I went to Amazing Lash studio today for what I thought was going to be my last session. I had already planned to suspend my account because of some information I had received at another location. Nonetheless, I walked in to be greeted by the person who is very kind, the spelling all the myths I had heard. Not only was she able to place a hold on my account because I built up so many sessions. That’s another story but she was able to get me scheduled today with a master stylist. My session with Shari was absolutely amazing. In the 15 years I have been receiving lash services. I’ve never met someone that I fully connected with. I talked the whole session. Anyone who knows me knows that this is not me. I highly recommend Shiree. She did a great job on my lashes and had me laughing and feeling comfortable the whole hour. I will definitely be going back to visit. The studio was clean and professional and I liked how the eyewash was in the restroom. At other locations they give you a cup of the foaming cleanser so having it in the restroom was more convenient. Everyone at Amazing lash was super friendly. I enjoyed my experience and my lashes look great!

I love coming to this location because of the staff. Most of the technicians have been here for a long time. My only complaint is the Master stylist surprise fee. There should be separate list or maybe an aterisk next to the master stylists names when we book online so we know in advance. However, I did not choose a specific stylist, I chose any employee and was automatically placed with a master stylist. This time the fault was mine. I’m sure the system just books me with the same stylist from the previous visit which was a master stylist. But for quick appointment and for those of us who book online it would be helpful to know the difference between master and regular stylists.

Karelia and Clarissa have been great. They worked together and even though I wanted to continue getting lash fills, they advised me my lashes were not healthy and needed a break. I took a break and started using a lash serum and a one month later my lashes are stronger. I got a lash lift and Clarissa told me I could get a full set of I chose but anyways these girls are great and actually care about the health of their clients lashes.

I love Clarissa and she does a great job, but they are never really that full and you have to pay a ton extra to get fuller lashes. I think going to a salon that is not a chain is better and you get more for your buck

As soon as I walked in I was greated with the most amazing staff! They were all very friendly and helpful! My stylist Ana was amazing and was patient with my Wattery eyes and non stop blinking lol would definitely recommend. Lashes turned out beautiful.

I love Amazing Lash Studio. Alma has been doing my lashes for about 2 months now and she is just the greatest. She's very gentle with my lashes and they look so natural. That's exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Alma and Amazing Lash Studio in Central Phoenix. The Studio is beautiful, extremely clean and the girls at the front desk are so sweet and friendly too. Now go get some lashes! :)

My experience started off rocky. I initially went to a different Amazing Lash Studio in Tempe and sadly my lashes came off the next day. That very next day, I went to Amazing Lash Studio in Central Phx & had my lashes reapplied by Sam. Sam did a great job and gave me different suggestions. 10 days later I booked an appointment with Alyssa. Alyssa is an AMAZING specialist and has given me different options to fulfill the look I am wanting. As a lot of times I come in with my laptop, she never complains or gets upset. I appreciate her technique, skills and overall care that she gives to me as a client. The Central Phoenix front desk experience is great as well.

Cortnee is 10/10 one of the best lash techs. She’s always on the money whether that be a classic, hybrid or volume set AND IT ALWAYS LOOKS INCREDIBLE. My first appointment with her she was amazing in helping me pick out a style and lash length suited for me and I haven’t been able to stop going back ever since. I get so many compliments on my lashes and I have to give Cortnee all the credit. I have never left unsatisfied. The girls that work the front desk are always great too, very nice and welcoming environment. I always look forward to coming in and seeing everyone :)

The ladies at the salon were amazing I had my lashes done out of town at another lash studio and it did not end well within 24 hours I had lost 90% of my lashes I called the Phoenix central location and they got me in that day with the master stylist and she fixed them and made them beautiful. The other salon manager was amazing and did compensate me for some of it which was better than nothing. All in All both studios were great and can use this for future training cause my lashes didn’t have enough bonding on them.

Today I went for my first lash fill. I had a lot of changes I wanted to make with the style, length, placement and overall look of my lashes. I didn’t love the first application (although my stylist Sam had done what I asked). I realized I had asked for more length and glam than I actually wanted. Tyler is absolutely amazing! Given the circumstances of my initial visit normally I wouldn’t say anything. Tyler has beaen SO honest about restoring my lashes and making them look the subtle aesthetic I go for after having my first try with a technician being quite damaging to my generally pretty thick lashes. I have never had a tech anywhere care about precision like her and I feel like most would just act like there was nothing wrong. Listen to me when I tell you she put in the WORK!
