When you are asked as you’re leaving, how was your service, and even receive phone call a few days later you know in your heart that this company cares.… I had a bad experience last time but I was traveling internationally and wouldn’t be stateside for a few months. I appreciate that these ladies are certified estheticians and and the studio is clean. The service has changed my life and I really enjoy the glamorous simple feminine looks they provide. The points program seems to be bogus, I have been with the company some years now and haven’t heard or seen anything about it. I wish the stylist had more input on when I could comeback. It was recommended that I come in for a 30 touch up before my refill. But the master stylist said I didn’t need to once I got there. I could have saved money and time. Plus I have found that a master stylists’ lashes last longer and I don’t care for too much volume.

I love getting my lashes done here. The place is super cute, clean and the membership is reasonable. I personally like to stick to the “Master Stylists” but there are many others to choose from. If for some reason they have to cancel you appointment they they make efforts to make it right and compensate you in some fashion if the fault was on their end. The only thing that’s a bit confusing and annoying sometimes is when your membership pulls and if it is later than you are getting your fill they have to change it, hard to explain but even then they work with you as long as you only get two fills in that month/ but that should really be changed to eliminate confusion and time. Other than that I will remain a customer.

I have been a customer of ALS for about a year and have consistently gotten my lashes filled in. I have tried many of the stylists when I need to schedule last minute or am out of town. That said, no one is as good as Meyasha. She's top-notch, very professional, and for some reason, her lashes seem to stay longer (i.e. way less fall out). I was just on vacation overseas for 3 weeks and assumed I'd need a full set upon return. Nope - only a fill-in, and I attribute that to the quality and standard Meyasha sets. Hello, Today at 4pm I had an appt with Shea. She has served me a few times in the past and usually does a wonderful job. She used a fan to allow the glue some time to dry before I left. Not sure why, but unfortunately, several of the eyelashes on my right eyelid began to fall out on the way home. Now my eyelashes on the right eye look uneven when compared to the left eye. I just recently went and had my lashes refilled. It was one of the most relaxing experiences. Kimberly had both a neck pillow and a blanket for me. Soft, calm, meditating tones were playing in background. It was so peaceful and relaxing that i fell asleep. ? I woke my self up from snoring so loud and sounding like death Vader but not once did she make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. She even went the extra step and did a full set because I ended up needing one with out realizing. Also, when she was done, she sprayed the cool mist over my eyes that felt AMAZING. This is an amazing place (aptly named) and Kimberly is one of my absolute faves!

I absolutely love getting my lashes done by Kimberly. Unfortunately, i am terrible at scheduling, so i don't always get her. Most of the time, i still get seen by an amazing stylist so it's not a problem and I've really only had two sub par visits. One time, a stylist glued my eye a little shut (which accidents happen so biggie) but she didn't even apologize, she just said i had sensitive eyes. Like i mean i could not even open one eye at first and that glue burns but ok. After my most recent visit, the lady was nice and funny but the lashes themselves were sloppy, all over the place, done in a different style than what i asked for, and my left was completely uneven to my right. The lashes on my left were all shorter than my right, my right wing went really high, and the lashes on my left extended from inner corner to outer corner whereas the lashes on my right extended from inner corner to about a centimeter from my outer corner. I could literally fit a pinky nail in the gap. The great news is that this place is really good about fixing mistakes and doing corrections and if something is wrong, they do their best to make it right.

Jasmine does a great job on my lashes and they look fantastic. My only concern is with the head pillow in the room. It is a cloth material and looks dirty. It has fallen on the floor during my past 2 visits and simply picked up and used. Amazing lash studio is awesome! I’ve had several issues (not due to anything they’ve done) but they’ve been so accommodating to my needs. They’ve been very patient and are very clean and sterile. All the ladies are super nice too!!

Jasmin/ stylist is wonderful. I will recommend Jasmin to all my family and friends. However, the ladies who sit at the front desk need a little more help with their customer service. At times you have to wait until they finished their conversation to be greeted. Hopefully, someone will speak with the front desk team, every time I visit its different ladies at the desk, so I will suggest having a meeting with all and discuss the importance of Good Customer Service. I’m so please with the stylist I see, her name is Janelle. She does a fantastic job however I’m not crazy about how much I’m spending monthly on my monthly membership plus $10 master stylist fee and a $10 upgrade charge got volume lashes??‍♀️?plus leaving a $101$20 tip afterwards, it’s literally costing me around $200 per month. Hey I’m happy with the outcome I Judy think the prices and all of the extra up Cost are a bit to much.

I’ve been coming to The Amazing Lash Studio in Newnan, Georgia for about 6 months. I saw a few different stylist at my appointments but when I found Janelle I was hooked. Janelle is a master stylist who has a lot of experience and takes pride in her work. She takes her time, makes sure you feel 100% comfortable and my lashes always turn out perfect when she’s done. She’s very soft spoken and makes my appointments so relaxing. I bought the membership and pay a little bit extra for the highbrid lashes because I love the look. It gives me some volume, yet my lashes still look natural! Aside from paying my monthly membership, I also pay a $10 up charge to see a master stylist. To me it’s well worth because Janelle does such a quality job.
