The OUTTER Lashes

I really like this location and the people there. I had a lady whom i really enjoyed as my lash tech. She recently moved out of state, so i now have a new lash tech and shes super sweet and my lashes look great when shes finished. Even gets past this cowlick thing my lashes do its crazy. However This is my second time going to her and I had to go in after only one week due to the outter lashes on one eye coming off so quickly. Well i go in and have a refill after only one week and over night the opposite eye has most of the outter lashes fall out. I know how to care for my lashes and the protocall after getting them filled or a new set...but i just dont know what to do in the case. They are all so very lovely at this location and it could be bad glue maybe on their end. Im not saying its her fault what so ever...just my luck with after getting them filled now.. I cant afford to spend money to have them fall out the next day.... What can I do to resolve this issue and knowing its not going to be a regular thing? My prior lash tech had no issues like this

The entire staff is amazing!! Loved the look of the lashes, but had to have them removed because I am allergic to the glue! About 3 days in I was miserable, my eyes would not stop itching and were bloodshot. I called them and they quickly booked me an appointment for removal. Everyone was super sweet and helpful. I hope to have them put back on with a more eye sensitivie glue. Great customer service!!!

I made an appointment with the master stylist at this location a couple of weeks ago because I couldn't get in with my new favorite stylist Megan after moving to this area. I've been a member of Amazing Lash for almost 2 years and my lashes were seriously messed up after seeing the master Stylist at this location I had six lashes attached to one extension I had gaps in between lashes and a lot of discomfort... they were all stuck together it seemed Megan took her time on my appointment separating each Lash fixing all of the damage that was done and my lashes have never been more full or more beautiful than they are now. This 2nd experience made me feel it was all worth it. Everything about the experience this time was better and I only went to get my lashes fixed. This time the bed pillow was put underneath my legs which made it very comfortable on my back. She put those lash stickers on my eyes sooo comfortably. I wasn't even aware until now they could go on without feeling it on. Her hands smelt cleaned. Not only did she fill in the horrible gaps of them falling out, she even evened out the thick side which was lashes badly piled onto each other. This time at the end she also curled them and it made it look so perfect! I didn't get that the first time at all. They stayed going different directs and they weren't curled at all. This experience definitely makes it worth staying a customer here.

1st time customer, initially when I called to make an appointment I didn’t feel a friendly tone, so I went to the location to possibly book an appointment in person. I arrived at the location and there was another receptionist at front that was very pleasant. I booked an appointment with a senior consultant that was not as informative as needed, so therefore I ended up having to come back to get additional lashes to obtain the look that I was initially trying to communicate to the consultant. On my second visit, I was a bit concerned that the second consultant was more concerned about protecting the consultant that I initially saw than my concerns. Overall, on a scale from 1 to 10 the business would rate a 7 and that weighs a lot on the many options of services offered and there is multiple consultants to choose from. The customer service definitely needs attention.

I dont feel the pricing is fair when it comes to 3D & 6D lashes. If I am in for a refill and one eye takes (5) 3D lashes and the other eye takes (8) 3D lashes why would I be charged the full price of $20 for adding 3Ds when I didnt get a full re-fill of 3Ds. I feel I am being cheated when it comes to pricing. I am not getting my dollars worth. Also, how can you get a full set when you already have lashes still on. the pricing is ridiculous. member: $59.99 plus 3D lashes $20.00 6D $25.00. and if you go in for a refill before dues are paid, you pay another $35 for refill and dues plus extra for 3 or 6Ds. It seems every time I go in i am paying different prices. Love the lashes, but not the price charging.

When I walked in they said I didn’t have an appointment scheduled, (which I called and scheduled on 01/02) and they also said my credit card needed to be updated and refused my services. Not to mention I have (7credits) available on my account so even if the credit cards situation was correct (which was not true), why did that even matter since I have so many credits on my account. Then the receptionist called a few hours later and squeezed me in this afternoon with a tech (Michael) who has only been working there a month and I must say I am livid. This is the worst my lashes have looked since I have been a member. I’m not sure what’s going on at the Humble location (regarding scheduling and new techs) but for the money I have spent and currently spending, this was unexceptionable. I feel like I was just thrown to a new tech to experience on when normally I see only master techs (unless it’s last minute). Hopefully this is not the new normal for this location. Sincerely, one unhappy customer.

Falling off Lashes

At my last appointment, I had a full set put on. The only glue the studio had on the premises was sensitive glue. They were out of the "strong" glue, unbeknownst to me. I was out of town for the next 6 days. All the lashes on my left eye fell off but 5. On my right eye, half the lashes fell off. I wasn't able to go into the studio and complain nor did I have time to call. 3 weeks later was my next appointment of which I stated my complaints about All of my lashes falling off by then. I was told, "Oh you should have just called, we had a problem with everyone's lashes, we did'nt have the good glue". They did give me half off my visit, but only because I complained about this! This is the second time all of my lashes have fallen off in a week's time. I'm really unhappy about this. I pay $10 extra to have a good Tech and then a tip on top of my monthly fee. It adds up quick to have them only last 5 days. I'm thinking about cancelling my contract and going elsewhere if this keeps up! I don't have time to keep coming in so you can fix your mistakes! Keep your supplies stocked! Very unhappy over this!

