I have been coming to this location since I moved here earlier this year and don’t regret it one bit. Everyone ios friendly and provides a great service. I never have to worry about the quality of lashes that I get. Shout out to Keyuari for always taking care of my lashes and making them look great when they have been thru the worst. Def recommend taking advantage and sign up for the membership at this location.

What an amazing service this is - everyone who works here is so helpful & so patient in explaining thoroughly the process & different products. The owner is so sweet & kind. Only suggestion would be for them to have some kind of tier memberships, to include the different lash prices in the membership subscription , rather than having it be an up charge. 10/10 would recommend!

Stylist did a great job again! Had some confusion with front office for original appointment on Saturday 6/18 (had called to reschedule as car broke down in Clearwater and said I didn’t have an appt). Then rescheduled for 9am Sunday 6/19 but when I went to pull up directions, it said the location didn’t open until 10am. Tried to call & reschedule but couldn’t get through until after 10am. Every stylist I’ve met with has been great but seems to be some housekeeping things that need updated.

Visited this location for the first time as I am here for work. My lashes were looking rough and in desperate need of a refill. I was immediately greeted with by the friendly Tyrah who checked me in. Ashton was my stylist who not only fixed my lashes but gave me some great tips for the aftercare that I had never knew about. A total plus for this location is that they are doing lash baths if you are member! What a great reward for their loyal customers.

I have had the best experience at Amazing Lash South Tampa. The whole place is immaculately clean and the waiting area as well as work rooms are very comfortable and inviting. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was working there is so nice and they all have the best personalities. I have been there twice now and have not been disappointed in anyway either time. Melina did my lashes initially and I requested her again to do my fill in, she did an awesome job. I have used several of the techs there and been very pleased with the quality of work. Especially pleased with Casey and Margaritt. The phone service however really needs revising. The message you get is too long. People don’t have time to wait through all that info. Especially when more times than not you have to leave a message THEN! You do not get a return call!! That really has to hurt your business.

My tech, Case, is great!!!!! The long wait having to listen to a slow talking lady deliver info about your services then to tell me press a numbers to push for certain extensions is a tiring experience time after time. ALSO, My calls are answered about 50% of the time. As of today I have stopped leaving messages because no one calls me back.
