She was so calming which made the experience so much better. She definitely listened to what I had to say about how I wanted them to look because I loved them way more than I thought I would! This was my first time at Amazing Lash and 2nd time getting extensions. I am a hairstylist and always go in having a high standard and it’s generally never met. My experience with Amazing Lash was absolutely the opposite! The waiting room/receptionist was very bright and chic! The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful! My Lash technician was Jillian and she was what is AMAZING and your salon! She was knowledgeable, accommodating and talented! She made me feel at ease and was concerned with any need I had! The two ladies at the receptionist desk for my check out were great! I literally caught myself standing there way pass check out gabbing with them! I even made my appointment for 3 wks to get my lashes retouched. My lashes are gorgeous thanks to Ms Jillian!!

I got my lashes refilled on Monday at a different location and I left with eyelashes going in different directions and one side having more lashes than the other. I went to Hannah and told her what happened and she was amazing! She took her time and fixed the fill that was messed up and refilled my lashes in the process. She was super friendly and did an amazing job making my lashes how I wanted them. I am so happy I went to her and had her fix everything. She is also super friendly and was great to talk too!

I cannot even begin to describe the customer service. I needed(or wanted) lashes in 2 days before I left for vacation but they had no openings on Friday or Saturday. Jen K was kind enough enough to stay late past her "shift" to do my lashes and this was the first time I ever had them. She did a wonderful job and they look Fabulous!!! I thought it was wonderful that she made sure I took care of them so they last longer and told me what I would need therefore needed to purchase. It's been 2 weeks and when I look in the mirror they still look fabulous!! I will definitely go see Jenn K again to do my lashes!!! Jenn & Amazing Lash truly live up to their name, AMAZING!!!!

Heidi and the front desk experts made me a believer.My Lash Tech had left the studio! I was going to leave the studio. I dropped by to talk to Heidi. We talked a bite and she suggested another tech. She asked if I could wait until Oskana returned from vacation. I had credit in my account so I agreed to wait and have her do my lashes. Well, had it not been for Heidi who knows her clients and techs very well I would have left Amazing Lash. But I really appreciate Heidi helping me make the switch because I am so very happy with Oskana what a wonderful talented person. I’m still on the fence as to whether or not I’m going to stay at Amazing Lash or move on to another studio. My experience here hasn’t always been good. Especially at first. My first experience was horrible. Nobody even explained how the session was going to go. Just put in a room and said ok I’m doing these eyelashes now lay down. I was terrified, and to say the least, it was bad. I had no idea what to expect. No one listens to me very much, they do what they want and and boss me around like they are the client. I’m getting very tired of their better than me attitude. There is only one girl I will see her name is Hailey. If I can’t see her or if she ever leaves I will never come back. She is very kind, sweet and takes her time with me. I love her. She is the only person I will go to and the only reason I will stay.But it took many bad experiences until I found her. I am not a cheap person. I tip high always but when your girls start telling me when and where I need to make my appointments also, with my busy schedule, I’m gone!!!!!

I loved the entire experience. The front desk explained everything in detail before getting the lashes on. Heidi was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The room is very relaxing.
