On my first visit, seeing a master lash person, I left, feeling like my lashes were clumpy, one side was shooting straight up in the air other side had the nice curve of the eye. When I asked the front desk if they noticed how bad they look. They all said they looked fine. I had a lot of pieces fall out over the course of two weeks. Today I went in and had a different person do my lashes, and they spent a good chunk of the time removing the lashes. The first person did and fixing it, and it looks so much better and I’m much happier with my service today. I am happy I gave it a second chance because my lashes look really good and I’m happy now.

Emma was very confident in the way she spoke as if she had the knowledge and experience to create the look I wanted. So thank for that I am very happy with her work & will see her again. I did want to mention something else. Being that I am in the beauty business myself I understand when it’s slow working with coworkers to pass the time u can chit chat and laugh, but several times while trying to relax and stay still during my service I did find it frustrating how loud the other co workers were laughing extremely loud and not being aware to be considerate of clients in process of getting lashes done. Not only did she do a FANTASTIC job she also is the sweetest thing around! We talked during my whole appointment and it seemed as if this was our 20th session together! She is so kind, accommodating and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! She also was fast! She got my whole set done in an hour and twenty minutes when it usually takes two hours!! My first time getting lashes. Its a special occasion for me, im going on a cruise and wanted to splurge.I initially bought a Groupon from another provider, (based on price)and I tried several times to get in touch with them and book an appointment. When I finally got in touch with them, they said they were completely booked and didnt seem to care that they would be unable to accomadate me for the next 2 weeks. Needless to say, I was very upset. I called Amazing Lash Stdio and was able to book an appointment the very next day, at the exact time i needed. Everyone seemed happy that i was there, and i felt very comfortable. Aubrey took really good care of me and everyone complimented my new look! The service is a little pricey but i feel like its well worth it to look and feel this pretty!

Love my new lashes. Bailey did a wonderful job and was very informative about the process and after care. After almost 2 weeks, the lashes still look great. Very few have fallen out. The front desk girl was super friendly and nice. My only suggestion to the store would be to pay attention to cleaning your floors well. The restroom and lobby floors were not clean. Overall, the experience was fantastic.

I have a secret. I do have lashes, but they are so thin and they are almost blonde! Would be great but I am a Brunette. Well at 56 years old, at least I used to be a brunette. I never had my baby hair fade and thick hair come in. The baby hair just stayed. My use of Mascara was limited due to Eye irritation. Or but the end of the day here in Arizona, I resembled Rocky Raccoon. Fake eyelashes were irritating and pulled on my eyelashes. This is the first time in years I can shower and go.
