I came to studio just for information….Meghan and Cristian were at the front. Let me first say that I love my lashes and will go regularly for maintenance. Having said that, I'd also like to add a bit of constructive criticism. The "paperwork" that they have you do prior to the appointment should not be paper. All of that should be filled out ONLINE before your appointment. Also, this business provides a service for women. Women carry purses! There is no place to put your purse in the stylist's room! I mentioned that there should at least be a hook on the wall. My stylist told me that nothing could be put on the walls. It should be a franchise standard. There was also a missed opportunity for business since no one offered me products to maintain my new lashes.

They are so soft and lightweight. I can barely tell they are there. This is my first time trying lash extensions and so far I love them. They aren’t messy like strip lashes and can customized to look however natural or dramatic you want. My only issue I’m having so far is that I’m getting more eye boogies in the corners of my eyes. Easily fixed with a gentle hand that swipes them away. Definitely thinking about recommending the services to some family and colleagues.

Oahn is the best lash technician I’ve ever had ! And I’ve had many !! I have another lash location a stones throw from my home, but I drive 20 minutes just to see her . They not only look gorgeous but always last 3 weeks !!!

I’ve been going here for a while they are always nice I can say they are very well trained and seem to live what they do. If you are a person who has very little lashes I would recommend working with a lash serum to strengthen your lashes before investing a ton of money into lash extensions and they were honest enough to tell me. There are 2 subscriptions they offer I would probably recommend just getting the 119$ plan as you get two refills a month and you end up paying for more with just the base plan alone. I would recommend this place for sure! Make sure you ask questions the more you know better the experience

I switched over to Amazing Lash a couple months ago because the gal I was going to was not practicing a safe & sanitized station. AL checks your temp, makes you sanitize, doesn’t allow you to wait in the lobby & everyone wears a mask. I feel much safer about attempting to stay pretty during the pandemic. Christian has done an AMAZING job on my lashes. They look full & stay looking great the entire two weeks. Highly recommend!

Front desk girl is sweet, and my stylist does a good job. The music SUCKS and gives me a horrible headache, every time! It is the same beat and repetitive lyrics and nothing I have every heard before. Not mainstream popular music. Know your clientele. Put on some classic rock, or at least some mainstream popular music. Geez. I have to ask to turn off the music in the room, and I still hear it blaring in the hallways. Nothing relaxing about it. Could be a fantastic experience otherwise. :(

I’ve now been a member for many months and it’s been a great value. Each appointment is well organized by great customer service staff. Every lash tech has also been quality and friendly. Some are quiet while others are chatty. But every appointment I somehow drift off for a nap and that is very different than any other place I had been! Other places had strong irritating glue and my eyes would sting but not here. As long as I am careful and brush the lashes each day they last the full month. If I have a special occasion I will visit an extra time for refill. I’ve saved significant money being a member here.

Not really satisfied with the service. I have asked for someone with more experience but I feel like I keep getting the new ones. I am very picky on my things and I have let them know, but I feel like they ignore me! I am really thinking of switching places. I always ens up with glue all over my eyelashes and they stick to the bottom eyelash and they hurt from some areas. Also they start coming off right when I leave the place. Not satisfied at all. Also when you try to tell them they ignore you and tell you they look great.

I visited Arboretum location office, after a long hiatus from trying grow back my natural lashes.e.g I had a terrible experience at the Round Rock location in which staff had "accidentally" placed volume lashes on my eyes. I never wear volumes and I had confirmed that prior to the appointmen! Nevertheless,once they were removed, I lost half of the top of my lashes! It was terrible! Yesterday, I returned to Amazing Lash to test my lashes, since last May appointment. I was helped by Sara at the front desk. She was well aware and informative about the staffs abilities and schedules!What a great personality she has! I explained my delima.She scheduled my appointment with Aisha. She also later called me to remind me on the day before my appointment to remind me!! Aisha was very skilled and patient! She had a great energy about herself and her room smelled fresh with essential oil and felt peaceful. No one barged in during my appointed to talk to her at all or remind her the next person arrived! I have been to 3 different locations in North Austin and surrounding areas and have had my lashes done by 8 different stylists during that time. When I met Young at ALS Arboretum, getting lashes done anywhere else in the country didn't seem to matter. Her eyelash extention job is the only one that look gorgeous, sexy, and natural at the same time and they are the only ones that stay on without twisting or falling off immediately. On top of that, I also get the best customer service at ALS Arboretum. The receptionists are great, and the owner is really nice too. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and I couldn't have had a better experience! I wasn't too familiar with the different styles, but the specialist helped me pick the perfect set for my eye shape. They are FLAWLESS. The front desk was also super helpful and knowledgeable about the services and was not pushy as far as selling products, memberships, etc. Sometimes specialty salons are so pushy to try to sell you their products and memberships and it's uncomfortable, but not here! Everything was so easy and just a wonderful experience! Highly, highly recommend!

I’ve been here a handful of times and every time I am so happy with my lashes. I see Aiesha and she is amazing. She makes sure you’re comfortable and checks up on your multiple times throughout the service. After I cut my hair short she suggested I transition to “Volume” lashes to add a little more sass to my lashes and I’m obsessed with them. Aiesha is my girl, I’d recommend her to anyone.

I've worn lashes for several years because my natural lashes are invisible unless I curl them and wear lots of mascara. This visit was my first to Amazing Lash Studio and Aisha applied a full set. She did a fantastic job! She even applied lashes onto the hard-to-reach lashes in the corners, and they're staying on. I do not leave reviews, ever...ratings, yes, but not reviews. I know that having lash extensions can absolutely change one's morning routine. Further, one hopes to get as much wear from an application as possible, and look as amazing as expertly applied extensions can make one look. I'm impressed by Aisha's skill and would recommend her if you're looking for perfection!

My experience with ALS was great. It is a very nice facility with friendly staff. When I first entered I felt slightly intimidated because the ladies at the front desk are in full make up and were not seemingly having a great day which made me feel like they were the unaproachable type. . They were professional and gave me the paperwork to fill out and then I waited for my stylist. She was on time and tried her best to make me feel comfortable and explain the different styles of lashes she could apply which I very much appriciate. She was fast and thourogh with her application and my lashes look absolutely fabulous. My first time appointment did not even take the full 2 hours. . I joined as a member and already scheduled my next appointment!

I'm a couple of sessions in and I couldn't be happier! The quality of the lashes and glue are far superior to what i was getting before at another place. And I can't say enough about the receptionists. They are kind, friendly, and fantastic. A+ highly recommend. Not having to wear mascara, especially during allergy season, is a bonus. I get so many compliments on my lashes!

I can't express how much I love this studio. I first visited during their grand opening. It was great timing for an event I had. I thought I would just go once but the entire studio takes such good care of my lashes. I recommend Jordan. Her main goal is lash health and getting the most of each set! Julia and the ladies at the front desk are also amazing. I recommend becoming a member, it is worth it.

If you’re going to try Amazing Lash Studio, the location at the Arboretum is the best! I would highly recommend Daniella. She is fast! The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a horrible experience at the Lakeline location where they cancelled my appointment twice and provided terrible customer service, but the studio at the Arboretum saved the day! I learned my lesson not to go anywhere else!
