My service was great the girl did fantastic on my brows and lift. My issue came at the time of payment. When trying to decide which studio to go to (price comparison) I inquired with amazing lash but didn't set up an appointment. That same day I received a call asking if I'd like to set up an appointment for a promo 79.99 first lash deal. Explain to the woman on the phone that I was just inquiring and was looking to get a lift not a fill. She told me the 79.99 could be applied to a lift as well. I told her I wasn't sure yet and didn't book an appointment. I did book one 2 days later and received the congratulations email for the discount. When checking out the girl at the desk told me it was only for a lash fill not a lift and couldn't be applied. I selected amazing lash because of the deal and was disappointed when I was told something different over the phone. Great customer service, poor communication though

I came in for the lash tint. I had never had anything done to my eyes before, so I was a little nervous. The entire staff made me feel at ease and answered all my question. My stylist was so gentle and kind. She explained each step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The results are great. I will definitely go back!

Absolutely thrilled with my eyelash extensions! They're beautifully natural, thanks to my meticulous technician who took her time to ensure perfection. So pleased with the results that I purchased a membership without hesitation. For anyone considering eyelash services, I highly recommend this salon. However, my experience with the brow service was disappointing. Despite the friendly technician, the outcome left much to be desired. Unfortunately, I won't be returning for brow services. The cost felt steep for the brow service, leaving me feeling like I didn't get my money's worth.

Ryan does it again!!!! On my ride to my appointment I was so focused on my day, and all that I had to do and on top of that the weather was so crappy!! I walked into ALS and see Ryan's masked face and just that alone shifted my morning! My energy was low and I wasn't in a talkative mood at all. It's like she can sense all of that. The music selection was a vibe and so was she!!! I got up to look at my lashes and it shifted my whole day!! Its been a while since I found a place that is just so satisfying!! Megan did a great job tonight. Unfortunately, I joined the $139.99 a month club which is for 2 sessions refills a month but I was charged an add'l $45 + tip tonight and last time I was charged an add'l $25 + tip. I feel the charges should be explained better and more thoroughly. Thanks! I will state next time I only want what is covered in the $139.99 monthly plan as this can get very expensive and out of my budget.

The lashes they use have been wonderful! I’ve had my lashes done a lot and some places use a cheap lash that curl all the time towards your eyes and these don’t. My lashes tend to fall out fairly quick I even asked the girl if they did mini fills which they do but I didn’t need it no large pieces that fell out I seriously can’t say enough good things about it. Very friendly staff and clean atmosphere highly recommend them.
