I usually don’t bother with reviews but I felt this was worth sharing. I had one technician (not Renee) for a few months. She was frequently late, and because of her lateness she would rush towards the end of my session to make it to her next client. And you could tell looking at the 2nd eye, that it was rushed. So because of this I didn’t tip the greatest. I tipped what I felt was earned. after the 3rd time of her starting my morning late (I was always her first one of the day) I politely asked if we could start on time in the future and take her time with me. She gaslit me accused me of trying to start an argument! Lol. She did not agree that being on time was a big deal. She just kept saying “it’s always something with you” (in the past she gave me volume without me asking for it, and changed the length of my lashes without asking me). So yes both times I politely asked why she did that, didn’t really get an answer. Sooooo At that final appointment I tipped her more than generously, changed all my future appointments to Renee. Renee did fabulous! She took her time to make sure she filled in every single lash, and my eyes look “amazing” :-)

After having some adverse lash experiences, I decided to try the new customer deal and see what happened. I was pleasantly surprised the front desk ladies were super nice and efficient and my lash tech made me feel very comfortable. Gretchen is by far the best tech I have ever experienced and o refuse to see anyone else. The prices are fair and the service is exceptional. This is a monthly splurge I cannot live without at this point.

That hasn't been my experience with everyone, so I highly recommend visiting this location and Jasmine. Overall, this location is very convenient, clean and the front desk staff is always helpful. I am a snowbird here in Florida so I needed to get my eyelashes done especially since it was past due. I’ve been doing my lashes for over a year in NYC. I was a bit hesitant to try a new place. I can’t tell you how pleased I was with everything. From start to finish. The staff is wonderful b they took the time to explain everything. My technician was jasmine. She far exceeeded my expectations. I highly recommend her. I will definitely be coming back for my four months that I am here in Florida.

I've had membership for about a yr and the tech I had this week, her name is Nok, is the finest I have had the pleasure of using. She listened and recognized my concern for the results I truly wanted, a natural classic look, age appropriate and that could be achieved over next visit or two as the old lashes fall off. Highly recommend her in spite of her "Thai" accent, we communicated well- very good job and try to keep her!

Nuk at Amazing Lash Studio Coconut Creek has applied my volume lashes for a 3rd time. I think that it takes a few appts for the person applying the lashes & the person getting the lashes, to get to know each other's "needs". Nuk did a great job on appt #1 and even a better job on appt. #3.

Very happy I decided to try Lash Studio and very pleased with my outcome. What a difference it makes, you feel pretty and wake up every morning not needing to fuss with mascara to define your eyes! Mine are so very natural looking; they really last well until the next fill. When you are always wearing a mask, I think it's wonderful to see pretty eyes looking out at the world.
