This is my very first time doing lash extensions and while I am happy with the result i wish I was provided with my information and detail about care from the stylist. When i get into the studio i i i thought it would've been a more explanation about the process. I also expected her to use gloves i felt that because working with the eyes gloves were necessary especially since she finished one client and started me right after. After we were done not much explanation on care until I asked. I had to prompt for information

Stephanie did my lashes today and I decided to take a chance to avoid the "master stylist" fee (I do feel like for the price point that they should all be required to be excellent in their field ie; master level) but I was very happy with the outcome. This is actually the best they have ever come out and I feel like Stephanie listened to what I wanted and did a great job. Very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you !

I’ve been a customer of ALS since November 2023 and while it took me a few visits with different stylist I finally find the stylists Nock who is perfect for me. Not only does she do an amazing job in her application but my lashes actually remain in tact with minimal shedding. I my membership is the 2 refills a month and on each visit my lashes still basically look full. Booking is fairly easy, I’ve started booking my follow up at the time of checkout. My stylist is a Master stylist and she’s great in her application and her service. She’s very inviting and is able to place me at ease. The price for my service recently increased due to new management which increased my monthly payments. All in all I’m satisfied and happy with my services and hoping no additional changes go into effect. What I can say for now and hopefully this remains is they’ve gained a long term customer for sure!!!!

I usually don’t bother with reviews but I felt this was worth sharing. I had one technician (not Renee) for a few months. She was frequently late, and because of her lateness she would rush towards the end of my session to make it to her next client. And you could tell looking at the 2nd eye, that it was rushed. So because of this I didn’t tip the greatest. I tipped what I felt was earned. after the 3rd time of her starting my morning late (I was always her first one of the day) I politely asked if we could start on time in the future and take her time with me. She gaslit me accused me of trying to start an argument! Lol. She did not agree that being on time was a big deal. She just kept saying “it’s always something with you” (in the past she gave me volume without me asking for it, and changed the length of my lashes without asking me). So yes both times I politely asked why she did that, didn’t really get an answer. Sooooo At that final appointment I tipped her more than generously, changed all my future appointments to Renee. Renee did fabulous! She took her time to make sure she filled in every single lash, and my eyes look “amazing” :-)

After having some adverse lash experiences, I decided to try the new customer deal and see what happened. I was pleasantly surprised the front desk ladies were super nice and efficient and my lash tech made me feel very comfortable. Gretchen is by far the best tech I have ever experienced and o refuse to see anyone else. The prices are fair and the service is exceptional. This is a monthly splurge I cannot live without at this point.

I am a snowbird here in Florida so I needed to get my eyelashes done especially since it was past due. I’ve been doing my lashes for over a year in NYC. I was a bit hesitant to try a new place. I can’t tell you how pleased I was with everything. From start to finish. The staff is wonderful b they took the time to explain everything. My technician was jasmine. She far exceeeded my expectations. I highly recommend her. I will definitely be coming back for my four months that I am here in Florida.

She listened and recognized my concern for the results I truly wanted, a natural classic look, age appropriate and that could be achieved over next visit or two as the old lashes fall off.
