After 20 years of having lashes applied in 5 cities I have lived in , I finally found the best technician in Wendy. And, I was very happy with my technician in NYC. Wendy gave me exactly what I wanted , and at this stage, I know exactly what I wanted. I am very picky and exacting with the knowledge I have gained over he years.,I lost no lashes in the two week. I was shocked, and may I say delighted. Worth the extra dollars to have their best technician.

Came in recently for the second time. I don’t normally do my lashes. The service tech was super friendly. However I suggest those client beds have some sort of pillow or support to make the experience a lot more comfortable. I felt like I was getting a knot in my head from laying flat on a not so soft surface.

I requested a full lash and eyebrow tinting, but the person that wrote down my appointment did not add in tinting of the eyebrows and my technician had another client after me so unfortunately, my eyebrows were not able to be done. The receptionist failed to write down my request, and I did call twice before my appointment.

Highly recommend their Coral Springs location. My lash technician was Kiki and she was phenomenal. We discussed what I was looking for and what suited my face and eye shape, and she came up with the perfect combination. Kiki was very professional, friendly, and so fast. I was giving my eyes a break for a while and received an email that the salon was under new management. I was thinking this would be for the better. I did get lashes on and was happy with them. I had a fill appointment and the person was not able to do them so I was rescheduled with someone else. It was going well until she got a phone call and was on the phone while she filled the left eye. She did apologize for being on the phone, but said she wasn’t supposed to be working that day. I wish they would’ve rescheduled my appointment for another day. IIwasn’t that happy with it either; it was done a little sloppy, and the retention was not good. So, when I went to Jessica she noticed it, and I told her what happened. But, dang my lashes look so much better when Jessica did them. Looks so nice and not overly dramatic. I think I will sign up for the membership.

I’ve been coming to the Coral Springs location for almost 4 years. Today I was helped by a junior stylist Jessica. Her professionalism exceeded that of a master. She knows her job and does it amazing. Only thing I wasn’t pleased was when the receptionist came to the wax room asking if she was almost done because there was a walk in client waiting. You cannot interrupt your employee while she’s still assisting her client. You’re making her nervous and then rushing her too. So I would speak to the front desk and make them aware of this.

,Value This was my first time getting my lashes done and I was a little hesitant to go into the studio due to current circumstances going on. The second I walked in all the nerves I was having went away. The studio was clean and smelled nice. I arrived early to my appointment and was asked precautionary questions and had my temperature taken.I even loved the little detail of used/ clean pens to use for signing in. My lash tech was on time and named Samantha, she brought me into my own private room. She asked me a series of questions to get a better feeling of what style I was looking for and explained the difference in the lashes and which ones she would recommend for my eye shape. After we chose a style, I was able to lie down on very comfortable bed, lights were turned off and spa music was playing softly in the background. It was a very relaxing experience. Samantha is extremely gentle handed and made my entire experience soothing and painless. I will definitely be returning and asking for her again. I would recommend this studio to all my friends that just want to take that extra step to enhance your look.

My stylist was great, however, the only reason I gave 4 instead of stars is because I was a little disappointed with the service and overall environment of this location. There was kids running around screaming in the waiting room. Now, I’m a first grade teacher and a mom of a four year old, I did not pay $$$ and get a sitter to have to come and hear more kids and screaming, I enjoy my time at the salon to be a kid free and peaceful environment. And for that reason I may think twice before returning to this location.

Ive been going to Amazing lash for about 6 months. They are all very professional ( front desk and technicians) and I love my Lash girl, Ashley!! She goes above and beyond to make sure my lashes look great AND provides info on how best to care for them. When I started going, my lashes were weak and Ashley suggested using their serum to help them grow and after two weeks, my lashes look much better and are able to hold the extensions better. Unfortunately yesterday I went in to get a fill and was not at all pleased with my service. I was trying to explain to my stylist that one of my eyes look much fuller in the front compared to my other eye and she didn’t seem to understand. When I checked out in the front, I made sure to let the cashier know so that I can receive some sort of credit because you guys had no one else for me to go to in the moment to fix it, the only option was to come another day which I couldn’t make happen!

I love my lashes! The Lash studio is so clean and neat and I love that they give you a blanket to lay down with while your lashes are being placed. Every single time I call to make an appointment, I get a very pushy person at the other line that tries to force me into a full set while i only want a refill. I first tried amazing lashes last June and received the first time discount. When I went back yesterday I was SHOCKED that the price for your lashes was $250. Your management team explained your membership policy to me and told me if I joined the cost would be $89.99 for a full set. Since I really wanted my lashes done hesitantly I joined. Not sure if I will keep my membership up at $60 a month. Tammy who did my lashes was awesome but your pricing is insane.

