I booked with the intention of coming in for some R&R, and they provided that 110%. I’ve been struggling and feeling drained, so I requested a silent appointment so I could truly relax, cause man was I at my limit. Not only did these lovely people accommodate that, they made me feel so welcomed, and made it clear that I was cared for. The sweet soul who welcomed me at the desk showed me how to cleanse my lash line before my appointment, and unfortunately I didn’t catch their name! Sydney did the most AMAZING work and restored my faith in lash techs after someone at a different salon completely ruined my lashes and made me doubt the industry altogether. I am SO happy with my lashes, and SO excited to go back for my fill. I genuinely felt like a million bucks leaving the salon, and have told everyone who would listen about them. I was so happy that I was able to book so quickly, and had my lashes done two days later. This is truly a fantastic business that knows how to treat their customers! I seriously can’t hype it up enough

My experience hasn’t been the absolute best with lashes staying on the very next day after last night I had several fall off without my first wash. I don’t know if they check your old ones or if these were new ones or not but that is very frustrating because they are so expensive by the time u pay and pay for the membership fee and the refill and products, tip etc…. But they do work with you when you have a problem.

As I've stated before I'll NEVER be ok paying anything other than the membership fee I started with $59 (which was why I became a member) most reputable businesses would grandfather the charges & don't act as if this membership doesn't give you benefits because I don't know any other business where you can charge a persons credit card BEFORE services are rendered.

The woman who did my lashes did so painlessly and gave me a lot of useful information for after-care. They looked great! However even with following the suggested after-care, I lost half of the lashes on one eye in 24 hours. I'm grateful Amazing Lash is getting me in for a complementary "fixing," but am worried I'm just a poor candidate for extensions. Just with the lashes I was able to find (on my face, my clothes, etc.), I'm 13 down so at this rate they'll be gone by Friday.

I was not satisfied at my last visit just a week ago, the lashes started coming out before the weekend after being there on a Wednesday. The girl took only 30 minutes to do my lashes, I feel that was too fast! That hasn't happened before. Brittany refreshed and redid the lashes and did a great job. I had been to her once before, but will continue with her. She is professional (she wears a mask, which is a plus) and very gentle.

The construction going on out front is terrible. I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be for the employees but it does make it incredibly hard to relax. First impression of the studio was that it was clean and staff was friendly. I got started with paperwork right away, followed by a lash consultation. My lash stylist was Annastasia. She was so nice, caring, and patient. She answered all of my questions and took her time on my lashes. Annastasia did a great job! However, I think I chose the wrong length. They are a lot longer and fuller than I expected. I should have went for a shorter more natural look but I wanted to make sure that they would stand out. This was my first time trying lashes so overall I had a wonderful experience. Next time I will be sure to pick a style that I will be more comfortable with.

While the staff is very nice and polite, they could use additional training. My call to schedule and appointment seemed more difficult than it needed to be. I arrived early for my appointment and was told my stylist was running 15-20 minutes behind! How is this acceptable when customers get dinged for being 10 minutes late, but stylists can be 15-20 minutes late? This isn’t my home salon so when I called to schedule my appointment, I asked if they could connect with my usual salon to get my notes. When my stylist (who did a great job) was ready for me, she had no notes at all and had to guesstimate what my lash length was. My stylist was skilled but unfortunately this location could use some additional customer service training and your late policy needs to be re-evaluated.

I tried called two separate days, a few times both days at varied times and even left a voicemail stating that I would like to cancel my appointment. They must not check their voicemail because I got a confirmation voicemail. Knowing they do not answer the phone, I went ahead and went in. I can see how the cancellation policy could be abused by unreliable staff not answering the phone or scheduling fills that were not requested or not answering the phone or checking voicemails that leaves people with charges they did not actually incur. The front desk woman on the plaza is crass. She is short with you both on the phone and I felt rushed out of the salon. She was not friendly at all. The technician needs two hours for a service. She was great & both of us were on time and she busted her butt to do an awesome job. Stop limiting your staff to make more money. Clearly your companies rules are restrictive and pushing these techs to unreasonable limits. I can see how the staff would be crass, unresponsive and behind on appointments. It isn't their fault. It's the people sitting in the corporate office making ridiculous rules. I won't support this company for that reason. I'll find that technician somewhere they are able to do their job the right way with enough time.

My first experience with lashes- they ate so pretty and I get so many compliments. Fohni was patient and made sure they were just right. She explained the process and the things I needed to do to maintain the beauty. I will be back to let Fohni keep me pretty.

Great experience. Good advice. Calming music, comfortable bed. 2nd application. My 1st set didnt stay on as well as I had hoped they would. But overall I'm pleased. Not my first time wearing lashes.

I absolutely love this place! This was my first time getting lash extensions and I am so glad I chose this place! Shelby was awesome helping me pick out my lashes and gave me helpful tips to keep up maintenance. The ladies at the front desk are knowledgeable as well. Everyone was so friendly!

I had months of bad experiences with another Amazing Lash locations. The manager at the new Plaza location, heard my concerns a nod addressed them. She assured me I would be happy with the my extension at her location. She was right. It was a bit tardy but Shelby got me back quickly. Though I have experience with Lash extensions, shelby explained the differences in size and application. Through my indecisiveness she gave a stellar recommendation. I am so impressed. Already booked my next appointment.

I really liked my lash artist she was so funny and understanding.I was so nervous to lay there with my eyes shut for 2 hours, but she made me feel comfortable. The only negative I have is the music played. Because of the nature of having to lie still, I would recommend a "softer" playlist. Maybe some easy jazz or R&B.
