Really enjoyed my session with Kenya to get a full set of Gorgeous 6D Volume lashes today, and not only do they look stunning but I also had such a great conversation with her and the ladies at the front desk that I feel like I made a few new friends! I’ve been a member of Amazing Lash for a while, but took a break when the Inman Park location was no longer taking clients. I was ready to cancel my membership because the Lindbergh location is not easy for me to get to (I live in Decatur), but after today’s wonderful session and the news that the Inman Park location will be taking clients again soon, I changed my mind and will continue to come to the Lindbergh location in the short term until the Inman Park location opens back up. Thanks ladies for such a memorable experience!

I like the way Tavares does my lashes. I’m 13 and my mom treated me. When I went there the first time she walked me though everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. I love the music she plays when she is doing my lashes. Every time I get my lashes done it always comes out beautifully and makes me feel even more pretty. When she does them it doesn’t feel heavy on my eyelids and they don’t fall into my eyes, & they look very natural on me.

I was about to give up on lashes because I always have a reaction to the glue. My eyes are usually irritated and bloodshot red when I'm done. That was not the case with Tacara and she's fast. I had a great experience. My stylist was very nice and accommodating. After my service I realized that I wanted my lashes a little longer and fuller just because that’s what I’m used to. But that was not the stylus fault this was just my first time getting these kind of lashes so I didn’t really explain or understand how it goes. My stylist was very friendly and I give an A for attitude! She may need a little more practice but I’m sure she will get there. The lighting is different. I love the shape of my brows but when I got in natural light I could see the tint is too dark for my face. Also, my eyelash tint spilled over a bit to my lids. I know the color will fade a begin to look more natural. I may request a master stylist next time.

This was my first time, recommended by my friend. The experience was good. Ty explained everything before she start as well as the home care going forward. Although, I think maybe some of the adhesive got in my eye, it burned and was hurting and red for 2 days. I know there is no was to stop that from happening. I just wish is was a way to clean my eye being that you can’t wet you eye. My eye was running for those 2 days and the only time I had relief was when I closed it. Overall the experience was nice. I did sign up for a membership so I am definitely going back.

I love the hybrid lashes I have been getting the last two fills. This is the lashes I’ve always wanted and love the look and compliments I get from them. I’ve noticed that it sometimes burns more than other places I’ve gotten my lashes done at but it subsides quickly. I think the prices could be a little more reasonable and every two weeks is kind of a short turnover time for this but i love the look a lot so I will continue to splurge for now.

Amelia was a total perfectionist. She took her time and we had pleasant conversation. She was very professional, as well. The salon was clean and had soothing music. The only complaint was that there was a scheduling problem (not with me) and someone came in the room a few times to try to sort that out. I highly recommend Amelia!

I was recommended to come to this lash studio by a good friend. Upon entry the space was bright and vibrant and very nicely designed. Before meeting my master tech I got registered and was impressed with the use of technology and knowledge from the team. After meeting my tech, I had a conversation about what exactly I wanted and she used her expertise to recommend sizing based upon my lashes and prior experience. I signed up for a membership and super excited about returning!

They have an amazing customer service. The lady that works at the front desk is so nice. They are all super nice. The first time I went in they were so nice, I didn’t know I had to tell them that I already had other lashes on and they didn’t ask me when they called me to confirm my first appointment. When I got there, because it’s busy, they weren’t able to get me in for both removal of lashes and the extensions so they comped my lash removal due to the inconvenience it caused me. Then when I went in for a refill, my lady was a bit late and they made it up for it. They are all super nice and professional. I have really enjoyed going there.

She was so lovely, answered all my questions and made this 53 year old lady feel beautiful and special. I then had the privilege of having Jocelyn apply my lashes. I have a challenging time relaxing around new people but her kind, professional, relaxing personality put me at ease immediately. I caught myself softly snoring multiple times as she gently applied my lashes. When she had me look in the mirror, I was amazed at the transformation. She understood completely that I wanted “understated but filled in lashes.” She provided just that...perfectly. She then gently told me to keep them dry for 48 hours and said I was free to work out the next morning but sweetly suggested a sweat band. Every person here made this middle aged lady feel beautiful and special. These ladies who work here are obviously beautiful but they have the unique ability to make their clients feel listened to, understood and beautiful. So thankful for my experience today. Nicole and Jocelyn are rock stars! Beautiful women like them who have the natural ability to make other women feel special and beautiful is amazing. Thank you!

