After enduring 3 years of treatment (surgery, chemo, radiation) for breast cancer my eyelashes never fully grew back. Trying to help my lashes along I tried the glue ons - not a pretty sight. I then tried the 2nd option- Day Spa’s. The expense and time was so consuming! Nothing about those lashes said “natural” and so expensive! I quit after 6 months. Fast forward several years. While running errands at home in Dallas I saw the AmazingLash sign. My daughter had mentioned using AmazingLash so I went in for a consultation. That very day I walked out with the most beautiful set of full but NATURAL looking lashes I’ve had in 9 years! The best part however, I have been able to schedule with my Corpus Christi location if I’m there when it’s time for a fill. Actually it doesn’t matter if I’m in Miami, Fl. San Diego Ca. or in Des Moines, Ia. or Billings, Mt. AmazingLashes has studios all over the nation that my membership gives me access to wherever I am at the time! This helps tremendously while I travel. Also, it’s not just my account information kept in their system. The style, number and size(s) of the lashes I use are all in the AmazingLash database. I can have a consistent look no matter where I travel. I’m almost 60 years. The big glamour lashes are not for me. Amazing lash understands that. The staff are always Amazing as well. I usually make my appointments online and last minute because my schedule is always changing but I always try to schedule them with Lauren because she is amazing. She is warm and easy to talk too. Eva was absolutely wonderful! She really took a lot into consideration when deciding on what lashes were best for me. I had the idea of natural looking, with a little cat-eye length in the corners. I was SHOCKED to see my lashes didn’t touch my eyeglass lenses, and she informed me she had thought of that and planned accordingly! I am very pleased with my service however I feel your customer service could be a little better meaning people have situations beyond their control sometimes and you provide a service and your customers are an asset to your business not to be reprimanded for anything especially things beyond their control ….. I was sick and had to reschedule because I for one did not want to possibly spread any contagious virus and because I had rescheduled previously I was told I would be charged for the service … so I should have came and got the service anyway and just not cared if I was contagious, however I am a nurse and could not in good conscious do that !!! I hope that this may possibly open eyes for the possibility of better customer service.

Lauren is a superstar! My lashes always turn out perfect. I usually only get my lashes filled in the Summer because of money but it’s so worth it. I wish amazing lash had some better adhesive options because I’m allergic to the regular kind and the “sensitive” glue doesn’t hold very well.

I had explained that I was there Saturday to try and get them refilled and she couldn’t do it in time that I had so I left but I felt scolded. And she said she could understand but that there were some issues and these issues were that you’re supposed to put one lash on one extension but Sarah‘s been putting multiple hair follicles into one extension and it’s been pinching and she would say sorry but I was told she was a pro and one of the top rated so knowing nothing prior to going to your facility. I thought I was in the best of hands and was paying more and she’s been causing damage to my eyelashes so when I return from my vacation, I’m gonna have to have them removed to avoid alopecia . I actually am satisfied with someone actually taking me seriously and explaining to me what needs to be done previously somebody had said I should get my eyes arrest and I waited 10 weeks with no eyelashes on but nobody advised me that I should wait longer until I spoke with Chelsea today , I appreciate her candor and honesty. In fact, I’m waiting to go to her to remove my.

I'm happy with their services. The only complaint I have is that I have to pay 10 dollars extra for a senior lash artist even though I have already a membership. They booked me with the wrong lash technician even telling them over the phone three times who I had requested. They need to listen more carefully on the phone. However in the end luckily I was pleased with the other lash technician they placed me with. My lashes look good. Now I need to see how good the quality is on these lashes as time will only tell.

I made a horrible mistake and decided to purchase eyelash extensions from a nail salon. Fast forward 2 weeks later and some came off but were still connected to the rest due to the fact they used so much glue. It even looked like they glued then from the bottom instead of the top. I made an appointment to have then removed and was so worried how it would go. April was a doll. Not only did she have a gentle hand after having to try something different but she also never made me feel judged for my horrible decision. I will be back for lashes once I have recovered.

This was my first experience getting lash extensions. It could not have been better! The salon was pristine when I walked in. Cameron, the receptionist was so sweet and informative and walked me through the paperwork and prepping my lashes. I waited no time for Ariana to come out and get me. She explained the process to me and helped me decide the best extensions for me and she went to work. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. If you have allergies to mascara or other products that cause your eyes issues I have found that these lashes are perfect. My eyes don’t water they don’t burn it’s completely worth the money!
