Love my lashes! Technician was great. Conversational which helps pass the time. I’ve had some in the past that don’t speak (maybe hoping I’d fall asleep). There are times that I don’t want to talk and then they don’t talk which is also good so Leticia went with the flow and other words if I wanted to talk, she was present in conversation, and when I didn’t want to talk, she stayed silent. I did have some irritation to the glue. I let her know and she tended to my needs. It’s been 36 hours since my full set and my eyes are still irritated. I’m concerned but time will tell.

So I had an appointment I scheduled for today 11-4-23 at 10 am over 2 weeks ago and when I got there I was not on the books I was so upset that an employee cancelled my appointment without letting me know.i was a in the beauty industry for 15 years that's a big no no but they made it right with one of the lash artist coming at 5 pm today and she did a good job.

I used a tech named Angelica exclusively for a long time but then she left to take a several month break and so I started using master tech and please Lord don’t let me butcher her name Letticia and she is fantastic. Very good at her job and very friendly. Puts you at ease right away. The only bad experience I’ve had there was with in my opinion a very rude and unprofessional receptionist and I did report her to her manager. Overall I’ve been extremely happy with the services that I have received there.

I was in on the 4th of April for a refill. I usually see leticia. But on this day I was scheduled with Angelica. Angelica did a great job on my lashes. They look great. My only complaint was her phone was receiving notifications throughout the entire appointment. A few times I began to fall asleep and was startled by the chimes. Other than that my appointment was great.

Essie not only does the best lashes, but she's super quick and efficient, too. I don't want anyone else to ever do my lashes, but since she's so awesome, she's always booked! I just made an appointment with her a month out to make sure I get her! She always suggests I try different lengths or styles and they always look great because she knows her stuff. Also, she doesn't talk my ear off, she just lets me relax and lots of times I fall asleep.

I was SO impressed with how lany of my lashes were left after two weeks. Every time ive had lashes before ive had to get weekly fills because they fall out so quickly - this has always been blamed on things like improper care, and oily skin. However these lashes looked nearly JUST as good after 2 weeks as they did the day i got them.

Cassie is my amazing lash artist. I enjoy my appointments as she has a great personality and it flies by because we are busy talking. My lashes always look great and she listens to the look I'm after. She made a suggestion about the outside lashes and I'm so glad I listened. Also, in regards to listening, one of the things I dreaded about coming in was the elevator music. It was a from of cruel punishment, thank you for changing it to an up beat (top 50?) Playlist. It really changes the environment. It's always clean but it was dull. Thanks for that change. My only complaint would be appointment availability but during this current plandemic, I think it is forgivable.

I came in as a model for the ladies to work on before the grand opening. Domonique (spellcheck lol) did my lashes. I told her i wanted a sexy, full look and she provided GENEROUSLY. My lashes have never looked so amazing and all the ladies were so nice handing out compliments as I made my way out of the door. The experience was overall so comfortable and relaxing as well as educating. I felt like I was in a hang out place versus a beauty studio the way I was treated. I will for sure be signing up for a membership when I come in again for my fill!