All was good except as I was sleeping the cell phone for technician was set to some horrible sounding notification everytime she got a message. Each time I would wake up. It is best if the tech's phone is turned off during a session or on something so low and non intrusive. I also keep wincing during times of my installation. She said my eyelashes were tangled but they had me wash my lashes first for the first time every and I guess that tangled them. This hurt causing me to wake up out of my sleep. Just going to stick with technician I had initially.

I went to get a full set on Sunday, June 2nd. I am a member at amazing lash studio and usually go to another location, but this location had an appointment at the time I needed, so I booked. Lashes looked great when I left, but unfortunately by the next morning almost all of the lashes on my left eye fell off and landed in the sink. I called and I rebooked and my eyelashes were replaced on Tuesday. This time, I saw a senior stylist which I had no idea there was a difference in stylists. I am a member and I was never told that. Also, I was asked if I wanted to give a gratuity to the senior stylist which I really did not know what to do because she was great, although she was late and had to rush because she had another client immediately after me. I already left a tip on Sunday and felt as though the lashes should have been replaced without any cost. I really do love the look and feel of fake eyelashes, so I think I'll go back to the original location where I first got my lashes!

I first had a very nice mail conversation with the owner Joe Burum, who was very helpful and service minded! Then when arriving for my appointment it was very welcoming and I was very well treated! I did get to wait for a very long time but was directly, before leaving, enormously compensated - highly appreciated. My lash stylist, was so nice and professional!! Did an awesome job with first removing old lashes and then a new set of lashes. She prepared me for all steps and told me what she was doing. All with a very gentle touch!! Didn’t hurt or stung at all!!! Highly recommend this place and Malika!!

The staff is so friendly and my lashes look good EVERY time. The Roswell location did well the first time but was parse after that, so I would pay for more services. I would never go the one on Roswell again. There is a vast difference in the two locations.

Amazing Lash is the one beauty service I cannot live without. The 6D volume lashes are fabulous! Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable and my stylist is perfection! The only thing that would make it better is longer lash choices. I do 15mm 6D lashes but really want choices of 17 or 18mm.

Application was correct, timely with no problems.. Vicki is always great. Problems are with the studio not having/ordering the correct lashes I prefer. The D lashes in .02 (i believe), the thicker ones in 9,10,11 and 13. Also the glue lately has been not consistent and of great quality. When an inferior glue is used, it costs us both time, money and inconvenience. When the lashes haven’t been ordered, I end up getting something else- I don’t like.

I was charged for an extra $55 for 3D volume lashes- What a rip off! If I could submit a photo you would say "WTH"?- so I will post a photo on yelp. You can't even tell I have lashes. I will HAVE to wear mascara to even make my lashes show. They are super thin & short. They removed the ones I had one, but I actually had more on when I walked through the door than when I walked out & I needed a fill when I walked in. I told the lady at the desk how dissapointed I was & there was no offer to add more or do something to make me feel better. Even a discount would have helped.I will have to go somewhere else to get more lashes. I won't be returning- What a waste of my time & money.

I have been to the Buckhead North and Linbergh studios and by far, the Amazing Lash Lindbergh is my favorite. My lashes always look, well, AMAZING and last for at least 3 weeks, which is how often I get a refill. The customer service is fantastic as well as all the technician that have serviced me. I highly recommend.

Need gel pads

Great technician who sadly had no gel pads for service. She had to tape down lower lashes which made my eyes tear and made it hard to do service, not to mention how uncomfortable it was. I’m still uncomfortable and have red skin today. Technician was great though, friendly experienced and I love my lashes. Tell owners to make sure they never run out gel pads! The reason I’m a member is because of the consistency between locations and the whole franchise being held to a certain standard-so not having gel pads was a big problem, pain and inconvenience.
