I spoke to I believe, which was the store manager because I had an issue with my eyelashes. I believe her name was Gina, and she was very helpful, very courteous, and got me in the next day to correct the issue. My tech did a very very good job and I walked away very happy, and Gina took care of everything that needed to be taken care of. I love seeing Lindsey, but the music that the store plays overhead is absolutely awful. Otherwise I'd give this location 5 stars. It's like a B-list of songs that cause anxiety. Not relaxing at all. A Touch-up 2 Perfection

I absolutely love my lash touch-up! I prefer black glue and the tech used white glue on my refill appointment on Saturday. By Saturday night I was losing lashes and I had a reaction to my left eye lash, resulting in it swelling. I reached out to the office on Saturday to explain my concerns and described my symptoms. The young lady was very helpful and knowledgeable of what my options. I decided to wait until Monday to give my eye lid time to feel better and for the swelling to subside. By Monday all was better, I came in and saw Marisa to evaluate my eyelid and complete my touch-up. By Monday I lost a lot of lashes, they were very light when I arrived, but after my appointment I left extremely happy and Marisa used the black glue. I’ve been in search for consistent lash tech, I hope to have Marisa for longer than 2 visits! #fingerscrossed

This site has the best personalities. Each time I come here, no matter the stylist, they give me a better experience than any other location. The retention is the best here because I have a very active lifestyle and they lashes everywhere else fall off within in a week. I made sure to add my detention problem in my notes and my lash stylist Sophia took her time and made sure these lashes don’t go anywhere. My lashes looks soo good. I wear a lot of make up during the day I usually have to put a little mascara on my lashes to make them pop. This time they pop with no effort. The look so thick. Kayla knows what she is doing!!! Love how she is always joyful, silly and sweet.

This was my first time getting lashes. I would give them a 5 but had a bit of trouble. Everyone at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. No one tried to oversell the products which was nice. They certainly made recommendations but we’re not pushy. I liked the first girl I saw there. She was very friendly and easy to talk to, but did a so-so job on the lashes. I wasn’t completely happy with the way they looked. However, when they called me the next day to check on how I was doing or if I had any questions, I told them that I wasn’t completely happy. They brought me back in that day and were very eager to help me be totally happy with my lashes. The second girl I saw was amazing!! She did a fantastic job and I LOvE my lashes.

It took me a few appointments to find a good fit. But so glad I finally found Amy. My lashes have looked the best since she's been doing them. She is very consistent with her work too. I had to go to someone else my last appointment and they didn't use the same size I usually have and they felt all wrong. So I moved my bi weekly appointment up 4 days to have Amy fix them. My primary lash tech is Natasha, she is currently out on leave. I’m am very particular about my lashes as they are essential to me not wearing make-up to feel pretty. Clarissa did a great job. This is only my second time getting my lashes done. The first time was a couple of weeks ago. While the first girl was nice and probably did the best job for her skill level, the last were not the right fit for me and I lost a lot of the lashes very quickly. I expressed my concern to Clarissa and she made sure I got the best length for my specific lashes and easily changed the style as I request. I really feel like she listened to me and took the extra time and care to make sure I would have a better outcome. I also rebooked for my next fill with her.

Had my first experience with Amazing Lash Studios (my daughter in Colorado was so instant that I give this a try), so I did. The experience was very relaxing, Amy explained everything and provided her recommendation being it's my first time and I did not want to say 'oh my goodness' once I looked in the mirror, so a good recommendation is important. Overall I gave it a 5, however, to be fair i would have to review again once i experience how the lashes really last. Overnight a handful of them fell off, so not sure if that's normal, but i did not get them wet and slept sitting up - so only time will tell the overall experience. Cheers!

I was referred to do my eyelashes with Macy and booked my appointment one week prior to my trip with her, two days before they called me to confirm and they told me I was booked with someone else and I told them that I wanted Macy. So they moved the appointment to a different time to accommodate me with Macy. The day of my appointment I showed up and Sofia came to help me and told me I was booked with her, I told her no I’m booked with Macy and she said Macy was busy and wouldn’t be able to help me that day. She offered to reschedule for next week but my trip was the next day and I wanted my eyelashes done so unfortunately I trusted Sofia and a asked for the 3 D eyelashes bold. When I woke up I didn’t notice any eyelashes, my eyes looked the same with or without. They were extremely thin, uneven, with large gaps and the worse was when I got home my husband thought that I lost my eyelashes. I used to be a loyal customer of this place two years ago but had bad experiences back then and stopped coming until one of my best friends referred me to Macy and I tried it again but unfortunately this time was by far the WORST, I definitely want to cancel my membership.

I booked an appointment with one lash tech and was called 15 minutes before my appointment to tell me that she was running over and could not do my lashes. I only like going to this person , so I said I would wait. I was informed that I couldn’t wait because the lash tech would be over hours. I asked why no one called me earlier to inform me . The receptionist told me the person who booked me at that time did not see the slots were blocked off. So I was confused. Did she go over or was she no longer at work? It turns out she was not even at the shop. It is the day before Christmas and I am stuck with someone new to do my lashes. I was not pleased but I was left with no choice . I was not happy with the work and woke up with glue crust in my lashes. It was just poor communication and customer service .

