because they try to push more expensive products, the lash kit, and buying refill packages. The only reason I gave one star is cause it wouldn’t let me leave zero stars, I will never try this place again.

As a redhead with eyelashes so fair that they are virtually invisible, I am a HUGE fan of Amazing Lash. I NEVER go out without my mascara and even put it on while in labor with my son (Yes...crazy!). Now I have lashes when I get up in the morning! I went on vacation and didn't have to put on mascara and it was awesome! Highly recommend 3D as they look best on me with my fair features. After a few refills I finally gave in to the front desk and decided to spend extra $$ and try a "Master Stylist", they really pushed for it. This was 1 hour refill. By far the worst of all I have ever had, not sure why they charge extra money for it. The time the girl spent definitely did not justify the final result, let alone the extra $$. You can barely see the difference from before and after the refill. I am very disappointed. The previous time I had a 1/2 hour quick refill with a "regular" stylist and it was BY FAR prettier and fuller. Never again.
