I have been a customer of ALS for about a year and have consistently gotten my lashes filled in. I have tried many of the stylists when I need to schedule last minute or am out of town. That said, no one is as good as Meyasha. She's top-notch, very professional, and for some reason, her lashes seem to stay longer (i.e. way less fall out). I was just on vacation overseas for 3 weeks and assumed I'd need a full set upon return. Nope - only a fill-in, and I attribute that to the quality and standard Meyasha sets. I will continue at ALS but only b/c of Meyasha :) Thank you.

Hello, Today at 4pm I had an appt with Shea. She has served me a few times in the past and usually does a wonderful job. She used a fan to allow the glue some time to dry before I left. Not sure why, but unfortunately, several of the eyelashes on my right eyelid began to fall out on the way home. Now my eyelashes on the right eye look uneven when compared to the left eye. I just recently went and had my lashes refilled. It was one of the most relaxing experiences. Kimberly had both a neck pillow and a blanket for me. Soft, calm, meditating tones were playing in background. It was so peaceful and relaxing that i fell asleep. 😅 I woke my self up from snoring so loud and sounding like death Vader but not once did she make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. She even went the extra step and did a full set because I ended up needing one with out realizing. Also, when she was done, she sprayed the cool mist over my eyes that felt AMAZING. This is an amazing place (aptly named) and Kimberly is one of my absolute faves!

On my first time visiting Amazing Lash Studio Ashley Park, the lobby was tastefully decorated and clean. The staff was very professional, courteous, helpful, and informative about the products and services offered. My technician was very knowledgeable and helped me to select the lash style that would fit me and the look I was going for. My session was very comfortable, and the room's ambiance was perfectly set with soft soothing music and a comfortable table to lay on while receiving my services. I absolutely love getting my lashes done by Kimberly. Unfortunately, i am terrible at scheduling, so i don't always get her. Most of the time, i still get seen by an amazing stylist so it's not a problem and I've really only had two sub par visits. One time, a stylist glued my eye a little shut (which accidents happen so biggie) but she didn't even apologize, she just said i had sensitive eyes. Like i mean i could not even open one eye at first and that glue burns but ok. After my most recent visit, the lady was nice and funny but the lashes themselves were sloppy, all over the place, done in a different style than what i asked for, and my left was completely uneven to my right. The lashes on my left were all shorter than my right, my right wing went really high, and the lashes on my left extended from inner corner to outer corner whereas the lashes on my right extended from inner corner to about a centimeter from my outer corner. I could literally fit a pinky nail in the gap. The great news is that this place is really good about fixing mistakes and doing corrections and if something is wrong, they do their best to make it right.

It has been 5 years since I had my lashes done I was a little nervous cause I have sensitive skin and wasn’t sure how my skin would react to the products they used, but Kim made sure to use products for sensitive skin and she checked to make sure I was doing okay while completing my service.

I love my lashes & my stylist. Something should be done about the membership when the client runs into 5 weeks where 3 refills occur. Charging the client an additional $89 isn’t the answer. Either raise the monthly fee or include the third refill in those months that it falls in. Thanks

I have been coming here for about 2.5 months. I love my lashes and everyone at Amazing Lash but… yesterday I was very upset when I was finished I came out checked w receptionist which told me I owed $10. for my lash expert now was a master I wasn’t told before appt. And when I 1st came my lashes weren’t staying on till Destiny ( which the mgr put me with) I love my lashes but $10. More when I am on a retirement monies is hard.

Jasmine does a great job on my lashes and they look fantastic. My only concern is with the head pillow in the room. It is a cloth material and looks dirty. It has fallen on the floor during my past 2 visits and simply picked up and used. I would think that the pillow would be covered with some sort of disposable paper after each client since it cannot be cleaned or disinfected. Thank you.

Janelle is a master stylist who has a lot of experience and takes pride in her work. She takes her time, makes sure you feel 100% comfortable and my lashes always turn out perfect when she’s done. She’s very soft spoken and makes my appointments so relaxing. I bought the membership and pay a little bit extra for the highbrid lashes because I love the look. It gives me some volume, yet my lashes still look natural! Aside from paying my monthly membership, I also pay a $10 up charge to see a master stylist. To me it’s well worth because Janelle does such a quality job.

This establishment is such a lifesaver. I was so nervous, as this was my first time here and the ladies answered all of my weird/odd/annoying questions with ease and with a genuine smile.
