The girls were courteous and so nice and tried to help me but unfortunately i may need to use another company cause whatever products they have been using are not working for me . I was in last Thursday for a full set that looked awesome the lashes were almost all off in 2 days . I drive all way from north miami to this location because three of the technicians are excellent. The only one who’s lashes seem to last are Beth’s. I am happy except when the glue was changed and my lashes fell out within days. Please use better glue! It’s a major inconvenience to drive that way and be in an appointment for hours only to have my lashes fall out. This location is the best location of any I’ve been to. It’s not rushed it’s well run and it’s not a revolving door of technicians.

I had my appt with a lash technician who I was told was “senior” not only did she miss a large section of lashes in the middle of my right eye, she told me it was because “I had no natural lashes there.” I left and went back because after looking closely myself, I could see my natural lashes. Another technician was able to fill them in correctly. The first technician also didn’t do a great job of putting the lashes on. A few even hurt because they were glued to my skin. I definitely was not impressed and didn’t buy the membership package because of this. While I did appreciate that another technician fixed the issue with the missed lashes, I feel like a “senior technician” shouldn’t be making sloppy mistakes like this in the first place.

I just went for my first fill after having my full set done three weeks ago. I am very pleased with my lashes. At first, it was a shock to have these beautiful long dark lashes. As I red head, I've never been able to fully experience what it means to have dark lashes. They are easy to maintain, and Sam my technician is AWESOME! I've signed up for monthly refills. One bonus is that I never have mascara under my eyes anymore and an entire step is now out of my makeup routine.

I've had extensions on for 2 years & my last girl was changing products to cheap ones that weren't lasting so I tried amazing lash. I've been to 3 visits and wanted to wait to review until I had given them a fair chance - Beth does amazing work and gives my eyes life again. The lashes come out even and last up to 3 weeks. Waited until 20 minutes after appointment time, no one apologized for wait or gave any indication how much longer it would be. I was not happy & td the front desk, just told other appointment almost finished. Tech was nice when she cane out apologizing for wait. She did an amazing job (Courtney?) Didn’t feel rushed, got out two hours later last closing time (30 minutes) but looking fantastic (lots of compliments). Tech & Front desk still took time to review care.

The lash ladies here don’t literally pour the glue all over my lashes causing them to be pulled out at the root as they did in the other location. Everyone here very friendly and attentive. Fantastic! Staff was so friendly and accommodating!!!! Due to an unfortunate issue at my typical Boca location, I had to use the Delray location this time (I have been a regular for two and a half years). Having such an easy time scheduling as well as the convenience of the location and having my lashes come out just as phenomenal, I am now switching to this location.

Since then, the thoughts that have crossed my mind are "eh, it's okay", "omg, wtf am I gonna do for the next 3 weeks?!", and "holy hell, my lashes are amazing!"Every time Assil does my lashes, the latter is always my thought. I'm never disappointed with what she does with them!If you're going to shell out the $$ for extensions, might as well go with someone you trust and does nothing less than AMAZING! Book in advanced as well, because Assil gets pretty booked. But it's definitely worth the wait!

The services at Amazing Lash have always been great. However, recently I tried to freeze my membership because I will be going out of the country for a few months, but the computer system was down. I was then charged for another month since it could not be cancelled, and was told that I could not be refunded. On the up side, I can still use my lash fill from that charge but I was not planning on getting them redone for a while and I only need them done once a month, so it was a waste of money that I am pretty annoyed about.

I have tried 3 other lash extention studios previously but the experience I had yesterday was THE BEST I have ever had. First let me say that it immaculate and staff was friendly. Micki was soo sweet, friendly professional, knowledgeable and a great listener, I felt she knew exactly what I wanted!! I was never uncomfortable, my eyes were not irritated and the entire process took less than an hour & 1/2. The other studios I had tried in the past left my eyes red & irritated plus took over 2 hours and accomplish less results!! I am soo thrilled with the entire experience that I will be returning monthly exclusively here only, for my fills!! I have already recommended this studio to my friends!!

I've had lash extensions for years and have had a few reactions to the adhesive in the past so when I first told amazing lash that I've had sensitivity to the glue in other places, they automatically suggested trying the adhesive for sensitive eyes. It's been 4 or 5 days now and so far so good!! Lashes look great and I'm very pleased. I would definitely go back!!!

She kept it on the "natural" side as she knew I was a little scared of having crazy looking lashes, but I will say...next time I will probably have her add more, because I am not even a week into having my lashes on and I feel like a lot of them have already fallen off:( Otherwise, the service was great. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and the room was very comfortable. Be prepared to be there for a few hours your first time as it takes quite a while to put the lashes on...

I selected a style of lashes that I did not get. They are a little bit too long and some are going in opposite directions. I am on the monthly plan so I will be back and hope for a better result. Unfortunately, I had a bad personal experience based on my real lash reaction to ALS. I was extremely happy with the look, the technician, but I discovered these lashes are not for me. My own lashes are too weak and thin to support extensions. Something I didn't expect to happen and upon my 2nd application appt, discovered my lashes were broken, damaged and missing. Perhaps my age (senior citizen) came in to play. I should have done my homework before I visited ALS, but since I did, after the fact, I have found other people who have mentioned this happening to them when using extensions.

The front desk is also very efficient when it comes to getting you in for appointments. On two separate occasions I was on a "wait list" to get in with Iryna, and both times when there was a cancellation, they called me instantly and got me in!
