I got a lash lift/tint for the first time ever here. It looked so good everyone thought I was wearing makeup!!! But I assumed every lift/tint looked that good until I tried a place in my hometown and it was terrible. I now realize that amazing lash studio is the absolute best and I am never going anywhere else. It’s also a very good price perfect my lashes turn out. They last at least a whole month and it doesn’t ruin my eyelashes like the other place I tried.

I joined originally with amazing Lash because I was hoping to get the same quality every single time I want to one of your locations unfortunately, I travel a lot all over the country and I’ve discovered that’s not the truth but what is the best is that Brianna my master last tech at the Boca location always makes me look beautiful. They last amazingly long and I tried to purposely curtail my travel schedule around her availability after having some really terrible experiences elsewhere so that being said, give her a raise. ?

But that is so wrong for a place to charge for a different person.How much money can you get out of someone? I had returned to Amazing Lash Studio Boca Village Square after over a year, because I had relocated out of the area. The area I had relocated to was rural and there was no Amazing Lash Studios - and I cannot express how disappointed I was that I couldn't have my lashes still. I am relocating back to this area and today upon visiting Boca for two weeks, had Mary as my Master tech. She was very knowledgeable and listened to my current concerns, she even brought in another tech to help answer some of my questions. When we were done, not only did I have beautiful lashes once again, but it was a most wonderful and relaxing experience. I highly recommend Mary and this studio in particular.

I wanted to get my lashes tinted prior to vacation. I called to squeeze in an appointment and originally there weren't any. I was bummed there were no weekend appointments and made one for Wed. Judy recognized my disappointment. She called back a few minutes later to let me know she would stay late if I could come. Then a cancellation with Ale popped up. Judy called right back to let me know. I'm thrilled that it worked out. I love my lashes and will definitely return. The shop is immaculate. The rooms are super clean and great care was taken during the entire process.

This was my first time ever trying lash extensions. I had wanted to do it for a long time but was unsure if I would adapt. First of all, I love the service I get from Fiorella and Amy. They ar every professional and their work is excellent. However when I see different stylists, it seems as the lashes results are not the same. I get less and less lashes. I have to point out that people who get their lashes at other places, seem to get more for less the money I pay.

I had a great technician and my lashes were amazing . The only complaint is the lack of respect for the clients . During my treatment I heard a constant clacking as the receptionist was passing a broom with an integrated dust pan this could have been done after clients had left as well the music was loud and not relaxing . The whole customer experience was really not great and left me very disappointed.

I absolutely love EVIE, however your foam cleaner goes bad, as I returned one on Friday. It is kept in the same place I store all my makeup and facial products. My house is always 70 degrees and the expiration date of the product was 2021. It was brownish in color and I used it on my volume lashes and it ruined them. When I bought the product in with me on Friday from my appointment I showed it to the girls and I asked for a refund on my lashes and credit for the product I was only given a credit for my lashes and they kept the product I think that is wrong and I think my account to be credited for the product as well. I am very disappointed in the way they handle that. Not only should I have gotten a credit for my lashes that were destroyed by that bad phone but I should’ve gotten a credit for the farm as well and said they kept it and didn’t give me any credit for it. Very disappointed!!!

Every time that I go there I am assisted by a different person therefore the result is always different. Some girls make a 10/10 job while others will do your lashes in a way that when you wake up next day you literally have half of the lashes in your face. That happened to me a few times that I simply woke up with all my lashes in my pillow. My boyfriend was shook thinking those were my real lashes lol 4 stars!

I have been priviledged to experience three wonderful master eyelash technicians at the Boca Raton location. Each one does magnificent work. I do have my regular which is Rosie and I think she is awesome. However the two other lovely ladies that I had at two different times were absolutely amazing at Amazing Lash Studio. The studio is clean, the table that we rest on is comfortable. Blankets are provided as the facility is cold which helps the glue do its work. The front desk staff are always warm and friendly. When I walk into Amazing Lashes for me it is like visiting with friends. I love this place and I love the staff. Love, Kathy Bass

Thank God for the Boca Raton location. My first time getting lashes I went to the Coral Springs studio and my experience was awful. Front desk staff is careless, uninformative, and keep you waiting while they’re on the phone because they only have one agent behind the desk. After trying with a different lash technician at the same location and still not being satisfied I decided to try the Boca Raton location and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The location is immaculately cleaned and the front desk agents are so welcoming, informative, and caring. The lash technician that did my refill, Lindsey, was informative and explained things I was never explained before in the other location. Boca Raton going forward will be my location and I’m so happy to have been told about this location.

30 minute refills policy has changed

I am very disappointed to find out that 30 minute refills can only happen within 7 days of your previous appointment. This is a new policy and honestly it is not fair for anyone that only needs a small touch up. They want you to buy the 1 hour. So if someone like me takes care of the lashes and they only need a small touch up, then it is not possible. I have to wait until my lashes look really bad and need the full hour :( Really unhappy with this.

Front desk people are not experienced or professional. They told me my ay was for 1:20 and I arrived at 1:30 which was my appointment. They said I would have to lose time. My technician, Iquana said it was ok. When I came home my appointment card said 1:30. I love my technician but the help up front is going to make me go elsewhere when my credits are finished

I was encouraged by my daughter to try this eyelash indulgement about a year and a half ago as I was headed off to a two week summer vacation. I loved that I felt like I did not have to carry much makeup and certainly no eye mascara. From someone who never left the house without makeup I can do that many days now and feel fine with my nice lashes looking natural and the lift I need with no makeup. I have had some great technicians, Nyia and Lindsay.
