College station Amazing Lash Bar has some of the sweetest people. Andrea is the one who did my eyelashes and she did an amazing job! The next day I woke up and a few of my lashes were gone and I called them and they told me to come in by and they would do an adjustment ! They were very sweet when I came back in to get my lashes fixed. They fixed them with a positive attitude and squeezed me in without an issue . I will definitely be recommending people this place to get their lashes done!

I go to Jessi and she is phenomenal!!! I always leave with a full set of lashes and she does them exactly how I like them. Recently I had to go to a new person due to a schedule conflict, Jessi wasn’t available. The tech did their best, but you could tell she was new. They weren’t nearly as thick and fell out quickly. I made an appointment with Jessi a few days later and she got my lashes back to how I like them. I spoke with the salon about how most of my lashes had fallen out and they contacted corporate who agreed not to charge me for my next visit with Jessi. That’s excellent customer service!! I’ve been a member for a while now and I’ll never go anywhere else!

I have been using the services of Amazing Lash in College Station for 2 years. Every single employee I've had contact with has been exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional from Day 1 through today. I enjoy the warm greeting I always get from front desk staff when I walk in and many know me by name. I've had two regular technicians do my lashes in that time and absolutely love both of them for their sweet demeanor and high level of skill. They worked with me at the beginning for a custom approach to my lashes so they look very natural. I highly recommend either one: Claudia or Emily (both master technicians)

This is my first time to Amazing Lash and first time getting lashes. The scheduling process was very easy, reminders maybe a little over the top, but that's okay. I paid the extra charge for a master stylist (Emily) and tried to tell her exactly the look I wanted - and what I did not want. She made suggestions and said we can always revise at the next appointment if I didn't like it. Emily was very sweet, personable, and actually faster than I expected. My lashes came out fine, but not exactly what I want. I do think I can explain what I don't like, and get better results next time. The salon is clean, bright, and comfortable, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I can't comment on how long this set stayed on, because it's only been 2 days. So far, so good.

The only issue I have is when I get there and I wait for 10 mins to wash my lashes because there is only one room for the customers to clean lashes. Plus, she seems to know when I like to have conversations and when it’s time to just relax. The reception staff is always efficient, friendly and warm.
