Grace rocks (like always) but not customer service!

Grace is the best stylist around! She is fun and hilarious. She makes me look gorgeous! She’s the reason I keep coming back to Amazing Lash! I certainly don’t come back for the customer service or back and forth of them raising prices on me, even though they claimed I was a pre-existing member so my price would stay the same. Come to find out, when I dropped down from twice a month (because I couldn’t use them all) to once a month, they charged me the higher fee. Then when I asked them about it they were like “well, you can leave if you choose that.” Before o dropped back down to once a month they claimed my price rate from before would be the same. So, I learned my lesson: don’t trust front desk for anything. Anyway, thank goodness Grace is amazing! If Grace leaves, I guess I’ll leave too.

Briasia was very pleasant and welcoming, my lashes are very natural looking. I give her 10 🌟. I found this place online and it offered a 69.99 for 1st full lash set. The front desk tried to upcharge me because she said it's more for hybrid. The offer didn't state any style of lashes for the price shown. I explained to them that they should add what style the offer is for online so there would be no confusion. I definitely will be seeing Briasia again.

This was my first time at Amazing Lash (I’ve always gone to independent lash techs.) I booked with Jacqueline who is in training & just started a few days ago… I was a bit nervous but was assured that a master stylist would be checking in on her & that I could get any touch ups if needed within 3 days. I was so blown away with what an amazing job she did in general, especially being brand new! I’ve had lashes for years & can tell what kind of work is going on as it’s being done. She was so gentle, careful & thorough. I literally think she got every single lash, none were stuck, nothing hurt, my eyes weren’t irritated, she killed the look… I’d literally give her 6/5 stars! I’ll be going back to her for my refills & am really excited I decided to try out a corporate place. I wasn’t too sure how I’d like it, but I had a wonderful experience & am very happy with the membership prices! PS: I got classics in the cute style which I also wasn’t sure how I’d like (I’ve always gotten volume in the past) & I actually absolutely love them. It looks so natural, but definitely makes a noticeable difference. This will be my new go to!

Eye lash service was great. I stopped my auto replenishment at my last visit and decided to just pay as I come in. When I checked out today, I was initially charged full price for the service, upgrade and master stylist fee. I explained that I put my 2 week notice in and I still had a service left that I paid for. She finally found it but still charged me the full no member fee today even though this visit was still within my membership period. I also was ignored previously when I sent pictures explaining that I wasn’t happy with my service. These are the reasons I won’t be returning.

I booked an appointment for my niece to get her lashes lifted with an associate. When I got the email, it says the girl who I booked it with, but we we arrived there, it was a different lady who actually did her lashes. I can’t remember the names but I do know that the names were different. The problem was that after the job, my niece’s lashes were not lifted correctly, some were down and some were lifted, and the lady didn’t clean her lashes, so there was so much residue that her eyes looked crusty and she was not able to open her eyes. We took pictures and videos and send them to someone that we talked to and then they decided to give my niece eye lash extensions as an apology. The extensions turned out good.

Scheduled an appointment with Jody per previous reviews and she definitely met the expectations. Jody was knowledgeable and provided great tips for lash care and longevity. Unfortunately my latest lash job (6 days earlier) were almost completely gone. Jody made improvements I can already tell will last much longer (it’s been about a week with minimal fall out). The location was additionally clean - mask wearing, they take your temp and you have a private room. All making getting these services during COVID-19 a little safer.

The staff was beyond courteous and polite. My lash technician was also very polite and pleasant. The only issue I have is the actual lash fills that are offered. I asked that my fill be closer to a glam than natural look, however they look very sparse. When I asked why they weren't more full, I was told they "don't do those kinds of fills" and if they do, "it's by appointment only and takes a little longer." Well, I made an appointment and asked for a hybrid glam lash and paid over $100 so I feel like I should have what I asked for. I do not fault the staff in any way - again, they were absolutely courteous and professional - I just think that there should be complete explanations so clients get what they ask for.

Saw Shannon for my initial visit. I was not impressed with her. I had never had lashes done and I had no idea what to expect. She did not speak or explain the process to me. As she was placing the lashes, she constypilled my hair. When finished I was given an instruction sheet without explanation and sent me on my way. I caught a glimpse in the mirror and the mostly looked good, but had a very thin area like a section was missed. I expressed my concern and it was made right by Jody. My First impression was great! I was greeted by 2 very nice friendly ladies. They were attentive and made me feel very comfortable. The sign in process was quick and easy. My lash tech Amy was great. She did a beautiful job with my lashes. I had just moved in state and had a private lash tech for 6 years. I feel Amy did an equally great job. I will continue to come back.

This is my second time getting my eyelash done, my first refill. I had shannon for my appointment and she was fantastic! I had been informed that the woman who put on my full set no longer works there but that she did not do a good job. Too much adhesive was used, my eyelashes felt hard and dry and for the sexy style she only used 1 eyelash length even though I had picked two. Shannon had suggested i get them removed and start over because of how poorly they were done. She asked in the front if I could get the treatment comped since it's not my fault they were done incorrectly. They said no I would need to pay full price. I feel in this situation that is wrong and they should have been fixed for free.

This was my first time getting extensions . I thought it was only 30 mins but it was actually like an hour or more. So I most likely fell asleep and forgot about it. That’s how relaxing it all was. My only complaint was my neck was hurting but that was my fault . My hair was the biggest cause. The lady who did my lashes got a blanket for neck support though. I appreciate this great experience . I will be back in two weeks!
