I have had the same lash esthetician for the last 12 years. After the pandemic, she had to relocate closer to her home, which is 45 minutes away from me, one way. 3 weeks ago, my original lash esthetician got sick and I had to travel out of town 2 days later. I quickly booked an appointment at Amazing Lash on Briar Forest, which is 3 minutes from my house. I searched the list for a master lash stylist and chose Quyen. One of the best life choices I have made in a long time. Quyen did an AMAZING job on my lashes and I was so impressed. While out of town, I received endless compliments. When I got back into town, I immediately signed up for a membership, so I can continue to have Quyen make me look gorgeous! While I love my original esthetician, finding Quyen and the location being close to my home was a miracle. I highly recommend Quyen for anyone wanting to be the belle of the ball!

The stylist that I see at the Briar Forest location and staff are always on time, consistently friendly. My lash specialist Ms. Vivanne is always on time, friendly, does an amazing job and pays attention to detail. I’ve been getting lash extensions for a couple years now from other various salons and have been unhappy with the results. After making the switch to Amazing Lash Studios (Briarforest location) for all my lash sets and fills, I have been extremely pleased. Not only do the lashes look fuller, longer and exactly how I envisioned them; but they also last much longer than the lashes from previous salons. The lashes from Amazing Lash Studio do not cause damage to my natural lashes nor do they fall out or shed easily. I highly recommend Julie for lash extensions. My lashes were done by Q. Le. I asked what type she would recommend for my eye shape. She recommended the gorgeous lashes. I then told her I did not like very long lashes or very wispy .The lashes took almost 2 hours. When completed they were way too long and wispy. I’ve had my lashes done several times before (in another country), and these are by far my least favorite. She did ask if I would like them shortened. However, after being in there for almost 2 hours, I had no desire to stay any longer and of course was worried about the damage that could possibly be done to my natural lashes having the lashes removed and them redone. I will not be returning to this location.

With Covid in play, hand sanitizer is available and I def appreciate the temp check and questionnaire each time. Everyone is masked up. I Loved it. looked absolutely fantastic. but 4 to 5days later I've lost about 50% of the right eyelashes. it's odd it's just the one side falling out. I'd be having dinner and next thing.. boop there's 2 to 3 lashes that's just casually dropped my my right eye on my dinner plate. I am new to getting lash extensions and as a first time customer I feel the “intake” process should have taken a little more time. I felt I was rushed back. I was telling the receptionist what I wanted when the tech was ready it wasn’t communicated so the tech was asking me different questions than the first girl and needless to say I didn’t get the look I was hoping for. So, basically I paid $85.00 for something I am not satisfied with.
