I am always impressed by the care and detail that the Lash Techs display at this location. The rooms are private, clean, comfortable and it is very relaxing. Today Ruby was excellent. Her work was delicate & precise. I have been at other facilities that were loud in one big room and the process was haphazard with poor results. Not Amazing Lash Studio... they are amazing!

I keep coming back because I love Amy and the work she does. When it comes to systems and the admin I always seem to run into issues. They say you can change plans any time but it becomes a hassle if you drop from 2 times a month to once a month. I had to track my own credits and get the manager (who is largely unresponsive to email) fix my account. And the. When I tried to get my plan changed to 2 times a month again I had another issue with the office. They work it out, but the systems need updating.

This Lash Salon does it right. You have a private room with relaxing Spa music. Not one big noisy room like many other Lash Salons. They take great care in prep and protecting your eyes. Then they take at least an hour to meticulously add your lashes. It was amazing... perfect name.

I was satisfied overall with the salon. As a first timer, I was frustrated that my tech could not speak any English. I had questions. I had a request to adjust the tape when it was in a painful position but I could not communicate. First timers should really have someone who can tell them what the process is as they are doing it. The receptionist who worked yesterday afternoon did a great job helping me decide what lashes would be the best for me. Trinity, the technician did a great job and customized the gorgeous lashes to how exactly I wanted them. She also offered me a product that will keep my own lashes strong and healthy to look even better with the extensions. She explained to me how to use it and gave me all the good reasons why I should try it. I bought it and I left really happy. because of the good customer service and the care, I went ahead and made sure that I scheduled my next appointment before I left. Great experience!

I finally went and thought I need to treat myself and since I was going on I trip I wanted to for go the hassle of having to wear a lot of make up. I booked with Kelley who is a mutual friend of mine and she did a fabulous job. She is a master technician so be prepared to pay up for good quality work. I didn't have any issues with the lashes being applied and they look amazing, just as if I were wearing the falsies I normally wear. She walked me through each step and asked me what kind of lashes I was looking to get. Made the appointment super easy and I was out of there in an hour!

I normally have a really relaxing time and a good nap here! Now don’t get me wrong I honestly think this set of lashes was indeed the best! Lash tech informed me abt my eye shape Ans what style could suit me better, and explained after care and all that. No other lash tech has done that. But during application, lash tech accidentally glued my bottom lashes to the top twice. Poked my eyes, pulled my eye skin, I’m sure it was all on accident but I’ve never had this issue before. I’d give it a solid 8/10 I love the outcome of lashes best set I’ve had. I just wish the service was more relaxing and less terrifying.

I’ve had my lashes done a few times but have NEVER liked them enough to return for a refill. They normally don’t last and I lose a lot of lashes in a short period of time. 2 weeks after my initial set and I BARELY needed a fill. My lashes are perfect. They look so natural and the retention is AMAZING!! I get so many compliments on them. She’s so quick and gentle as well. I love napping with her. :) the staff in the front are always friendly and professional as well.

Tu is AMAZING I appreciate her so much and have nothing but positive things to say about her. I do NOT like it that this company double upcharges for both mink lashes AND for a senior stylist since only senior stylists can apply mink lashes. The customer service here is outstanding! The front desk are so welcoming and understanding.
