The technician Christina was great. your organization needs some help. I got canceled for weather last week, then re scheduled.. Got to Westport Tuesday and it was closed, no phone call. Rescheduled for Stamford Wednesday at 2. Got a call asking to change the time as it was not convenient for the technician. I assume that is true but its not the smartest thing to tell the client. And then I was charged for a full set as I had been delayed so long and I pay a monthly fee. I love my technician/stylist Yaya.. but management needs to get it together.

I haven’t been to very many eyelash places but this one is definitely doing it right. From the start, Paris made me feel comfortable especially with my skin sensitivity issues. She constantly checked in on me and was very receptive and knew what would bother my skin. She was amazing at making me comfortable. After she removed my old lashes from somewhere else, Paris showed me her work and could quickly tell q hat I was looking for. I wanted an enhanced natural look. I wanted them full but not fake looking. Low and behold I have a now enhanced natural look that even my fiancé says they look great and tends to hate it when I do stuff like this. I loved Paris’ work so much I signed up for a membership the same day. I am looking forward to having my lashes done by Paris for the foreseeable future.

I got an eyelash lift for the first time as an experiment for myself, as someone who does not usually do many beauty treatments. The location was clean and everyone was very nice. I followed all directions and know my lashes are stubborn so I'm not surprised by day two my left lashes are beginning to droop. Would do this again for a special occasion but not likely a regular. However, would recommend the location for anyone interested!

I have been a member of Amazing Lash for over 3 years. I have always been happy with the service. However, I was disappointed last night when I found out how payments are applied. I continued to pay my membership while giving my lashes a break for a four months. I got a new set last night and rather than just applying the amount I owed from the monies paid over the last 4 months, I was informed that their system only allowed them to either apply two months membership, whereby I would lose $40 already paid, or use one months membership and pay an additional $34. While I had a great service with Paris and your front desk staff were lovely - I left feeling unhappy

I had a very poor experience the past few times I have gotten fills. The last fill I got- it didn't even look like I got one. I had to come back the next day and Victoria did a correction and made them look beautiful. Yesterday I had a 1pm appointment, I got there at 12:45 because I am always a little early just in case I can get in. Marie did not show up till 1:15- I had to see someone else and was in a time crunch as she was already late. Someone else was able to take me in. I asked for the 3D volume and my left eye had so many missing pieces/gaps- it did not even look like I got a fill. The stylist then told me that I should not wait 3 weeks before getting a fill because then I'll have gaps? No she just rushed my appointment and did not spend enough time on the left eye. I still had to pay the extra $ for the volume even though I voiced how upset I was. I came back last night (the SAME day- thats how bad they were) for a correction. Shelly was able to make them look beautiful. But I am still so upset at the services I received on my last two fills. I do not think that the am-mature stylist should be allowed to do fills until they are ready. It's not fair that I am spending a monthly fee to get lashes that do not even look as if I got a new fill. I was also not offered any compensation for the situation which I did not like.

I had an AMAZING experience at the Stamford location where I had a full set of extensions placed. The location was clean and timely and the individual rooms took an extra step to have massage like bolsters and blankets for a cozy lay down. I madean appointment with someone specific because she did my lashes the first time and i was super happy with them. The person told me the hours she available and i chose a time we were both able to do it. I got to my appointment and was given to someone without telling me why i wasn't with the person i specifically asked. I did like my lashes but as to as satisfied as i was the first time. IF you're going to make appointments, shouldn't you follow through? i would have rather liked a phone call for a reschedule or letting me know i will not be with the person i expected to be with, since i asked.

Friendly staff. Clean setting. I was a newbie to all of this. Kim walked me through the process and was informative of each thing she was doing. It was quite relaxing and I may have fallen asleep. My honest rating would be 4 stars for the eyelashes extensions, and 5 stars to the manager Yoahana of Amazing lash studios. I was contacted right away after my review, she schedule appointment after 2 days get my full set fixed , of course they did not ask me to pay. So manager is excellent. Now about the eyelashes.. refill experience was better than full set, but still the girl left black spot on my eyelid, and extensions where not glued in even line ( meaning one closer the skin, another more far.) so in my honest opinion you guys still have where to improve yourself with your work. Its good , but its not perfect. Unfortunately i will not be back, i will use my old place in New Canaan, but thank you so much for good service and i hope girls will get better over with time!

