I can not say enough nice things about Nande. She is always so professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I had to wait three weeks to see her, and was afraid I would have to get an entire new set instead of a refill. But due to her skills I was able to have great retention and only needed a refill. She is not only a skilled master at her craft but she is always in pleasant and positive mood. She makes me comfortable enough to finally relax and snore on her table. As an ER nurse, that means the world to me.

I took advantage of the discounted full set. I made an apt with Chas who is a master stylist. She was amazing! Chas walked me through her suggested lash styles based on my eyes. She was spot on in her recommendation (her assessment was exactly why I decided to get lashes added). The outcome was amazing! Thank you Chas. She was very personable and professional. My lashes are gorgeous and VERY comfortable. The studio was clean and everyone is friendly and there was no wait time for my appointment. As soon as I took a seat Chas came out to get me. I had my lashes done the other week and could not be more impressed by not only the lashes but the entire experience. I had called a couple weeks prior and spoke with TJ ( front desk) on the phone who explained the different types of lashes, answered all of my questions, and helped get me booked for a day/time that worked with my schedule. When I showed up for my appointment I was greeted by Lauren who was super friendly and welcoming. I had my lashes done by Kapisa who showed me all of the different styles and helped me choose what would look best on me ( I did not want a super dramatic look ) Kapisa did an AMAZING job and it was exactly what the look I was going for. After my appointment TJ was working the desk and remembered me from the first initial phone call ( which meant a lot considering I am sure she speaks to tons of people a day ) and checked in on me and how I enjoyed the experience. I want to recognize these employees and establishment as they all went above and beyond and I will definitely be returning as well as recommending Amazing Lash Burke to friends/family.

Now- I have received lash extensions for about 3+ years now, but I have been excited about the “Lift & Tint for months (because of the gentler process for lash health). The service was a bit underwhelming if I’m honest. The “tint” did not reach all of my lashes, and I have gaps on each eye where the dye missed clumps of my lashes (making them look a bit patchy). Also, the curl was not as tight as I had hoped, but this could also be due to my own lash length? Hard to say as a consumer. Overall, I think that the service was good and will provide a healthy alternative for my lashes. Maybe I have become so used to falsies, that the lift & tint looked “too” natural? Who knows!? Side note: I think it is important that the correct information be shared with the guest about lash care (post-service). I was told to rinse my lashes the next day with a “water based cleanser” which I did and, naturally, the curl fell right out of my lashes. I then looked at the written card that I was given which states no water for 24hrs. My fault, but I would say that it is important for all staff members to communicate the written instructions verbatim to guests to avoid confusion.

I can’t review the lashes at this point as it’s only been 24 hours since my first pair. The staff was incredible. From welcoming me and making me feel comfortable, to walking me through the company process. Anna my lash girl was upbeat and ready to dive in. I have been skeptical to try a big box lash company and leave my boutique girl behind. With a busy schedule it’s nice to have the flexibility a box lash company offers. My girlfriend tried the lashes and two weeks later still looked fabulous. If the lashes hold up, then I will definitely become a loyal member. Burke store customer service deserves a raving shout out for providing above and beyond care.

I was very happy with this last appointment after 2 appointments where I didn’t feel the lashes were full enough despite getting 3D. The lashes also fell out quickly and needed to be refilled again within a week (although I waited til my 2 week refill). I went in for a touch up today and was shocked the bill was for $109.95. That included a $15 tip but was way more than I expected. I was charged for a fill of 6X and then charged for the touch up. I don't believe the lashes were 6x, not sure they were even 3x.Also it was a touch up not a fill. I've been a client of close to two years and have never paid that high a price.

I’ve been going here for a year now and went through 4-5 stylists to find the right one for me. Milen is the best out of all and I’ve been her regular ever since I first got my lashes done by her. This was my 1st time here and i must say it was not what i had expected. My visit was over 2 hours and the lashes that were applied were very thin and not think at all. I had the 3D lashes and paid over $100. These lashes are the same lashes you can buy at cvs for $10 a pack!! I feel totally ripped off. No one even noticed my eyelashes. My natutal lashes look wayy more dramatic with mascara on. Then they make you think you need to buy the wash solution and brush which are $70! I totally feel ripped off. No other place that does lashes says you have to wash your lashes.. I will never get lashes again here. I get more compliments when u wear my strip lashes that i get from Target for $9.

Hello, I would like to share my experience with Amazing Lash Studio in Burke. Every aspect starting from scheduling an appointment to checking out has been a breeze. When I saw their ad in Instagram I was really impressed by their before and after photos and decided to give it a try, I scheduled an appointment thru text messaging and had me set up for sunday noon. I arrived 15-20 minutes before my appointment time and the receptionist attentively handed me the form to be filled out, even though she’s still checking out someone, gave me instructions for first timers and have me wait for less than 5 minutes before I was placed on one of the rooms. The lash tech, her name is Mykaila, if I spelled her name right, is tremendously good. I fell asleep for the entire process as she was doing my lashes. I would say I had a very good experience with this lash studio. Would recommend to friends and family.

