I had a great experience with Nanci getting extensions for the first time! She did a great job and helped answer my questions. Unfortunately, I had a lot of fallout immediately- probably of my own doing, since I’m inexperienced with extensions. They were able to get me in right away and help fix the problem. I had a good experience overall not knowing what to expect since this was my first set of lash extensions. I had them done yesterday. I was concerned that two lashes in same eye had already fallen out so I called. The gal I spoke to assured me two to three lashes is normal. As long as not don’t fall out so soon, I am happy.

I made an appointment to have my lashes lifted and tinted. When I had to call to reschedule (a couple times) the person on the phone was gracious and very helpful. Destiny was my lash tech and let me know what she was doing every step of the process and made the time go by so quickly with great conversation. I had such a wonderful experience as a new client at the amazing lash in destin. I’ve been getting my extensions done for about 2 years and was very happy to find somewhere close to get them done when I moved here. The location is very clean, and all the staff is very professional and friendly. It is incredibly nice that you have a 72 hour window to come back and get an adjustment done to your lashes if you are not happy with them. As someone that works really hard to be able to afford to get this done and it’s my one ‘treat yourself’ thing I do, it means a lot to get them done just right for how much it costs. Amber did such a great job and was so nice to talk to throughout my appointment and I will definitely be back to see her specifically. I appreciated her care to detail and helping me get my perfect set so much! Thanks amazing lash destin!

I tried out the Destin, FL studio and used their first time guest introductory offer. I had just moved back to the area from California and was trying to find a decent spot. Everything was exactly as advertised on their website and in store. The customer service is outstanding both with my lash stylist, Riley and the front desk staff, Jennifer & Mia! I was not 100% happy with my lashes after my first visit and they did everything I asked for my second visit/fill. I absolutely love my lashes now and signed up for a membership to keep them looking great. I also purchased their lash wash and love the selection of makeup and care products available. I've been going to Amazing Lash Destin for over a year now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. My lash specialist is Stephanie and she is the BEST! Stephanie is always on time, super friendly, clean, and works fast without making it feel rushed, she's just that good. Also, the front desk ladies are so friendly and helpful, they call to remind me 48hrs after service to check on my lashes and remind me of aftercare. If I do have lash loss, which has usually been my own fault, the front desk ladies have always helped me, whether it's adding time to my appointment or getting me in a last minute touch-up. I can't say enough good things about this location, highly recommend.

I really enjoyed ivy a lot and the rest of the staff was so nice. I’ve had lashes for years. Although I enjoyed my tech so much, I left feeling like my lashes looked gappy. I’m used to really full thick lashes not gaps between lashes and for 135 dollars, they should look way more full than they are. I’ve never paid more than 80 for a mega volume fill that last me 4-6 weeks so paying so much, I kinda left disappointed. Great customer service though. Everyone was so sweet!

My esthetician was Lauren. She was amazing. She made me feel at ease about my lash removal and she did a great job getting them off. I got my lashes done back in Texas, and I quickly realized I couldn’t take it anymore and I needed the lashes off due to them poking my eye. These guys are awesome! I would highly recommend the service here. I was in town for a short while and had to get my lashes fixed after a poor job at another studio. These ladies were able to work with me and get me right away on short notice. Not only that, but they also did a fabulous job and I can't thank them enough! I would go to this location again if I didn't live out of state. Go see them!

Aly (lash artist) is amazing! She made recommendations specific for my eye shape and lashes and educated me on proper lash placement and care. She was professional, super fast, and the end result was gorgeous! I've been to other places and this is the best experience! I don't even feel the! Kirsten (receptionist) was professional and helpful both over the phone and in person. The salon is immaculate! Pricing is competitive especially with membership deals and there are lash products available in store. I bought a membership so I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer!

Bianca was FABULOUS! I am traveling and loved my last lash studio but this one is over the top! From the moment you enter, they are friendly and not full of themselves. Bianca took her time to explain the different set of lashes, I upgraded because of her, and my lashes look fantastic! I have had so many compliments in three days. I've booked a touch up session before we leave FL but honestly, I'm not sure what she will "touch up" because mine are perfect. Relaxing environment and a perfect way to instill self-care! I cannot say enough about this studio ... except ... hurry with the brow waxing because it will be a one stop shop!!!

Honestly, from her technique to the conversation... two hours flies by and you leave with the most perfect set of lashes. I came in looking pretty bad from losing so many lashes since my last appointment with another stylist, and she talked through what we could do to get them back. I've had 3 services so far. The lash technicians listen to you and strive to provide what you want. They never rush through the process. Porscha at the front desk is an ambassador for AMS and makes me feel like a person; not just a paycheck. The owner is super sweet and sometimes calls the day after service to make sure I'm happy with the results. They are very accommodating whenever I need to change my appointment with my hectic schedule. The rooms are comfortable with soothing music, pillows, and plush blankets. You can just drift away for a nap during your service which is always a plus. Thanks ladies!