When I go to amazing lashes they always fix me up and make my eyes look amazing just as they advertise . I get compliments all the time and I feel just happier in general because I know I look better in my eyes stand out where is otherwise they don’t stand out at all . The transformation is fantastic and I can’t imagine not getting my eyelashes done at amazing lashes . If you have not tried it you should at least try once because I bet you’ll get hooked like I did . I always had trouble with fake eyelashes to buy at the store or the new magnetic ones or any mascara that darkens under your eyes and make circles but these are of lasting eyelashes and for me they last a month and I’m very happy and I would recommend them to anyone .

When I first went to Amazing Lash, my lashes were so beautiful and thick. Now, when I go, my lashes are thin and very plain in appearance. For the past few months, I had to constantly go to the Amazing Lash in Deerbrook for corrections because the Lashes weren't staying on. They would repair my lashes, but they would still appear thin. I think Amazing Lash needs a better way to remove lashes. Many times, your real lashes are taken off when the tweezers are used to remove lashes. I've been going to Amazing Lash for years, and now my lashes are thin and frail. I wish they could be thick and beautiful like they used to be when I had several natural lashes. I tried the 6D lashes to improve my look, but those wouldn't stay on either. I think I may take a break for a few months so my real lashes can grow back.

I’m 59 years old & thrilled with the fact that I have long, thick black lashes now that I have my extensions. I never ever have to deal with clumpy, smudgy, flakey mascara again. Unless I want to use the mascara that you can buy at Amazing Lash just to enhance my beautiful lash extensions even more. And all the ladies that work here are so knowledgeable & kind, they can answer any questions you have. Plus Destiny, the lovely girl who attached my extensions did an amazing job. It was my first time back from my first full set I got at Atascocita store and the girls did not explain the difference between a full set and a refill I kept mentioning it was my first time and I wanted them thick so I upgraded to 3D only to realize my eyelashes did not look full like I expressed I wanted. Technician did not look at eyes to see if she recommended anything and made sure I knew the outcome Very disappointed over lack of communication when I asked all the right questions.

I arrived early for my 9:00 am appointment. I Went in and assumed all was going well but the usual 1 hour stretched into 2 1/2 hours. After applying the lashes my eyes were glued shut and the tech had to snip and pull them apart so that I could open my eyes. The lashes don’t match. One side is thicker than the other. My eyes were burning, my legs were cramping and my back throbbing. I asked at the desk if the tech was new and they said yes. Why would you put a new tech with customers? I am leaving on a trip so there is no time for a do over. They should train new techs by having them practice on the staff until they are ready to work on customers. I am canceling my contract.

I visited the Deerbrook location, and the stylist I go to normally does an excellent job on my lashes. However, I had to come in today for a correction after getting the lashes put on two days. A different stylist performed the correction and she was very rude. I showed her that I still had a gap in my lashes and she would not correct it. I go to this location every two weeks and spend about $200 a month on lashes, so I feel like my lashes should be on point 24/7. I also feel that I should have been treated with more courtesy and respect since I’ve been a loyal customer.

I usually go between Tiaona and Brittney (both masters) and I love them! Well today I got to visit with Brittney for a refill and as usual she is an AMAZING job! I love the fact that I leave this studio feeling like a million bucks every time! I def. suggest you see either one of these ladies for your lash needs!!! I am very upset with this location. I have been going to them for about 7 months now. I never made a late payment and always tipped the lash lady. I am a new mother and struggle to get places on time. I was 7 minutes late to my appointment and was treated very very bad. For the amount of money I pay to them, I expected to be treated kindly. I understand I was late but no need to be as rude as they were to me. Since then I changed locations to the Atascocita one, they are 100% nicer and are understanding. I will never go back to the humble location.

It's like they're literally rationing the eyelashes. You get your lashes done and nobody even knows because you literally cannot see the difference. They don't last long. They require you to come every 2 weeks which is absurd. For an eyelash company, this is very disappointing. You can actually get better service and prices by going to people's homes. Thats wild to me.

This was my first time to get lash extensions. I was pretty nervous because I am not the kind of person who does her makeup everyday or very girly. The lady at the front desk knew I was nervous so she walk me thru and help me shooed the right style for me. The tech that did my eyelashes was so calming and professional and did a excellent job! I love my lashes so pretty my husband even loved them! Thank you will be back!
