I’ve been going to Amazing Lash for the last four years (even through Covid when they were seeing clients.) There’s just something about having lashes that makes me feel pretty. You wake up and don’t have to do much at all and they’re so easy to maintain, not to mention how soothing it is to have them applied. I’ve been seeing my technician Summer at the Great Hills location in north Austin for over a year. Each time I lay down and start talking,, I find myself drifting off into the best meditations and eventually naps and then I wake up feeling, refreshed with new pretty lashes. It’s something I treat myself to that I have not been able to cut out of my budget LOL! And the staff at this location is so welcoming that I always look forward to seeing their smiles. If you’ve been considering getting lashes for yourself, do it!

I came to studio just for information….Meghan and Cristian were at the front. Let me first say that I love my lashes and will go regularly for maintenance. Having said that, I'd also like to add a bit of constructive criticism. The "paperwork" that they have you do prior to the appointment should not be paper. All of that should be filled out ONLINE before your appointment. Also, this business provides a service for women. Women carry purses! There is no place to put your purse in the stylist's room! I mentioned that there should at least be a hook on the wall. My stylist told me that nothing could be put on the walls. It should be a franchise standard. There was also a missed opportunity for business since no one offered me products to maintain my new lashes.

The whole experience is super easy. I always just book my appointments online which is really convenient. I always feel super relaxed after I get my lashes done and it’s a nice time to just check out and reflect on your day. Having my lashes done really does make my getting ready process so fast, brush my teeth, hair and lashes and I’m ready to go! I get compliments from my coworkers on them and I feel it just gives my face a little spark!

They are so soft and lightweight. I can barely tell they are there. This is my first time trying lash extensions and so far I love them. They aren’t messy like strip lashes and can customized to look however natural or dramatic you want. My only issue I’m having so far is that I’m getting more eye boogies in the corners of my eyes. Easily fixed with a gentle hand that swipes them away. Definitely thinking about recommending the services to some family and colleagues.

I’ve been going here for a while they are always nice I can say they are very well trained and seem to live what they do. If you are a person who has very little lashes I would recommend working with a lash serum to strengthen your lashes before investing a ton of money into lash extensions and they were honest enough to tell me. There are 2 subscriptions they offer I would probably recommend just getting the 119$ plan as you get two refills a month and you end up paying for more with just the base plan alone. I would recommend this place for sure! Make sure you ask questions the more you know better the experience

I switched over to Amazing Lash a couple months ago because the gal I was going to was not practicing a safe & sanitized station. AL checks your temp, makes you sanitize, doesn’t allow you to wait in the lobby & everyone wears a mask. I feel much safer about attempting to stay pretty during the pandemic. Front desk girl is sweet, and my stylist does a good job. The music SUCKS and gives me a horrible headache, every time! It is the same beat and repetitive lyrics and nothing I have every heard before. Not mainstream popular music. Know your clientele. Put on some classic rock, or at least some mainstream popular music. Geez. I have to ask to turn off the music in the room, and I still hear it blaring in the hallways. Nothing relaxing about it. Could be a fantastic experience otherwise. :(

I’ve now been a member for many months and it’s been a great value. Each appointment is well organized by great customer service staff. Every lash tech has also been quality and friendly. Some are quiet while others are chatty. But every appointment I somehow drift off for a nap and that is very different than any other place I had been! Other places had strong irritating glue and my eyes would sting but not here. As long as I am careful and brush the lashes each day they last the full month. If I have a special occasion I will visit an extra time for refill. I’ve saved significant money being a member here.

Not really satisfied with the service. I have asked for someone with more experience but I feel like I keep getting the new ones. I am very picky on my things and I have let them know, but I feel like they ignore me! I am really thinking of switching places. I always ens up with glue all over my eyelashes and they stick to the bottom eyelash and they hurt from some areas. Also they start coming off right when I leave the place. Not satisfied at all. Also when you try to tell them they ignore you and tell you they look great.

I have never used false eyelashes, extensions or anything in my 33 years, only mascara. I was nervous to get into extensions but Cristian educated me on how it works, what we can do and helped me find the right look. Since then I’ve seen him month after month after month and he’s quick, efficient and always does an amazing job. My extensions always last 3 weeks so not only do I looks amazing but he saves money in the long run. Go see Cristian at the Arboretum! You won’t regret it!❤️

I visited Arboretum location office, after a long hiatus from trying grow back my natural lashes.e.g I had a terrible experience at the Round Rock location in which staff had "accidentally" placed volume lashes on my eyes. I never wear volumes and I had confirmed that prior to the appointmen! Nevertheless,once they were removed, I lost half of the top of my lashes! It was terrible! Yesterday, I returned to Amazing Lash to test my lashes, since last May appointment. I was helped by Sara at the front desk. She was well aware and informative about the staffs abilities and schedules!What a great personality she has! I explained my delima.She scheduled my appointment with Aisha. She also later called me to remind me on the day before my appointment to remind me!! Aisha was very skilled and patient! She had a great energy about herself and her room smelled fresh with essential oil and felt peaceful. No one barged in during my appointed to talk to her at all or remind her the next person arrived! That was new! She was on schedule and held light interactive conversations. Most importantly, her lashes came out so beautifully on my eyes! Easily the best I have had! The service was great, the only thing I would say was employee uniforms. Getting a lash service is an expense and to have someone in a super casual outfit didn’t necessarily match the look or professionalism of the lobby/brand.

Stylist was great, but I had a reaction later in the day that lasted for several days. My eyes were very red and itchy, so I think I have scratched off quite a few lashes early on. Hopefully there is a sensitive glue I can try.

This is a well run operation. It is clean and attractive and everyone who works there is helpful and friendly. I used to go to a specialist to get my lashes done because I'm so picky but when every started hiking up their prices to unreasonable amounts, I returned to Amazing Lash. The results are great and much more affordable and scheduling with them is soooo easy. Other high end lash boutiques only have marginally better results with huge difference in price so Amazing Lash is definitely the right choice for me. The membership deal is awesome.

Christian at the arboretum was amazing. It was my first time ever getting extensions of using any “fake” eyelashes ever! We talked about the thickness and length of lash I wanted. I have been to 3 different locations in North Austin and surrounding areas and have had my lashes done by 8 different stylists during that time. When I met Young at ALS Arboretum, getting lashes done anywhere else in the country didn't seem to matter. Her eyelash extention job is the only one that look gorgeous, sexy, and natural at the same time and they are the only ones that stay on without twisting or falling off immediately. On top of that, I also get the best customer service at ALS Arboretum. The receptionists are great, and the owner is really nice too. I don't want to move so I can keep getting my lashes done by Young at ALS Arboretum.

Mika is the best lash technician that I have ever used. She’s fast, but also meticulous. My lashes easily last two weeks without needing a refill. I highly recommend her. Everyone at this location is very friendly and accommodating.

Had the pleasure of having Daniella as my stylist. and WOW! She was gentle, fast and the ultimate professional. I had the have a full set done with the 6D lashes. Usually it takes 2 hours.
