As I have aged, my eyelashes aren't what they used to be say 7 to 10 years ago. It was difficult to apply mascara to the little bit that I had. Then I read about Amazing Lash Studio and the many positive reviews. So I made an appointment. I was so nervous going into my appointment. But I was immediately welcomed and put at ease by Ashley. Lauren who did the process, took the time to really understand what I wanted as the "look" I was looking for. She explained everything that was going to happen and how she was going to mix two different types of lashes to create the look. When all was said and done, I was extremely happy with the outcome. Lauren then took the time to explain the after care for the next 48 hours and and beyond to my next appointment. If you are considering eyelash extensions, I recommend highly Amazing Lash Studio.

I've been a member of amazing lash studio for a couple of years. I took a pause during covid and recently decided to go back to getting my lashes done. I tried another location and it was hit or miss. I found Gina at the Staten Island location and she is truly "amazing." She is thorough and really listens to the look I'm going for. Everyone at this location is super nice and attentive. It's about 25 mins away from my house and even though I have other studios closer, this place is well worth the drive!

Really great lash job, I was just a little surprised at the price. I walked in for my first time with the expectation my lashes were going to be $99.99 as advertised and ended up walking out with a $230 bill. The quality is great and they look beautiful, but the price is a little off putting. Would probably come back depending on how long the lashes last!

My whole experience at the Amazing Lash Studio was a very exceptional and pleasant one. I was immediately greeted upon arrival by and was taken care of by Ashley and Zaneta. After being led over to the sink to cleanse my eyes, I was taken into the room by my stylist, Patricia. Patricia was extremely helpful when it came to picking the look I was going for and made sure I was very comfortable during the whole process. She did an amazing job. I’m very happy with the results and feel 10000 times more confident. Overall, the studio is very clean and the staff is very approachable. I’m looking forward to coming back here.

I loveeeee these girls! Ashley is an awesome manager and engages so much with the clients making sure they get what they need & want wether it’s calling the store or even her cell #! Today I went to Heather since Gina was out and she did an amazing job. I think it’s safe to say any tech here will give you a beautiful look. Bianca at the front was great as well, giving me advice and insight about my lash experiences. It has been a long trial and error but I finally found the type of lashes and glue that works for me. Super satisfied. Side note: Tech support needs to help these girls since a lot of the appointments (including mine) were deleted and I had to reschedule. Very inconvenient for guests.

Between Ashley the receptionist/manager (I think) and Gina my master stylist I had a wonderful experience. I usually get an unbearable allergic reaction to the active ingredient in the adhesive and even some sensitive glues don’t help. Gina’s advice and knowledge helped guide me the right way. I kept switching up different scenarios trying to get some trial and error going. I had so many questions and she was so sweet and so patient. In the end we BOTH agreed on sensitive glue, full set, 3D lashes and if within 24 hours I get a reaction then come back immediately for removal. Honestly though, these lashes feel and look great. I have zero redness or burning which would normally occur about now so I am super satisfied and will 100% continue to go to Gina no matter the upcharge! After all of these allergic reactions at other places I felt there was no hope but clearly the products they use here are of great quality. Ashley was just as knowledgeable and told me about a little trick if my eyelids were to itch a little.. but so far so good!

Love my lashes... Giana does a great job! I do have 2 issues: 1) At my prior appointment I asked to have my membership upgraded. The gentleman at the desk told me it would be accounted for at my next visit. Well that was yesterday & nothing was on file & I paid for services again. This needs to be adjusted/corrected. 2) Giana is not available on the app as a stylist. This prevents me from using the app properly for appointments. Thank you!

This was my first time! Amani, explained everything thoroughly - she gave me great advice and Made me so comfortable during the process ! (After all these are on your eyes!) when it was over, and I looked in the mirror, I had to stop the tears - I was so happy I had told her because I had not felt this pretty in over 2 years! The regimen to take care of them is easy and she explained that thoroughly also - recommending the products I needed and use daily! Amani is amazing - the front desk is amazing and the manager - so happy and so glad to have gotten a membership!!

First Experience at Amazing Lash

First I want to say the place was clean, and everyone was friendly and approachable. I also loved that the young ladies all wore lashes and were able to talk in full detail about them and what to expect.I loved my lashes once completed. That said I was given a lot of paperwork to fill out which highlighted the fact that if I missed an appt or was late for an appt there would be penalties. I had a 3pm appt and was not seen until 4pm as the client ahead of me had a change of heart and decided they wanted a full set. As a customer my time is also valuable, the fact that customers would only be given a 15 minute grace period on arriving late but having a customer sit for an hour is acceptable did not sit well with me.

