So far I’m a few days into my lashes I’ve had zero irritation (I also wear contacts and normally my eyes are a bit red after getting them on but after I was all finished I had zero redness) and have had minimal lashes come out. Elena is the best . A real superstar. I had an appointment three weeks ago and it wasn’t the best. Eyes watered constantly. Lashes fell out . Eyes burned the whole time until this last appointment. Eyes were not wrapped entirely and I think that’s why the eyes were watering and burning. Lashes were pretty thin but Elena took care of me yesterday. I appreciate her very much . I have been a long time customer of this studio. The manager has done a great job with the staff, customers and scheduling. It is very clean, you feel protected as the stylists and customers still wear masks. However my continued pet peeve is that they ask you to wash your lashes when you get there but the sink is temperamental at best (has a motion sensor) and the only thing they give you to pat dry your lashes is the paper towels which never work and are always stuck in the dispenser. I have suggested on multiple occasions to buy cheap wash cloths and having a separate dispenser for those to be rewashed and sanitized. If my nail salon can provide this level of service, the lash studio should be able to as well. Also, please consider updating your packages to allow for the additional costs of the upgraded 3d/6d lashes so additional charges don't always have to be added with each service.

I’ve been going to amazing Lash and Carrollwood almost a year. Samantha F is my lash specialist. She is in credible, the lashes stay on, I have no problems whatsoever. Unlike other salons that I’ve been to in the past there’s always been like that burning sensation to the nose because of the glue that use. I have never experienced that at amazing Lash Carrollwood. These were the words said to me when my substitute, took over an appointment for her sick co-worker. It was literally the first thing she said and made me feel like she would reluctantly do my lashes but they weren't going to be that great. Afterward she spent nearly 15 minutes detaching my top lashes from my bottom ones. I've been having lashes done for a really long time and I can tell you that when a lash consultant is experienced, this doesn't happen, which was why I had originally booked with a particular lash consultant. I know Amazing Lash can't control when someone is out sick but the woman they had fill in was just plain rude and not very experienced judging by the period of time she spent trying to detach my upper and lower lashes. Funny too since she said the reason my lashes wouldn't be that full was because she didn't have enough time and I needed to book a full set appointment and not just a refill...but then she spent 15 min fixing my glued lashes and visibly becoming nervous about it at the end! I was asked how things went by the manager as I exited and I was so over it so I said "fine" because it's the second time this has happened where a super inexperienced person does a mediocre job and you're still charged full price so I'll be looking for another lash place ASAP. Here's a tip: I am not an expert in lashes but maybe when someone is about to shell out $130+ you don't begin the appointment with, "I can do your lashes but they're not going to be very good" then proceed to set your customers up for disappointment because you know you're not going to do that great of a job to begin with and need to prepare them ?

I recently moved to the area and have been on the hunt for a new lash studio I was super excited when I found out that they offer up to two 55$ fills per month if you are a member with them . I went in and the front desk girl was so sweet and informative I didn’t wait long at all till I was taken back , I can’t remember the girls name who did my services but she was as nice as can be easy to talk too and made me feel so comfortable . We did a consultation which we decided on doing classic lashes which is one false lash applied to one real lash , she was gentle and accommodative however when I got up to look at my lashes the whole inner part of my lashes had not been touched :-( there was no lashes applied at all before I paid 3 had already fell out , and when I got in my car 5 more! I didn’t want to complain or say anything as I myself am a lash tech (but I can’t do my own which is why I was there) and didn’t want to be “a difficult customer, or make her feel bad” , they have been coming off steadily since yesterday . All in all it was welcoming and friendly place , very clean , and offer amazing member prices on fills I am just a little bummed I spent all that money and now I have to go somewhere else to get them filled when I just paid for a full set :-/ I was excited about joining the membership program as it would have been convenient and affordable for me but unfortunately I will not be back

This is my 4th visit with Amazing lash Carroll wood and I’m extremely pleased with the customer service and service they provided. I have plan where I go every two weeks to get a fill in. It’s totally worth it. Christina does my lashes, she is very talented and meets all of my lash needs. I’ve tried the classic set and 3D volumes set and I love both. I had my initial appointment with one lash tech and I felt like my lashes looked a little sparse too long (more my preference than a mistake) and they didn’t go to the outer corners of my eyes. I followed all the aftercare instructions very carefully and I was loosing lashes like crazy. My initial appointment was on a Tuesday evening by Friday I called and came in, I had to get a whole new set because over 50% of my lashes were gone. Listen I know everyone says they follow the aftercare rules but I promise I was meticulous. Jaleesa got me fixed up, my lashes look amazing now. They are full, natural and follow the full line of my eye. Since Friday I have lost 1 lash that I know of. The service was complimentary due to the first service not holding up which I really appreciated. Costumer service was great and you have absolutely retained me as a customer.

Nikki put my lash extensions on today and she is as talented as she is a drop dead gorgeous sweetheart. I wanted natural unclockable and unstoppable lashes and that is what she gave me. Today was my first visit to Amazing Lash and I am so happy I selected this studio for my bridal lashes. All the staff were very pleasant and took the time to explain the process and walk you through all of the lash options. Matt was my lash consultant and he is truly an artist! He was kind, professional, and really took his time to make sure I was satisfied with my look. I highly recommend Amazing Lash and ask for Matt.