Alex is such a friendly, efficient, and thorough employee. You’re lucky to have her on your staff. I understand why I have to book her out over a month in advance - she’s just that good! If she doesn’t already, and has interest, she should be paid extra to show other employees how she works. My lashes always look great and stay on longer compared to the few times I had to go to someone else because she wasn’t available. Also, please put shelves or a small table in each room so we can have a place to put our personal belongings. It’s a bit ridiculous that this simple request has been repeatedly ignored. This past appointment my purse and phone fell off my lap and onto the floor. I was lucky my phone didn’t crack, but then I had to crawl under the table and on the floor on my hands and knees to retrieve. Thanks, Katie Walker

I do like the staff and I love my lashes, however now twice my lashes have completely come off on one eye and when I go back to get the one eye touched up I’m still paying an awful lot of money for a touch up when I have a membership, the $119.95 one. I’m very confused by this. I realize it’s extra for 3D and 6D but these extra fees I pay for just a 30 minute touch up are getting to be too much. I just came in yesterday for a 30 minute touch up and like I said I have a membership but still had to pay for the service plus the 6D on one eye. I can’t afford to keep paying this much and the lashes on one eye keep coming off. Please let me know why and what we can do about this or I’ll have to cancel. Thank you

Not happy - I wanted it thicker than last time and I did not remember what I had had done- first I was told that the one I had was normal - then after we were finished I was told that she had not checked what I’d had done!!!! Not happy even though I left a tip.

Alissa did my first set last night. She was extremely professional. However, after following all the 48 hrs instructions, I got up this morning and as I am blinking a total of 4 3D's came off 2 from each eye and then 2 or 3 singles... I already have a not so good looking eyelashes, so when I came to work I had to lie and tell my daughter put them on because it did not look professional anymore. not sure what happened. I am afraid that when I have to wash after 48 hrs.. they will all come off. Is there a refund? i have a mini session scheduled for 4-11-19 not sure I will have any left by then... what to do?

I got a lash lift, if that’s what you want to call it. Now I’ve had them before, so I know what the result should’ve been. The lash tech was plenty friendly and professional (staff too), but the end result was lashes that looked BARELY lifted - as in I better keep my eyelash curler handy. AND that fact that she used a warming/curling lash wand at end to “give them lift” immediately told me something wasn’t right. You shouldn’t have to “curl” my lashes with a warming wand artificially at the end of lash perm. I don’t know if she just used the wrong size curing rod on my lids or what, but I can’t recommend this place for a lash lift.

After having a bad experience at a different location I was ready to move on to a different company but decided to give the Burke location a try after seeing good reviews online and I’m so glad I did. This girls were so professional and kind and my lashes look absolutely stunning.i will be coming back to this studio and hopefully seeing the same tech again.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year. The scheduling is easy, front desk staff is friendly, and it’s always easy to rearrange an appointment when I need to. Alex is the best and has done amazing things for my eyelashes. I love coming here because it’s so quick, comfortable and the best quality. The sensitive glue was perfect for me. I get compliments all the time on my lashes.

My lash stylist Milen was great, I’m currently 38 weeks pregnant so laying completely flat on my back was going to be a slight problem but she found a solution to take care of me anyway. This was my 1st time coming back for a refill so I decided to try something different instead of getting the cute lashes & got 3D lash extensions which turned out to be fabulous! Also while working on my lashes till the end, we were able to carry a nice conversation. Overall experience was beyond satisfactory, & I’m looking forward to seeing her again in the near future. Alex is the best! She does such a great job every time and is so friendly and professional. Everyone who works at the front desk is always helpful in person or over the phone. I had issues with my eyes being red the day after and since switching to the sensitive glue I haven’t had any problems. I love these lashes and get so many compliments.

I was hesitant to come to another technician/location, because i lived down the street from the woodbridge studio, and the girl that did my lashes put so much glue it made two or three pieces stuck togther and when i would brush them it would get stuck, then rip right off. I expressed my concerns to KATIE and she immediately fixed them for me. Not only was she very polite and gentile with them, she is very effient with her work and I am very impressed with how full she made them look. I love it! Thank you so much! I am willing to drive to burke just to see her. It's worth it!

Today's visit I upgraded to 6D lashes. I expected second row of 6D lashes to outline the contour of the upper eyelid more thoroughly, as well as the second lash row to be more full. I will communicate with Alex concerning this at our next visit. The right eye seems to have less lashes than the other eye. Other than this concern I am quite happy with how my eyes look, as long as there will be little occurrence of open gaps in the eyelash series, as it happened to my right eye last time. I do not think this gap was Alex' hindsight. Right after last appointment with the technician, I attended a New Year's Eve dance, as well as exercised during the past week. I will take it easy the next few days to allow the new lash refills to cure. Thank you.
