Magda at the front desk was super welcoming, kind and helpful. She explained everything thoroughly without me asking for it and I really appreciated the information. This also helped me feel at ease and comfortable with what I wanted before getting my lashes done. Vicky did my lashes and I LOVE them!!! She is very talented and experienced. I expressed what I wanted and she delivered. Thank you!

From the start of the booking an appointment process to the moment I walked out of the door with my first fresh set of lash extensions the staff provided me with an amazing customer service experience as well as a beautiful and well done set of lashes. Senior Stylist Ronahja was amazing as this was my first time getting lash extensions, she walked me through the options, entire process of getting them and what she was doing as she continued on throughout the service, she also explained the upkeep and after care very clearly and thoroughly. Great experience overall, so much so that I now am a member and cannot wait for my next visit!

Ashley and Magda go above and beyond to make sure that you are thoroughly accommodated. Becoming a member is the only way to navigate this studio. Saving $70 a month is huge plus all of the retail products being discounted for members. Leona my stylus is absolutely top notch. Wonderful, thank you Amazing Lash Studio Westport amazing lashes. Life is not perfect but my lashes are.

The staff was impeccable, so I gave a 5 star review, they were amazing. BUT the pricing was a surprise when it was brought to my attention the lashes would pay for at my initial purchase would be something that looked like it could be purchased at the dollar store. I went with the recommended lashes that cost me an extra $40+ dollars not because i wanted to but because i had no choice if i wanted it to not look cheap. I wish the website was more descriptive about what the options are as opposed to just forcing your hand once you've already paid for the appointment. Also, they did not have the small lash cleaner and left me with no options but to source elsewhere.

I booked my first appointment with a Jr. stylist, but after a scheduling conflict, I was rebooked with a Master stylist and she certainly did not disappoint. I had my lashes done for my wedding, and they turned out BEAUTIFULLY. She listened to my desired look, and I was obsessed after my first appointment. So much so, that I signed up for a membership. My eyelashes have me feeling fresh and fabulous, every morning. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and overall it’s a pleasant experience every appointment.

I got my lashes done by someone outside of Amazing Lash Studio and had an unpleasant experience with them. I scheduled a removal at ALS and my experience was amazing from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was so sweet, helpful and informative. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Mody was my lash tech that day and she was superb. Extremely nice, patient, informative and I just felt so comfortable. Specially while having my eyes closed the entire time lol. I will definitely be back!!

Nothing short of the name…my lash technician Yaya was very knowledgeable, personable and patient. Thus was my first time doing individual lashes and I love the outcome. The young lady at the front desk was also very nice and pleasant. The establishment was very clean and sterile.

I came for lash and left hope for my own Lasheless I lost due to medication and a very bad lash application by different lash shop!
