Tavia is great. My lashes always last 2-3 weeks with her. Wirth the extra $10.00. I was disappointed when checking out that girl wanted to charge me $20.00 (she said only people who had account paid $10.00) my account is frozen as I am going to be using my 2 daughters credit as they were dissatisfied with other stylists. A fill should last at least 2 weeks. Luckily I learned about Tavia before I quit as well. Receptionist lacks customer service skills. Tavia is great and I am glad to hear she will still be at Sandy location.

I've been having issues with my lash retention recently. It is frustrating. Hard to place my trust in Amazing Lash, especially when the technicians seem to be leaving and I have to get new ones. The front desk also seems to have a high turn over recently. I was also charged an extra $10 this last time without any explanation. I would like to know why. Did the pricing go up? Even for members that have money automatically pulled monthly? I didn't think that would happen. This last time I paid $59 for my fill instead of $49 with no explanation. Why?

I came in thinking I was getting lashes removed that a different business had put on and replaced with a fresh set done right. Plans changed as the removal was very difficult to do because of the horrific job done previously. The care , the kindness , the effort that became teamwork was amazing. I can’t thank them enough. I didn’t get to have new lashes put on at this time, however I they sent me with a purchased eyelash vitamin serum to build up my lashes for a future set. They did not charge me for the removal, only the serum I needed. I love this place. The manager and staff up front are always so friendly and they remember you and I love that. I have gone to 3 different people here since I got a pass and every time has been awesome. I went to one person for a long time and she moved and I was super nervous to try someone else but both others I have scheduled with (my schedule is all over) did an awesome job. My lashes are just how I like them, they ask questions and make sure they know what I am wanting for the end result to be. I go every three weeks and my lashes last. I have been coming here for almost a year. Every time I think about canceling my pass, I get a fill and they look so great I just can't do it!

I have had lashes for over 2 yrs now and know what I want. My tech listened and did a beautiful job. I like the natural look with long lashes. I have had other places put them on that looks worse than the glue on temporaries. The full set is amazingly cheap when the average is $200-250 for a new full set. Wouldn’t hesitate to refer others to them.

I am very picky about my lashes. I like them to look natural but obviously a little thicker and darker than my natural. It took me a while to find someone that could do them how I liked them. They do them perfectly every time here. My sister gets the volume lashes and hers look amazing every time as well. They show they care about taking care of your natural lashes too, with great products you can get to keep your natural lashes healthy while also having great extensions. Everyone is also so friendly and helpful every time. I am very impressed. The first time I went they show you in detail every option of the different types and shapes of lashes and what will work best for your lifestyle. I'm glad I did a pass here (makes it very easy to keep up.) I would recommend to anyone looking for quality lash extensions.
