I love my stylist but she called in for being sick, total normal. The clinic closed early and they said they texted me, but then I still got a confirmation text and so I only saw the confirmation since it was sent after the cancel text and was from the same number. So I showed up for my appointment and there was a closed sign on the door. If you’re going to cancel my appt last minute at least call. Also a no-show or last minute cancel from me would cause a charge. Shouldn’t I be offered something of equal value? They offered to comp volume but I don’t like volume. I should at least get an extra fill on my account since I am a full member.

Mariana always does a fantasist job on my lashes. She is kind and always takes her time to ensure my lashes look phenomenally. I would give a five star rating, but the music has been questionable. Can you not play spa/meditation music? And the restrooms need help. They never feel clean and you should provide softer paper towels or cloths to dry your face after self-washing lashes.

I loved my experience at the Lash Studio at Alliance! Everyone was friendly and professional. My master stylist made sure I was comfortable and even provided a soft blanket. I was SO comfortable that I drifted off to sleep during the appointment! So if anyone wants to literally wake up gorgeous, this is the place to go. Make an appointment. Take a nap, meditate, find your center, or just relax like a normal person getting their lashes done (if that's your thing). Marianne was great. Pat my usual stylist 8s great also. It is just my lashes I got just a few days ago were awful I don't know if it was the lashes are the glue or what happened but I had to come in for a minute today and that is unusual. I have been getting eyelash extensions for the last 4 years on/off and one thing I learned in that time frame is it’s very easy to have to find a new stylist because of the fact that they can be inconsistent. Alexus has not only been consistently doing my extensions for almost a year but her work ethic is equally impressive and professional. I got my very first set of lashes on March 25th. I called a little over a week later to say that my lashes were falling out at an alarming rate. (I have been OCD about taking care of them. Sleeping on my back has been an adjustment, lol) During my call we talked about ways to improve longevity and made an appointment for the 15th. However, a few days later it was apparent that if I waited until the 15th I wouldn't have any lashes left and would require a whole new set. I called and the girls were able to get me in the next day! Kelsey was amazing! She listened to may concers and came up with a plan. And even though my time ran over she still only charge for a fill. My lashes look incredible, I couldn't be happier! I am just hoping praying that the stronger glue holds better and the lash serum works to strengthen my natural lashes. Thank you all for doing your best to make this a success! ?

I love Haley, not only is she a great stylist she is a fun and super nice person! The front desk staff is friendly and attentive! My only complaint is the glue.. lately it hasn’t been holding well and I’ve lost lashes way too quickly! They have done corrections at no cost when this happens but I think it might be time to invest in glue that doesn’t let loose two days after a fill! All in all I am a satisfied client and will continue to have my lashes done at this shop!

I've gotten my lashes done twice in other places and both times it ended with me wanting to tear them off because they hurt so much when they grew out. I have read some other people's reviews. And all I have to say is I am sorry you had that experience. My lashes look amazing. And sometimes there is a lot of fall out, other times there isn't. What I do notice is, the more I work(wear a mask) the worse the fall out gets. That's not the stores fault. Stop breathing so hard into your ? masks. I love how I feel with my lashes on. My technician was wonderful and my lashes look great. The music though really took away from the experience. Not only was it not relaxing, it was aggressive and truly obnoxious. I ended up saying something and she turned it off.

This studio, unlike the one in Conroe, corrected the faulty lash job I had gotten. I have returned for continued service, however it is difficult to get an appointment with the wonderful tech, Jordan, that fixed my lashes.

I’ve been going to Morgan for awhile now. She’s absolutely amazing, always knows exactly what I want. I’ve had issues in the passed with ppl just not being able to give me what I was looking for even with a picture but Morgan did it the first time no problem! I have been using the lash serous a few times a week and it has helped my lashes so much! I get regular lash and every one thinks they are volume because my lashes have grown so much! My stylist became a master and I was not told and was charged more not a big deal but would have been goo to know worth every penny!!!!

My daughter has a membership (Jaye Bond) she had her lashes done today by Libby and they look great! What I’m not gabby about is they charged her an extra $25 for “full lashes” . This is her 5th time getting lashes and we’ve never been charged for that. She went in alone today because of Covid so I didn’t see the charge til after I got home. I called and was told that what it was for.

The ladies were all super friendly. They went over everything with me and explained the styles. I ended up getting a membership bc my lash tech was so accommodating to me and did amazing on my lashes! Only feedback or negative is it was so cold I was shivering. I was in long sleeves as I knew would be kinda cool. But bring a blanket or something bc ya girl froze!

It’s my first time getting the lashes, I’m attending a wedding in Cancun. The day I got them they kept falling off, I was told not to shower for two days after they applied it, I didn’t shower today is day one and it looks messy. For being such a pricy application it’s not worth the money.

I went in today to get my lashes filled and I waited for a bit after my appointment time. Didn't really care. I explained to the lady doing my lashes I had a concern that one eye (left) had significantly more lashes then my right. She informed me I should sleep on my back or if I have to sleep on my side to use a silk pillow case, what's funny is I sleep on my right side. Ehh, then she asked me how often I was cleaning my lashes. I said 2x a day. She explained I wasn't cleaning them well enough because there was build up in my lashes. Well I have been using the foam cleaner and try to make sure to get in between my lashes but my eyes water and itch daily do to allergies. I'm not sure if there is something better to use then the foam they sell. They look fuller then my original visit but they also feel weird now. Idk.
