I have had the pleasure of Myah working on my lashes 3 times now & I'd like her to know that I have always been satisfied with her good work. Unfortunately I will need to cancel my membership (for now) as we had a death in the family & I will be heading to Florida next week & will not return to New Jersey until end of April, or even begininng of May...I need for Amazing Lash Studio to cancel the membership & no longer charge the Mastercard on file...Please & many thanks - Hidy Vargas

My master stylist, Ceci, takes care of me every single time and she never disappoints. Today I was running late from a meeting to my appointment and she adjusted my appointment time at the last minute just to accommodate me. There are a number of of reasons why I love coming to the Westfield location but Cecil’s white glove service takes the cake! And don’t get me started on how my lashes last up to 3 weeks because of her! Book your appointment today and thank me later!

I have super sensitive eyes but Shanai tried to make me as comfortable as possible during the process. I have also had issues with liking how my lashes come out from most places but I love how they look!! Not to mention how fun and easy it was chit chatting with Shanai. I am quite introverted and I was comfortable talking for almost 2 hours! Would absolutely recommend!

My stylist today was Bianca. She was very nice to me and took the time to listen to what I wanted with my lashes to do today. At the end a felt a couple of pinches in my eyes and they were stuck with the glue and the once I was able to open them I guess the glue got inside my eyes so they were teary this was a first for me . Also at the end of the session once I looked at my lashes I pointed out to Bianca that there were empty spots that could be filled so the eye looked with volume. I was expecting (bad on my part) an attitude because I asked that to be done. She very nicely and polite explain to me the reason for the empty spots and said she was going to try to fill some spots again. No issues at all. I was surprised because like I said I was expecting an attitude but that never happened. Overall it was a good pleasant experience. I’m looking forward to see her again at my refill appointment.

I had a great experience getting my lashes done. They were perfect for my wedding. My only complaint is that I booked a regular lash stylist and I was given a master stylist and had to pay 50 more. I thought that was very unfair since I had proof that I didn't request it. I would just confirm your appointment before going next time.

I will follow Cece to the other side of the world. Light hands, great technique, amazing communicator! You ask, and she delivers. I’ve never been disappointed from a single session with Cece. Wish she had more days available and even then, I will rearrange my schedule if I have to. She is a wonderful person who listens to her clients, engages in conversation to make you comfortable and knows when you’re catching those Zzz’s. Best nap time/lash time every 2 weeks!

I am a member who had to unfortunately cancel my membership to be able to cut expenses and I was constantly experiencing significant lash extension fall-out even after using all of the recommended products. However, I always enjoyed Sadiqua services as it typically lasted the longest. She is a fantastic tech.

I booked with master Rose, she was unfriendly and annoyed i was late for appointment. She didn’t even check to see if they were even and they are not. She even missed a spot on my right inner eye. I’m coming back in 2 weeks for maintenance and hope that experience goes better! If not i will have to cancel membership.

Great lash tech, thin walls

Jess and Rose are amazing lash techs, highly recommended! The walls are extremely thin, and as I was being serviced, I could hear someone in the office screaming loudly during a speakerphone call. It was completely disruptive to the point you could not hear the music. This is the third time in the last 6 weeks that I experienced this same thing. The manager should be mindful that this should be a salon setting and use an inside voice. I will continue going to this location as all of the staff are very pleasant.
