Amazing Lash Bandera Pointe staff and lash specialists are wonderful. As soon as you walk in they greet and check you in with a smile. My last few visits I have been with 2 lash specialists, Jewel and Veronica. Both made my lashes look fabulous and make sure to cover all the guidelines to keep my lashes looking good. Maliya, the store manager (I believe) is the most visible, professional manager since I’ve been with Amazing Lash (2016) and even knows her customers by name! She did troubleshoot a situation with a gift card and made sure a solution was found. Customer service like that isn’t easily found. Thank you, Maliya.

My lash specialist, Veronica always does a great job with my lashes, which is why I continue to visit this location. The staff is always professional and welcoming . The only reason the rating was not 5 stars is an issue with a gift card that was purchased online. It was declined and my understanding is that it is being looked into by the manager of this location. I appreciate her trying to get information about this matter. Just as FYI, when you click to get an e-gift card at this location , it sends the customer to a page to Give the Gift of Glow with Amazing Lash listed (it indicates participating Amazing Lash Studio), and since it directs me to this page when I click on your location, I would believe your location is one, otherwise why direct a customer there. I hope this can be worked out, otherwise that money is lost. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with Amazing Lash and I’ve been a member since 2016 when the only location in San Antonio was Lincoln Heights. Thank you and I hope to hear from you all soon.

I didn’t get finished any faster, the girl pinched my eyelid twice with the tweezers of whatever tool she was using and my lashes look just about the same after a refill. Came in for a removal and a new set. I had half my natural lashes and half extensions that i have been trying to rip off because they were intalled wrong. Brianna was very patient, very sweet, fast and SUPER efficient. She took the extension off quickly, installes the new set and was even able to cover the bald spots i got from ripping the older set. My first time ever getting lashes and I was super nervous after hearing all the horror stories of what could go wrong. I went into Amazing Lash studio and the front staff was immediately welcoming and so sweet! I had an appointment and my lash technician, Alyssa was able to assist me right away. Alyssa did such a great job answering my questions, helping me understand the process and what to expect. I absolutely loved the experience and I’m so so so happy with my lashes. I’ve had the lashes for over a month now, just went in yesterday for my refill. I love the membership because it’s so easy to just show up for your refill appointment and not have to worry about paying anything at that time, not to mention the amazing discount the membership gives. I originally went back after a few years and thought I'd give them a try. I was very happy with my lashes when I left there, but before 5 days had gone by, my lashes were mostly gone! I went back on day 7, and showed them my lashes and they were able to fit me in with a Master person who immediately was able to fix my lashes to even better than they were before! It's been almost a week, and they continue to look great! I'm extremely happy and thankful that the staff is very courteous, kind, and willing to make sure that the custumers are extremely happy with their lashes.

Tech upsold me and then told me she couldn't deliver the result. She was very kind and seemed knowledgeable. However, after telling me she could make lashes look like they had 3 to 4 coats of mascara, they do not. But I am extremely grateful to Brianna at the front desk. When I left I realized I had a flat. Brianna heard me on the phone stressing because I couldn’t find my spare tire. She came out and offered to help find my spare and change my tire. Turned out my car didn’t come with a spare, it had a pump. I’d never used the pump and didn’t know how to use it. I really enjoy my lashes and I’ve been a member for 2 years and I always seem to select a technician that I like and then she gets promoted to a master stylist which is awesome for them, however, Due to my budget I can’t afford to pay the monthly $120 then plus another $25 2 visits per month just because I want for example the upgrades and I just get upset. What is the membership for if you need to pay an additional cost for the upgrade and another additional cost for a master and their tips? Just one customers opinion.

My lashes are always down with y'all since I found a legit place to get them done . So there's always places on FB that offer or and they look great but honestly I was like you know what eyes are important body parts why not pick a legit business that is certified and start there.so I'm here. Honestly love them can't complain. Amazing people amazing staff and great masters. But it is weird you pay monthly for a service but get charged for fills still because u chose 6ds then get charged for stylist then on top i always tip 40 so u end up spending over 275 a month on lashes. Might be my last month only because after 4 months of it even though I'm obsessd with Jessica I can't imagine it costs more than it does to keep up with blonde hair. So yes I recommend very clean perfect. But at end of day. I don't think I will continue due to false advertising of refills. Never have I ever not spent money everytime I came in here.

I previously had a bad experience and Andrea went ahead and made sure they either fixed my lashes or took them off complementary. While I wanted to get them redone, on my way there someone hit me and I could make it. I went in Saturday for removal with Jennifer and she was so sweet and talkative. If I went back I’d only go with Jennifer, because she seems so sweet and nice. I enjoyed talking to her. While she was removing my lashes she made sure to tell me all the streps she was doing before doing it, and I really appreciated that since your eyes are closed and you can’t see what’s going on. Super love Jennifer and I’m glad that Bandera has a manager who actually seems to care.

I am brand new to the area and I had Emily a Master lasher! She was amazing. Made me feel so calm after I came in from having a bad lash job with someone else NOT at Amazing Lash. Word to the wise, pay the money for someone who is credited and good at what they do! Emily did an amazing job and I almost fell asleep several times because I was so relaxed! She was so gentle and I didn’t even feel the removal of the lashes. She kept great conversation throughout and stayed quiet when I’m I relaxed. She is hilarious if you ever get her. If you want a laugh you should ask her if she ever found out how Granny was doing? Anyway she was so professional along with everyone I came in contact with at Bandera rd Amazing Lash. I highly recommend going there and I will be back. I got the Gorgeous 3D hybrid and they are perfect. Not too little that you don’t see a difference, yet still look natural. Without being gaudy. Thank you for getting me in there and saving me from my previous hack job! Hands down this is the place to go! During COVID-19 they take all precautions needed and I felt safe and relaxed the whole time!

So I am not huge on leaving reviews because I believe you have to be a regular somewhere before you began to judge them. I believe that every place has an off day. This studio has NEVER given me any less than perfect! The front desk is super nice! My lash lady that I go to regularly is Jessica and she is AMAZING. She actually cares about my lashes underneath the falsies! I’m also 7 months pregnant and she has been so understanding and she actually inclines the table every single time without me asking! I think that is amazing that she can be so personable and adjust when she doesn’t have to! Awesome service from entrance to departure!

I made the mistake of going to a random cheap place to get my first set of lashes and I ended up losing almost all of my eyelashes on one side and at least half of the other on my other eye luckily I found an Amazing Lash Studio and they were able to give me an amazing set and educate me on how to properly care for my lashes as well as helping them stay healthy and grow out I will never go anywhere else again staff is so friendly and absolutely amazing, I 100% recommend them especially VERONICA she is my go to girl but everyone there is fantastic & with all of these new COVID procedures they have been great as well

As always, when I walk through the door the staff is always smiling and so friendly. Wait time is typically less than two minutes. Jessica removed my eyelashes today not because I didn’t like them, but because I need to give my lashes a rest. Jessica is always so sweet and thoughtful And awesome!

I was very please with my lash refill with Emily. She made a suggestion for my lashes to use an extension with more of a curl and they came out great! I've been getting extensions for almost 2 years and had no idea that you could add more curl to the extension. I think it would be a great idea to have some kind of display or book showing all the different styles and lash looks that you guys offer instead of just the animated drawings. I'm sure something like this would help other client as well.

I very frequently have my lashes done and Ms.Cynthia is by far the best I’ve had yet. My eye lashes lasted for a while month. Usually by the second week with previous people I need a fill like two. Ms.Cynthia definitely is very fast yet efficient. I will never go anywhere else she’s just simple amazing!!!