Ordinarily I get 3 D natural look. I had no idea that there was a such thing as 6 D. One of the chipper desk ladies suggested that I give the 6 D a try and I did. Was told she couldn’t complete my refill because I had to much loss. But I’ve been getting my lashes done for over a year with Amazing Lash and have never been told that. I think she was irritated because I changed locations and I was not her customer. Also my lashes look like I didn’t get a fill. I asked for longest length singles and they look like basic lashes. I’m ready to find a new lash place this location and Alliance location do not provide good customer service. I feel I pay for a service and u pay a lot for it I should get treated better.

Over the years, there were times when my lashes would fall out easily, but they figured out the problem and corrected it!! My lashes didn’t feel secure from the beginning. By day 3 most of my lashes had fallen out especially on one eye. I was mortified with having random long lashes in between my normal length lashes. I was able to get them redone and they look much much better. However It makes me very frustrated that I had to go back again within a few days and spend an additional two hours to get my lashes fixed. Also, I am still waiting for the manager to return my calls and speak to me about this incident. Apparently, she is too busy per her staff.

My first time to visit this business. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and the studio was welcoming. However, I told my stylist up front that I didn’t want long lashes, that I preferred a shorter length with some fullness. Well,I feel like they are too long. They are tickling my eyelids, just under my brow line when I look up, which I specifically said I did not like. I even showed her some pics of what I was going for. I’m just not happy with the length and almost want to try cutting them with scissors, but I’m afraid I will mess them up. She was very nice and very fast.

I visited Amazing Lash first in Santa Clarita, California and had a great experience so, as I travel a lot I ended up needing a fill while here in DFW area I looked for Amazing Lash feeling confident I would receive the same service. However, though the receptionist Kate was super nice personable and efficient I was disappointed in the technician. Personal care service is just that "personal" and I felt like she (the tech) treated me like I was just a number in her daily quota. Hope she was just having an "off" day. I will probably got there again because overall I think Amazing Lash puts out a good product at a fair price.

My stylist told me after my first fill in that sometimes lashes just don’t work for some people. I had my first full set two weeks ago. I had to go back 4 days later because all my lashes were gone. They fixed them for free, but did not give me any advice or tell me that sometimes they just don’t work for some people. I waited another week and had to move up my two week fill in date a few days earlier because, again, all my lashes were gone!! I have been cleaning them properly and take extra good care of them. I wish there was a way I could cancel without the 60 day notice if the lashes just don’t work for me. I love the way they look, but I can’t afford and I shouldn’t have to come in every week to get them fixed.

I recently visited Stonebriar location for a fill, I didn’t have an unpleasant service by any means and my lashes look nice. But I did want to leave some feedback so that the next customer that comes in has a pleasant experience. I am in customer service myself, just a little tip. Brandy was my lash technician. When greeting a new customer, an introduction stating her name and asking how I was doing or how my day was would go a long way. Because she didn’t ask what type of style or if I had a preference on how I like my lashes done, I had to tell her I like 14 length and point 20 thickness, and a really big look. She didn’t assure me that she knew what I like. Then when I laid down she said she needed to go get some 13 lengths because she didn’t have any. I then reminded her I like 14. She proceeds to get up and was gone for almost 2 whole songs, I noticed because the music playing. Could have apologized for the wait. Don’t want to say all this to get her in Trouble just some customer set training.

My lashes look great, however the experience was pretty bad. The music was super loud. I had to keep asking the person doing my lashes to turn the volume down. Eventually she just turned it off and you could still hear the music blasting from the hallway. I’m thinking to myself “ am I having a senior citizen moment “ lol but no no I’m not even 35 I listen to my music loud, but the volume they had it on was not appropriate level. Also the girls as soon I came in I was not greeted just handed me the forms to sign and also at the end the other girl was on her cell phone and just wanted to check me out so she can return to her cell phone. Overall customer service very poor, but lashes looking fabulous.

I went in for a mini fill today with Brandi because my usual consultant needed to cancel my fill appointment for Monday. I was assured that she was the same level and should be as equally as skilled as my usual consultant. AT the end of my appointment, she told me “I tried to make them look better, but they were a mess, so I just did the best I could”..her customer service was sub par at best, and her work wasn’t any better.

My experience at this studio has been less than good. Macy is the only technician I will allow to do my lashes in the future. I've had two bad experiences at this studio. At one appointment, the room was so dirty, I refused to work with her and walked out. Yesterday, I had another bad experience with a girl that gave me attitude when I asked her to turn the music down as I had a headache. She put in her headphones that were blaring the entire appointment. There was an unpleasant smell as well. An hour is a long time to deal with these kinds of issues. It is important that the technician have an extremely sanitary room. These are my EYES for goodness sake. I should not have to worry about getting an infection or cleanliness, ever. There should be a face mask and fresh gloves worn by every technician, every time. Macy is always professional, clean, and very pleasant. Unfortunately, she is not always available. My appointment yesterday was with her, but she was called away on a family emergency. I'm going out of town next week, so had no choice but to take the next available technician, which I regret.

I came in for a full set Friday and by Monday-Tuesday so many had fallen off I already looked like I needed a fill. Keep in mind I only wore any makeup at all once in between. I didn’t get them wet or anything for 48 hours like instructed. Very disappointed.

Terrible Experience

Stylist / lash applicator did not listen to what I wanted. When I immediately complained that it was not the desired look that I had explained, the response I received was to have the lashes taken off and re-applied the next day. This all could have been avoided had I been listened to in the 1st place. What a waste of time and resources. Terrible experience and I won’t be back after my lashes are fixed.