I had a very nice experience at your Staten Island Heartland Village salon. The young ladies were professional and precise. I signed alot of paperwork, I think as much as when I bought my house, but that ok. Then I picked my style and Eunice was very busy working on my lashes. She made me look wide eyed and pretty! It was a good experience. Later that night my right eye looked reddish and keeps tearing. Your store is closed due to July 4th holiday. I leave on vacation Friday the 5th very early in the morning. I just hope everything clears up for the week ahead on vacation in Alaska!! Fingers crossed!!

A relaxed environment. Some salon type places could be pretntious, stuffy. The staff was friendly and everyone smiled. They enjoy their work. No one was pushy. I love my lashes so far. I only got them last night. The person who applied them was not friendly and I hate to say she did not have pleasant breath so her huffing and puffing on me for two hours was not pleasant. In addition she was sniffing and rubbing her nose frequently which was not sanitary considering her job as a technician to apply lashes. She also did not let me know what she was doing as she was doing it. So during the two hours with no assurance or explanation was difficult. I filled out the questionnaire stating this was my first experience with lash extensions. As long as the lashes hold up I will go back just with another technician

Unfortunately I probably wont be able to continue doing it much longer between the $130 monthly charge $20 charge for volumne twice a month and the tip my monthly charge for my lashes is $190.I think its a little excessive with no incentives for the customers who pay all this money.

First time ever doing my lashes and I'm so glad I came here! The staff are like my friends now and you wouldn't even know the owner is the owner. He works just like everyone else. The products are great and really help with the maintenance of my lashes! My stylist took the time to get to know the look I'm going for and she nails it every time!!! Love it here ❤❤❤

I switched from Westfield to SI since the SI location opened. My first experience was not up to my standards honestly - the lashes did not last as I am used to. I decided to give another try and switched to Lamisha. Lamisha was the best lasher! So happy I stuck with it. UPDATE 8.6.18 - Lamisha is now gone but I was transferred to AVI who is amazing!!!!!!!! Continue to be happy with my lashes =) Side note - FRANK (owner) and Megan (Manager?) are the nicest most down to earth people ever.

I love coming to the studio, I’m always greeted by the manager by name (can’t remember her name though). I wash my lashes then Janette comes out and brings me to the room. She always works so diligintely and makes sure I’m comfortable. She has yet to fail at making sure my lashes are gorgeous, while keeping the integrity of my actual lashes. See ya in two weeks!

Because everything about it is truly amazing - the studio, the Staff, the products, and now my lashes thanks to Amazing Lash. I knew it was the perfect place for me from Day 1 when I signed up for an appointment at the Staten Island store grand opening and Frank (the owner) personally called me to thank me for signing up and told me more about the Amazing Lash process. Frank is all about his customers; he is extremely dedicated so I knew his Staff would be the same way. I have been getting my lashes done at this SI location now for 4 months straight with my stylist, Amani, who makes me look fabulous each time I leave the studio. I receive so many compliments on my lashes. I could go on and on about how awesome this place is or I could just simply tell you “go to Amazing Lash so they can make you look amazing too”! I couldn’t be happier here and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else - Frank and Team, thank you for making me look so good - you’re all the best and know that I look forward to every appointment because of all of you - keep up the amazing work!

I have been giving my lashes done since April . Initially I was just going to try them temporarily. Unfortunately I have become “hooked “ and love my lashes . I used to wear strip lashes it took so much time and effort in the morning and now my make up routine is much quicker and less stressful. It is expensive but very worth it

Most people I encounter have had a bad experience with lashes but that is because they haven’t gone to a true professional and clean facility like the Lash Studio. I love my lashes every single time I leave and they last 2 weeks for me. I’m extremely active so I could understand how many clients can make theirs last 3 weeks. My real lashes are safe and they do not fall out with the extensions. Lashes are really a nice investment to make because I save tons of time skipping the makeup application and removal process every day. I also receive a lot of compliments that I always look so happy and perky (even when I’m exhausted from life)!

Lamisha (now gone) and Avi are amazing lashers. have never left disappointed from them and everyone compliments my lashes!
