My stylist, Abby is talented and does a consistently great job every time. I tried a different stylist there at your location who also did a great job (can't remember her name) so 2/2 were very good experiences. I have gone to three different studios around Raleigh, NC. I went to several studios here in southern CA when I moved here to get settled. Rancho Cucamonga was the worst of all of them based on several stylists with bad results. So from my experience, this studio is truly the best!

Everyone is always such a great help. Fernanda and Brittney are very kind and always are understanding should circumstances change and an appointment needs to be moved. They find the most accommodating time for your schedule. I’ve seen Denise, Shannon and Nicole as my stylist. They are all great at what they do. I was so blown away by Nicole today wow. She was extremely knowledgeable, skilled, professional, honest, I cannot say enough good things! I know she’s a master stylist and I can see why but wow give this girl a raise I was blown away. Wow. Incredible job. I also want to note how much I love the girls at the front desk. Excellent service today as always. I do want to point out that my lashes are not staying on well with doing the treatment outside. I feel that my lashes are not as secure on my lids. I'm thinking this must has to do with the outside humidity and heat.

I love my lashes. The girl I go to is AMAZING the best ever!!! Rachel is the only girl I trust with my lashes. However ,I’m a little confused on why I got charged $45 for 6D lashes. I’ve been a member for about a year and a half. I had two credits on my account (140 dollars) Full sets are 100 dollars. Even if I was charged the new rate of $110 (even though I should be grandfathered in due to the email I received last week). I know I got 6D lashes on top of my full set . Again, that should have been covered in my two credits because that would equal $125 or at the new rate $135... even if the 6D was not include in the credits. (though it should since I got 140 taken out of my account) why would it have cost me $45 for my visit today. Shouldn’t it have been $25 at most. Hopefully someone can get back to me ASAP Thanks so much:)

I'm a member at the costa Mesa location and usually Rachel would be my technician. I was really satisfy with her work,The last time I was there I had a different tech do my lashes.I was not satisfy with the results. I came out with red watery eyes because glue came inside of my eyes.Her fingernails smell like cigarets and I had to endure that through the whole process. Even after a week my eyes still fell irritated,very disappointed.

The front desk staff are kind and respectful. I was made to feel like I was the only one that needed their attention. The therapist who actually worked with me was very good at her job and very kind and the appointment went very well. Iwill go back for fills. I heartedly recommend this studio.

I returned on Friday 5/31 for first maintenance/fill. My first full set of lashes lasted 2 weeks but I stretched it another 5days but they did not look the best. When I got there Rosalee took excellent care of me. She took time to tell me how to care for my lashes which I’m sure will make a difference. Your technicians should spend time doing that on the first visit!! I will give it another try. I was told and expecting the lashes to last 3 full weeks.
