Luz did amazing. I had lash extensions many many years ago that got butchered and had been nervous to do my lashes again. Luz put me at ease and did exactly what I was looking for! Would highly recommend!

The experience was great but it's very expensive to keep up. I chose a full classic set as I wanted a more natural look to enhance my lashes. Im going on vacation in 2 days and dont want to mess with makeup and mascara in the Arizona heat at the pool. The process was relaxing and Kirsten was very kind and gentle. Unfortunately, I dont love the look or the length. They're way too long for me and she did the shortest she could. I really just wanted them in to look more lush and I feel that I get a better look using fiber mascara. I dont plan on getting them refilled. The cost is too high.

A little disappointed

I had to call and cancel my appointment for July 11th and I asked the lady to schedule it for which would be my next appointment July 24th and she said ok and that if I had less than 16 lashes I would have to get a complete set again and she had it set. I did not get a email from my appointment today so I called and asked about it and was told that she had not booked it for today but I was able to get it done today. As for my stylist she was great as always and I will be in to see her again the 30th.

I just recently got my first lash extensions. I started with gorgeous and just switched to Natural. The Natural seem to flare out a little more on the ends. It’s nice to switch up each time if you want to tweak it a bit. I’m pleasantly surprised. It’s so nice not having to put on mascara each morning. One less step each day. ?

I love my lashes, I think your studios are great with great staff. I think it’s very poor business practice to not inform clients that even though they purchase a membership, some stylists have an upcharge. Really ? The new staff member was just as awesome as the “ master” stylist. And to find out after my service there is an additional charge.

I've been with Amazing Lash for almost a year, and I have always been taken care of. No matter what city (which is a big deal because I travel quit a bit). True story: I was going through a shedding cycle, Iowa's humidity was out of this world, and I was traveling. My retention wasn't good to say the least. Each center I visited between Iowa and Nevada gave me really good customer service and attempted to fill my lashes. The Master Tech's educated me on my lash care and work with me through this very frustrating time. Thanks ladies! You all are great and wonderful. Thank you!

I was nervous about going to a new lash place but I am so glad I did. I made the appointment hoping the reviews lived up to their hype. It did. Lily was my lash artist. I was originally scheduled with someone else but had to reschedule (which they were super understanding about). The woman on the phone let me know Lily was a new lash artist. You literally wouldn’t be able to tell. She was so sweet, attentive, and did such a great job. Their studio is clean, cute, and the way they run their studio is effective for getting their clients in and out.

Good product and service, need to be more up-front with pricing

The lashes I received are as expected. The person putting them on was diligent in her work. When I called in the person at the desk was very friendly and professional. However, when I asked about pricing it wasn't explained in a way that was clear. I ended up thinking I would be paying $89.99, which wasn't the case. I was told about the $30 fee for the stylist, but then was told I would be paying $89.99 as if that was the all-in price. I was told any upgrades or add ons would be additional, but was never given an all-in quote. I probably would have proceeded knowing the full price, but I was disappointed at the end paying more than I thought I agreed on.

This was my 1st time getting lash extensions. I saw an ad online for a new lash salon opening near me and they were offering half price extensions. I had never done it so I thought I'd try it. It took about 2 hrs. I had a very nice technician named Alyssa who took very good care of me, did a very good job on my eyelashes, and explained everything clearly forme. The premises were clean and attractive and the front desk staff were very helpful and efficient. And I love my new lashes!!