I have been going for a few months now and each time the women who do my eyelashes are gentle, caring and wonderful. This time the young lady who did my service was very rough. On more than one occasion I had to ask her not to lean her arm on my eye as she was causing me discomfort. Quite a few times in the process of putting in the lashes she poked me in the eye, and then asked me if I was sensitive to the glue when my eye started to tear. This experience will not stop me from coming but it will stop me from using this technician.

I came in 2 weeks ago as a first time client & had a full set of lashes. The application appointment was 2 hours & very easy process. When I was done & I was handed a mirror I mentioned to the girl that my right eye needed more lashes. She took a look and combed them & said it was ok. I went to go pay looked in a mirror at front desk counter & was not impressed because my right eye still wasn't full like the left eye. They did tell me to go back into the room & the girl basically fanned them out. For this I initially paid 150.00 that was for an upgrade of lashes & their foam soap. I left & 5 days later I ended up calling to get a fill because the eyes just didn't look even. I wasn't expecting to need a fill less than a week later. I voiced my issue with one of the technicians & they discounted $20.00 from the fill so I ended up paying $59.00. I made an appointment for today to get my lashes off because after my fill less than a week later I again have a lot of lashes coming off on my right eye. I was charged $25.00 to remove them. I again voiced my issue to the technician because at the end of the day I would like to have the lashes but the front desk girl never offered anything to keep me as a client. Just feel disappointed.

I’m thrilled with my lashes now that I take a few extra minutes to drive to the Coral Springs location. I never wanted to spend a fortune on lashes and realistically it ends up being about $140 a month with a 15-20% tip for the volume refills. This is a great deal if you find the right location and technician. Gaby is fantastic, sweet, and talented. I’ve had so many compliments over the last few months that I now keep her card on me always! Unlike the Boca Raton location, I’ve been treated with kindness and respect here and the front desk is phenomenal. Drive a few extra minutes to this location, it’s worth it!

My sister and I have a wedding to attend in September and thought about trying out ALS Coral Springs just to get an idea as to wether to get extensions or regular glue-on lashes. As soon as I walked into the studio I was surprised. Clean, elegant, and the staff was very friendly. I filled out my paper work, cleaned my lashes in their beautiful bathroom, and met Jocelyn. She answered all my questions and explained the process. After introductions and discussing the best lash options for me, she got to work! I got up two hours later expecting to be happy with the result but it was so much more than that. I was completely wowed at how natural and beautiful my lashes looked. Jocelyn did such an amazing job that I signed up for a membership and booked my next appointment in two weeks, with Jocelyn, of course! Been coming for several months. At first my lashes used to last between 2.5 weeks to 3 weeks between fills. The last 3 times my lashes continued to fall out within days. I think it’s a combination of the product and the glue they use. They really need to evaluate their problem

The staff and stylists were wonderful. The only downside was the Dao after I had a lot of lashes falling off. Unfortunately I live and Tampa and come to Coralsprings for work a week aMonth. That instructed me to come in to have a touch up but I was already back in Tampa. A credit for the touch up would have been nice but I wasn’t offered that. I have a membership and have been with ALS for over year so I was disappointed in that end, now I willNeed to pay an additional charge in Tampa to have lashes fixed that were not even24 hours old. The receptionists at the desk lashes are amazing too and they are very friendly. I love my lashes so much I signed up for membership.

It was my first time getting the synthetic mink lashes and my first time at Amazing Lash Studio. From beginning to end, the entire experience was, in a word, AMAZING. The front desk staff patiently and thoroughly explained my options to me and outlined the packages available in great detail - which as a novice, I really appreciated. My lash service was done by Stephanie. She was sweet, patient, gentle, thorough and precise. She took exceptional care to do a phenomenal job. I walked out of the studio feeling like a million dollars and I got comments everywhere I went after about how beautiful my eyelashes are and how lucky I am to have such beautiful lashes naturally... Get it? They are so fantastic, people thought they were natural!!! I excitedly signed up as a member. The studio is clean and well designed with a spa-like atmosphere, which was great and enabled me to really relax and enjoy my service. I think I actually even dozed off!!! My only negative is that there is an Orange Theory next door and at some point, they started a class and I could hear it. It wasn't loud - just that I could hear it - so maybe a little sound proofing of that shared wall would make it absolutely perfect! Overall, I highly recommend Amazing Lash and am in love with my new look :-)