PARIS IS AMAZING!! been to a couple lash places before and haven’t had the experience like I’ve had at amazing lash studio. Explained what I like and what I don’t like and Paris knew exactly what to do. She has such talent and a great personality! My lashes can last a good 3 weeks thanks to her amazing work! Zully was so sweet, professional, and great at what she does! I normally get a full lash with longer lashes on the ends. Zully gave me a clean look with perfect length. Keri at the front desk is amazing and sweet. She’s very knowledgeable and always makes the best recommendations On lash products.

Today is my birthday. I am 62. I have been working quite a bit of overtime lately and have gotten in the bad habit of NOT wearing makeup. I always looked tired and old, even when I put on mascara. Last night my 7 year old grandson had a sleepover and this morning he looked at me and said “Gaga, where did your wrinkles go?” I took a selfie of the 2 of us and it is the first photo in months where my eyes sparkle!!! Thank you!!! Amazing Lash Studio Stamford. The studio was immaculate and the staff were professional and nice. The only issue I have is my technician was very slow! it took over 2 hours for her to put on my lashes.

Everything went exceptionally well and Paris did another fabulous job. But I must say I was never aware of the point system..getting points for products/referrals/reviews. So maybe I missed it along the way, but I’ve been going for quite a while and had just 2 points accumulated. I will keep track from now on. My only suggestion is for your staff at the desk to reiterate this policy each time a customer comes in. All in all, a great job today!

From the staff, to the process itself I have been very pleased. I travel almost an hour and half to two hours to come to this studio!! I can be open and honest with them and they meet my needs with kindness and professionalism. I am truly thankful for Kerri. Paris was my technician. As always her work is exemplary. My concern is that when the desk person was told she gave the wrong lashes to be used, she treated it like a joke. When I. As the client, let her know it was not funny, she made a snide comment and left the room slamming the door. My issues with this place have never been with the technician but rather with the desk staff and the unclear policies. I return SIMPLY because of Paris. I suggest that the owner of this particular franchise clean up its act.

Overall the staff explained how everything works from the membership to the products really well. Kelly did my lashes and I had a bad set from getting them done somewhere else (making my lashes tangled) and she totally helped to fix it. She was super nice and very efficient!

Getting my lashes done is one of the most amazing things I’ve done for my overall look. I threw away all my mascara and no longer wear makeup except tinted lip balm. I have had extensions before.. i think after looking at them in detail at home with my family we all came to the conclusion that they are too long and too sparce. I have had better lashes done in the past. Sorry to say. Was looking forward to having a studio to go to in my town. Not sure if I will need to go back to my last studio and have them correct these lashes or try to live with them for a few days and figure it out. Not sure if I am going to keep my next appointment.

My experience at Amazing Lash Studio Stamford overall was very pleasant! The receptionists were super friendly and made me feel welcomed. It was my first time ever getting my lashes done, so I didn't know what to expect or what I even wanted from the stylist. However, I do wish she was a bit more careful and thorough in applying my lashes. She placed a lot of them higher up on my eyelids than I'd like and the placement seems uneven- my right eye is much more filled than my left. I was also told that a new set would take about 2 hours to complete, but my stylist was done within an hour, so it felt a bit rushed. Although I wasn't completely satisfied, I understand it was my first time and next time can be more vocal in expressing what I would like for my lashes. Can't wait for my refill!

My girl, Shelly, is great. She knows what she is doing and is knowledgeable. However, I have been disappointed twice with my lashes. Took a shower this morning, was very careful. I don't go near my eyes. While brushing my teeth, a lash fell out, and while driving, one came onto my cheek. Very disappointed.
