As usual I was greeted with warmth and a smile from Tyler at Brier Creek who once AGAIN had to fix and reschedule my appointment due to employee turnover. But that beautiful smile and energetic spirit made everything ok. Not to mention Tyler booked me with Kaiyah who did the dang thang! I was more impressed with my lashes than I have been in MONTHS! As a longtime customer I sure hope that someone is actually monitoring these positive reviews and that those two employees are rewarded accordingly! Positive feedback and recognition helps reduce employee turnover rates, which by proxy increases customer retention! I sure hope Kaiyah sticks around!!!

This is my first time getting my lashes done at Amazing Lash by Summer, whom I requested and was very satisfied. I have been getting my lashes done for a while and it always seems like the lashes would start falling out too soon after getting them put in and they burn like hell when they get into your eyes. I mentioned this to Summer and the lashes she put in looks great after I told her what I wanted and they stay in. I don't know what she did to keep them from falling out within a week or 2 but grateful. I have referred her to family and friends and looking forward to my next visit very soon. Summer also has a sweet caring spirit which was so enduring. She listens to what you want and get it done and she is great and a keeper. .

I usually go to Cary, but couldn’t get in so went to Brier Creek yesterday for the first time. Kaiyah did my lashes and she did a great job. They’ve never looked better since going to Amazing Lash. I also want to note that everyone was super helpful and kind at this location, especially the person that checked me in and out. I didn’t catch her name but she’s a tall African-American woman and she was so nice and helpful the entire time. The facility was clean and comfortable. Cary has gone down a bit in that sense. They’re rationing out cleanser at the front desk and give you paper towels to wipe your face after washing. I didn’t see that at BC. They has two cleansers and actual face towels out. The table was heated. They used the best products on my lashes and they were generous with lashing me- this is fullest set I’ve ever gotten. As a member, I just want to say small details like this truly matter. I will be going to Brier Creek from now on even though it’s farther from me.

After a schedule mix up I was forced to reschedule with another person, which I prefer never to do. I make my appointments well in advance to avoid this, we love who we love right? Stacy (my normal tech) was made aware of my frustration and came in early to work me in. My lashes, to me, are like my hair. When your beautician has a schedule conflict…she doesn’t book you with another beautician, right? I take comfort knowing every time I see Stacy my lashes are perfect and I don’t want the stress of having to experiment with other techs, despite their master level. I hope one day Amazing Lash as a company will understand this. But for today, I am grateful for Tyler and Stacy and the extra effort they gave to make sure I was satisfied.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it took almost 3 hours for my full set of lashes to be complete because I had a junior stylist. I'm not new to lash extensions but I'm new to ALS. I'm less than 10 minutes away from another location but drive about 25 minutes to Brier Creek because I was referred to Stacy J. There were great things said about her and she didn't disappoint. The customer service and attention I received from Tyrone is hands down one of my best customer service experiences...from answers to all my initial questions to return calls to being addressed by name when you walk in, definitely A+ service. Both of them are great and it shows that they enjoy what they do! Stacy is very thorough and informative. If you are on the fence I recommend going ahead and doing it for yourself. With the world the way it is right now you deserve to at least look your best. You also get a little piece of relaxation on the wonderfully heated tables during your appointment! One of the best features about their memberships is that you can purchase at 1 location but use it at all locations nationwide, you can't beat that. I'm looking forward to the new relationship with ALS, I'm now a member for life!

Just so you all know, I honestly never give reviews unless something was terribly wrong or very great. So, this was my first time in several years that I have gotten my lashes done and I must say, I was very pleased with my service. My lash tech was Brittini and she was awesome. Straight to business and gave me exactly what I wanted without me having to go into much detail. Natural look with fullness, nothing too dramatic and perfect length as I wear glasses and didn't want the lashes to hit my lenses. She was very professional and quick! I showed a picture of the finished results to my sister shortly after and she scheduled an appointment for this weekend. Plus, you can't beat the price. I will definitely return and recommend to everyone. By the way, I drove an hour and a half away and it was worth the drive. My sister lives an hour and a half in the opposite direction and she is traveling down for her appointment. That should tell you something.

Armani-first time with this stylist-she was demeaning and literally scolding me in regards to the condition of my lashes. Stated you have a retention problem with your lashes and you need to wash throughly before seeing stylist. I think her intention was good but the delivery of the message was rude and demeaning.

I’ve been to a couple Amazing Lash Studios when I travel, but this one is clearly over and above. Nikera, my lash tech does such an amazing job that everyone asks where I get my lashes done. Not to mention she is so gentle that I literally fall asleep almost every time!

I have been nothing but impressed with the professionalism of Amazing Lash Studio In Brier Creek. After my initial set, I was not completely satisfied with the results of one eye. It took me a couple of days to decide I really needed to contact them. Even though it had been more than two days, the corrected my issue at no charge. They also set me up with a master stylist and she waived her additional fees for 2 visits. I now only book with Nikira. She is awesome and is great at educating her clients. But so is the rest of the staff. They are polite, helpful and always have a smile on their face. They make your experience of Lashes Amazing!! And the best part of this is I never have to mess with mascara again!! I get ready in minutes now. Best decision I’ve made in a long time!! I highly recommend!

I haven’t had my lashes done in a while because I cancelled by membership due to relocation. I decided to go in and get a full set installed due to an email I received and the holidays quickly approaching. I was met with a newer stylist Joanna. She completed the job in under 2hrs and I will say the end result was fantastic! Very voluminous and the curl is beautiful! I sometimes have a small reaction to the adhesive with my left eye but as soon as I opened both eyes there was so “stingy” feeling and all was well! I would highly recommend this location and especially Joanna as a stylist she is approachable, professional, and overall super friendly!

Seen her 3X now and every appointment I leave satisfied. If you want a lash tech who cares about your preference but your personal lashes too and takes their time mastering their skill go with Niqua! People at the front desk are always pleasant when I'm there.

Brittney is by far the best lash tech I have had since going to Amazing Lash. I actually cancelled my membership due to the other techs not doing a great job to the point where my lashes would fall off within 24-48 hours. Brittney is a perfectionist and she made sure my lashes looked full and amazing. She educated me on my lashes and their condition. She was very patient. I am considering starting back my membership because of her. And I would only want to be seen by Brittney. I was paying $80 up to $100 plus every session, it’s not cheap so of course I want my lashes looking amazing. Brittney is the only one to accomplish that. Thank you.

Always professional! Prompt and knowledgeable! I love the atmosphere and every technician I've seen so far has listened to my request, did my lashes how I wanted them, made sure I was comfortable, and gave great tips and advice after the service that have help my lashes grow. And I've never felt pressured to buy products, however the ones tried i saw results after 1 week of consistent use.

I have been getting my lashes done here for a while now. My stylist is very good. Everything is great. I do have a concern, for the last 3 or 4 times that I came in to get my lashes done, when the stylist was done and I opened my eyes I experienced bad burning in my eyes. On my last visit, I was more concerned because the burning sensation lasted 1 hour severely and about another hour with milder burning. Have you guys changed the adhesive that is used? Is this harmful to the eyes? I am very concern and I am scared this will happen again in my next visit, which is in 1 week.

I love visiting the Brier Creek location. Stacie is amazing. She is personable but not overbearing and more importantly she is a pro with the lashes. I can’t think of the young lady name at the front desk but she is so pleasant. About two years ago I had a subscription and had the complete opposite experience so I cancelled so I appreciate the difference.
