I was having a bad day at work but I had an appointment Amazing Lash on a Friday. I went into Amazing Lash early and had decided that in was going to cancel the appointment. I decided that I wasn’t going to cancel Taylor came from the back and greeted me. She was running a little behind because of the appointment that was before me. When I went back into the suite Taylor was SO professional and knowledgeable. Taylor explained to me the process and then started apply the lashes. We talked and I felt at ease and comfortable with Taylor. I fell asleep while she was applying the lashes. When I woke up Taylor was finishing up. She answered the questions that I had and walked me to the front. I told Taylor that I definitely would be returning and I wanted her to do the services for me. I left there feeling less stressful and looking good with my new lashes. Thank you Amazing Lashes and Taylor!!!😊

We had a little mixup on Saturday for my lash appointment. Not only did the owner call me to apologize and explain the situation, she offered to cover my next lash appointment if I came back, and she really demonstrated that she wanted my business. That type of professionalism made me want to come back. And when I returned today and I was ready to check out, she came to the salon to greet me, AND she gave me a small gift from the lash salon. That’s what I call very demure, and excellent customer service. When the owner moves like that, I’m always going to give you my wallet. Black-women owned. Dope. Oh and by the way, my lashes were perfect. Exactly how I like them and the lash tech (Faith) was also super nice and treated me with awesome customer service as well.

I haven’t had my lashes done in about 8 years or so and I tried out Amazing lash studio in preparation for my vacation and let me tell you … they did not disappoint! Overall decent service but Perhaps knowing more of the lash tech's years of experience versus having to keep asking their experience level. And also learning of lash techs leaving suddenly back to back . Lash tech's experience is critical component because they're in clients eyes . Not sure if this is legal to post in the salon as part of their bio? . But currently decent experience, clean space, and great front desk etiquette and customer service.

I visited the Amazing Lash in Gambrillis yesterday and I was veryy impressed. The customer service was impeccable at the front desk which included the owner Monae. The Lash tech was very diligent, caring and she did an amazing job. The shop was the cleanest I've been in. The presentation in the waiting area was excellent. I had never eaten a Biscoff and it was great with a cup of water. They were on time. I originally joined the Amazing Lash in owings mills which is less than 5 minutes from my home. After my experience yesterday, I will be taking the drive to Gambillis. I couldn't get an appt at the owings mills site. I wasn't very happy about it since I have a membership but now I'm so happy they couldn't fit me in when i needed the fillin. God is good. And always putting me in the best places. Thank you so much to Iman, Monae and another very friendly receptionist whose name I did not get. I'll see you again soon.

The availability at my home base location has bern difficult to schedule appointments. I found Grambrills as the closest location. I liked the ability to book your service online and view all openings at your leisure. The establishment was clean and inviting. Front desk was pleasant and answered all my questions since this was my first time coming to a new location. My lash tech was Tyshawn. She was awesome, took her time and was thorough. I was comfortable I dozed off a few times. The distance in traveling was worth it and I would definitely return again

As always, service and customer service was A-1! Every time I walkthrough the door I'm greeted by name. I receive courtesy phone calls before and sometimes after my appointment to make sure I'm pleased with the service I'm receiving. 1-10 I highly recommend.

First of I did enjoy my lash experience with Amazing Lash. My lash tech was very sweet and helped guide me in figuring out what lash style worked best for me. Location was clean and inviting..loved the blankets they offer. I was comfortable. The reason for the 4 stars….temperature. It was freeeezziinngggg!! The weather was 50 degrees outside and had to be 40 inside…I was absolutely cold. Thank goodness for the blanket..my tech even said it herself and apologized for the temp. Second thing, I was not really walked through the pricing process. No products were offered to me to maintain my lashes, I did tell the front desk that it was my first time. I ended up paying well over the intro rate of $99. But if I had a break down or maybe offered the membership..idk. It was very much…this is what you got so here is the price. And if I would like to book another appointment. That’s pretty much it. I wish I was walked through the pricing chart to see what my options were before I went back there customizing a $160 tab. Will I return? Absolutely. ? Lashes great…service was good.
