I went through a terrible time with my lashes after coming back after the pandemic, and went through multiple stylists, and finally found Aimee and will never go to anyone else again!!! I read on your site a price for my refill. When I called they said the lash tech they gave me is a master so it’s 20$ more. I agreed no problem. To my surprise it was a lot more than 20$. The reception tells me 140$. Excuse me? She said we charge extra for the lash your tech used I have need doing my lashes for well over 20 years. I have never ever paid 140$ for a refil. That’s insane. The lash tech was awesome. I really liked her but because of your pricing for a simple refill I will not be going back

She was curt, snarky and rude announcing that it’s “sent from corporate”, so you have to show it to me. I produced it on my phone, and she did apply a small discount, but her manner put me off. Nena took her time to consult with me in detail and offer her opinion based on my eye shape. I booked for a specific time not person and the counter person wanted to charge me for a master on top of the expensive cost of the lashes in the first place. I love getting my lashes done but I just don’t think I’ll be able to come back again. First time I got Covid that was traced back to this location and second time 2 1/2 hours later I would have paid 180 plus a tip if I wouldn’t have told the counter staff that I didn’t pick a master I picked a time. It’s just annoying. I think I’ll keep going to independent lash artists like I have been doing.

So I called the studio and spoke with the manager who made me an appointment to see what we could do. Either remove it make some kind of change. Great service from Jordan I called last minute to see if I could get a full set appointment and Jordan was able to accommodate, when I arrived Jordan and Marissa helped pull my record from Fort Lauderdale location and made the process very smooth. I had an appointment booked for today at 10 am. I arrived at my local studio only to be told that I didn't have an appointment today and the receptionist must have made a mistake because she booked me for the following month and there were no appointments available today. Not only did I drive thirty minutes to this studio I had a laundry list of things to do today. After insisting on needing an appointment today the receptionist reluctantly called another location. I really want to thank all of the lovely people at Amazing Lash Davie for making my experience an amazing one from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. First of all, the tech I originally made my appointment with wasn’t able to make it because of an injury so when they called me the day before to let me know they would have to reschedule for a later date, I let them know this would be my first time getting my lashes plus it was also my birthday weekend and I was getting a photoshoot done. The young lady told me that she would call me right back. About 5 minutes later she called me and told me that they can accommodate me with another lash stylist and I was so happy!! When arriving for my appointment at 9 AM the young lady at the front desk was very nice and explained to me the forms I needed to fill out and on how to wash my lashes before getting them done. She was thorough and once I was done she then directed me to Aimee. Aimee was SO SWEET AND SO INFORMATIVE AND JUST AMAZING. Aimee thank you so so much for taking me and making my first experience an amazing one. She was so gentle and so friendly and so helpful and really knew the image I was trying to capture for my lashes. 10/10. She also explained to me how to care for them after and what to expect. Aimee also recommended the wand and for for cleaning which I did get. I can’t wait to see her again. On top of that wonderful experience with Aimee, when I was checking out there were 2 people at the front who were also so friendly and knowledgeable (one of them being the same person that helped me once I got there at 9 AM.) Overall, I was so happy, excited and pleased with the entire experience and I would recommend anyone to go there and especially to see Aimee.

Today was my first time stepping foot in Amazing lash studio (Davie) I was concerned because I have sensitive skin and was afraid I’d have a reaction. I decided to start the process and decided to go with the patch test first to see if I can get my full set tomorrow. My lash stylist, Andrea, was a total sweetheart, she was so patient, understanding and honest about the process. I felt terrible that I didn’t get my full set, but she really helped put me at ease. I definitely recommend them, here’s hoping I can get my full set!

I have been going to amazing Lash Corralito bit over a year and a half. I drive almost an hour to get there. I really love the wavy to my lashes. Unfortunately, today I didn’t have such a great experience. I have 6D lashes size 13, and they always look amazing. My lashes look pretty flimsy. You can’t tell that they are 6 D. Not only to they look bad but I paid extra to have them 6d. I left almost in tears. So disappointed. I can’t even go tomorrow because I’m leaving on a 10:45 flight to Washington D. C. I may have to leave Amazing lash and find somewhere else. I am not a happy customer, I c will not drive an hour to be disappointed. Not happy at all!!!!!

I had Paola yesterday whom I was told training to be a Master stylist. My appointment was at 6pm and she ended up getting me at 6:10. I had to ask her for the pillow which she didn't even place under the white paper (I had to do it myself) and the entire time I wanted to throw up b/c I don't think she washed her hands. whatever she had eaten previously I could smell it on her hands and it wasn't very pleasant. I never heard or saw her put lotion on her hands and after the appointment I was in my car and saw that she did not properly glue one of extensions onto my lashes, it was actually glued to my bottom lash & I had to go back inside & have the front desk lady take it off. I would never go to Paola again which is disappointing considering she was recommended.

I went into add lashes and they took oodf my lashes and the extensions. At the end I was told me they didn’t have time to add lashes because they took out all my lashes. At no point did she tell me she was removing my old lashes during or before the service! I went into add lashes not have my lashes removed. I have no extensions from before left as she removed them all and now a very thin line of small Lashes. I literally have 2/3 less lashes then when I arrived.

Melinda went right to the tedious work of getting most of my lashes perfectly glued to a mink extension, leaving almost no last behind. I have been a customer of Amazing Eyelashes for a while, I cancelled my membership once for other reasons, this time I am ending my membership because management is not established, there is so many new people everyday with no customer service performance. I went there 10 min before my appointment and at the end I had uneven eyelashes, when I asked the response was she run out of time, which is an amazing answer. Then I went to pay and the receptionist attacked me to get the credit card in no time because she was stressed out. So, I wont recommend this place for nobody. There are some other places that will treat you better for less money
